ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the teaching resources innovation and the teaching quality improvement for international students in clinical medicine based on the bilingual test question database of digitalized systematic anatomy.Methods:The test question database was set up and applied to Batch 2018 international students of clinical medicine (experiment group). The results of the usual test, final theory, and experimental examination of Batch 2017 international students (control group) were compared to verify the application value of the test question database. Questionnaires were used to get feedback from international students, and the feasibility of developing the test question database and the driving effect of teaching reform were further evaluated. SPSS 20.0 was used for data analysis, and the examination achievements of the two groups were compared with independent-samples t test and the measurement data were expressed by (mean ± standard deviation). Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the usual test results ( P>0.05), and in the experimental group, the results of final theory and experimental examination were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). According to the questionnaire, more than 89.55%(155) of the international students highly appraised the test question database in terms of learning resources, quality of questions, examination mode and experience evaluation, while only 52.02%(90) of them recognized the bilingual form of the test questions. Conclusion:The bilingual test question database of digital systematic anatomy has effectively expanded the teaching resources and promoted the teaching reform of international students.

Through the construction of question database for after-department examination, combining TCM residency standard training requirements and actual situation of the department, it contribute to the formation of standardized examination,improve the system of resident standardization training for TCM, help to training appropriate and qualified TCM residency.

ABSTRACT

This thesis mainly expounds the design ideas and the realization methods of medical statistics question database management system.Specifically speaking,the function modules,data structure and business processes of the system are designed based on the analysis of questions,test papers and the needs of system functions.We choose Visual Basic 6.0 to develop the system interface,establish the question database with Access 2003,and make use of Word 2003 to output documents.This system can achieve the separation of teaching and testing effectively which can make examinations more normal and scientific.

ABSTRACT

The design principle and technologies,which were applied for examination question database management system for Clinical Laboratory Instrument,were discussed in this paper.The program was desighed with Delphi7.0,Word 2003 and Access 2003.This software function is very strong and can be appropriate for the needs of richtext questions edition,test paper output and question layout automation and database security protect.This software also can be applied for other subjects.

ABSTRACT

The examination question database on Nutrition and Food Hygiene was set up and applied to reduce the effects of subjective factors on test efficacy.The test items of noun explanation,brief answer and discussion were compiled in the form of Microsoft Excel.Then the items were classified by Excel filtration function and a test paper was created by random sampling from the database.It reduces teachers' burden of making test questions and increases objectivity of test questions,which has achieved good results in teaching.
