ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the relation of glycyrrhizic glycoside on hepatitis B virus(HBV)replication in vitro.METHODS:2.2.15cell line was used and treated with glycyrrhizic glycoside,the contents of HBsAg and HBeAg in the su?pernatant of cell culture with different concentrations of glycyrrhizic glycoside were quantified.RESULTS:The inhibitory rates of glycyrrhizic glycoside on HBsAg were83.8%,71.0%,62.1%,52.0%and29.7%respectively at the concentrations of800,400,200,100and50?g/ml respectively.CONCLUSION:Glycyrrhizic glycoside does not promote HBV replication in vitro experiment.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To observe the regulatory effect of SNMC on the gene expression of the Smad family in pulmonary fibrosis model rats.METHODS: A total of 174 rats were assigned to 6 groups: normal group,model group,positive prednisolone acetate group,SNMC(20,15,10 mL?kg-1?d-1) groups,with the latter 5 groups treated with bleomycin injection to induce pulmonary fibrosis model.At 24 h after modeling,the rats in 6 groups were treated with corresponding drugs day by day before being sacrificed at 1,12,28 days after first-time treatment for extracting of RNA from pulmonary tissues.The expression levels of Smad3,Smad4 and Smad7 were assayed by RT-PCR respectively.RESULTS: As compared with model group,the expression levels of Smad4 and Smad7 genes were down-regulated but the expression level of Smad3 gene was up-regulated in SNMC groups,whereas the expression levels of 3 kinds of genes were all down-regulated in positive prednisolone acetate group.CONCLUSION: SNMC is more effective than prednisolone acetate in reversing the abnormal expression of Smad family in pulmonary fibrosis model rats.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of SNMC combined with calcium gluconate in the treatment of allergic purpura. METHODS: 86 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group (n=46)and control group(n=40). Control group were injected with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL (i.v. gtt) once a day for 14 days. Treatment group were given SNMC injection 20~80 mL added into 5% glucose 250 mL (i.v. gtt) at the same time administered with 10% calcium gluconate solution 10 mL added into 5% glucose injection 100 mL once a day (i.v. gtt) for 14 days.
