ABSTRACT

Objective:To assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of Runing granule for hyperplasia of mammary gland.Methods:The databases such as the CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed and Web of Science are searched from the date of their establishment to June 2020. The main outcome measures were effective rate and incidence of adverse events. All randomized control trial (RCT) about the clinical effectiveness and safety of Runing granule single (single group) or combined with other treatment (combined group)/ other treatment (control group) for hyperplasia of mammary gland were included. Endnote software was used to manage literature, Excel software was used to extract data, quality assessment was conducted according to the methods of Cochrane Reviewers′ Handbook 5.1 recommend by the Cochrane Collaboration and Revman 5.3 software was used to perform Meta-analysis.Results:Twelve RCT were included with total 2 447 patients. In terms of efficiency, Meta-analysis showed single group was better than control group ( RR=1.17, 95% CI: 1.00-1.36, P=0.04), combined group was better than control group ( RR=1.35, 95% CI: 1.10-1.67, P=0.005). In terms of adverse event rate, single group was lower than control group ( RR=0.18, 95% CI: 0.09-0.34, P<0.01), combined group was better than control group( RR=0.33, 95% CI: 0.20-0.56, P<0.01). Conclusion:The usage of Runing granule single or combined with other treatment in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland is more effective and the adverse reaction is lower.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To optimize the determination technology for the total amino acids in Runing pills. Methods:The process was optimized by L9 (34 ) orthogonal design using the hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and hydrochloric acid concentration as the evaluation factors,and the content and yield of total amino acids as the evaluation indices. Results: The optimal determination condi-tions were as follows:the hydrolysis temperature was 110℃, the hydrolysis time was 22 h and the hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol·L-1 . Conclusion:The optimal determination technology can be applied in the total amino acids from Runing pills,which pro-vides the basis for the further research of Runing pills.

ABSTRACT

The cupuassu (Theobroma grandiflorum [Willd. ex Spreng.] Schum.) is expanding rapidly as a fruit crop in Brazilian Amazonia. The principal limiting factor is witch's broom disease, caused by Crinipellis perniciosa (Stahel) Singer, the only economic control for which is phytosanitary pruning. The phenology of 10 cupuassu plants grown in a fertilized monoculture on a nutrient poor Oxisol near Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, was studied from May 1987 to December 1990. The number of flowers was reduced by the witch's broom and the pruning, but the duration and periodicity of flowering were not much affected. The mean number of fruits per tree fell from 36 in 1987 to 6 in 1989 as a result of the disease and its control, but recovered to 15 in 1990. Fruiting was slightly earlier and its duration was shorter than in a previous study, possibly due to the fertilization or the genotype studied. Fruit set fell from 1.4% in 1987 to 0.5% in 1989 and recovered to 1.8% in 1990, suggesting recovery of the plants. Leaf and shoot flushing and leaf fall increased markedly as a result of the disease in late 1987 and 1988 and were markedly reduced by pruning in 1989-90. Phenophases were not much affected by witch's broom disease and its control, although the number of flowers and fruits were.

O cultivo do cupuaçuzeiro [Theobroma grandiflorum (Willd. ex Spreng.)

ABSTRACT

The amygdalin content in Runing Granules has been determined on the column RP-C_(15), using acetonitrile:water(1:6)as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 240nm.This method showed a high sensitivity,simple operation,good reproducibility and reliable result.It provide a certain base for the quality control of Chinesemateria medica and traditional Chi- nese patent medicine with amygdalin.

ABSTRACT

This study was performed to investigate the exercise-induced stress in growing state in order to prevent the death during or after exercise. Thirty eight male and female subjects in junior high school were administered 5 minutes running test for 3 succesive years. Heart rate, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, and blood biochemical components were measured before and after 5 minutes running test. Prior to 5 minutes running test the investigation of the number of food intake and total steps a day were performed. The results obtained were as follows;
1) After 5 minutes running test, the subjects who had larger increment in CK-MB/ CK ratio walked fewer steps a day and had fewer number of food intake. And they had more drinks, especially juices.
2) In female subjects an excess of body fat was not a risk factor, but not in male subjects.
3) The subjects, who had larger increment in body fat than in body weight, tended to become higher levels in blood pressure and heart rate in resting than others.
4) The subjects, who walked more longer in 2 nd grade than 1 st grade in junior high school, tended to decrease the increment of heart rate before to immediately after 5 minutes running test.
5) Blood biochemical components were normal even if electrocardiogram was abnormal.
6) At 24 hours after 5 minutes running test, CK-MB/CK ratio and serum lipoperoxide levels increased and serum protein and albumin levels defreased in 3 rd grade in junior high school.
Consequently in order to prevent the death during or after exercise the investigation of food intake, total steps a day, and body fat must be administered before exercise sufficiently. And then electrocardiogram and blood biochemical components, especially CK-MB activity must be checked before, during, and after exercise testing.
