The aim of informed consent is to regard patients as the centre of medical service.Physician-patient communication is an effective way to improve the construction of a harmonious physician-patient in medical practice,so more attention should be paid to the communication.

The hospitals want to build the concept of regarding patient as the centre,in order to satisfy the competing state of market economy and the change of medical model.The concept insist the harmony of the benefit between the doctor and the patient,dissimate the model of the opposite thought;and insist the equation of the right and the obligation between the doctor and the patient.So,it is necessary to combine the concept of regarding patient as the centre and the system building,and to combine medical morality building and government's activity.
