ABSTRACT
Objective:To conduct a comparative analysis of the academic publications in the Department of Nephrology of Peking University first hospital and its international peers, to provide scientific information support for further improvement of the discipline construction.Methods:Based on Web of Science 2012-2021 paper data, international benchmarking institutions were selected for comparative analysis in terms of paper quantity, quality and impact, funding resources, etc.Results:Compared with the benchmarking institutions, the number of papers in the Department of Nephrology of Peking University first hospital increased the fastest, but the average citation frequency, the percentage of international collaborative papers, the percentage of Q1 partition papers, and other indicators ranked relatively low. The research quality needs to be further improved, while most of the research funding sources were scientific research funds.Conclusions:The scientific research level of the Department of Nephrology of Peking University First Hospital is constantly improving. In the follow-up discipline construction, we should further strengthen international cooperation, focus on high-level research content, promote industry-university-research cooperation, and carry out nephrology research with Chinese characteristics.

Objective To make good use of the incentive function of the reward policy of scientific research achievements in hospitals ,shorten the reward cycle of scientific and technological achievements ,reduce the management cost ,achieve the ul-timate goal of details management of scientific and technological achievements .Methods Through retrospective analysis of the incentive process to identify possible barriers ,reconstruct the rewarding procedures of scientific and technological achievements by bringing in informatization and publicity strategy ,compare the bonus distribution cycle with the traditional model .Results The results show that the reward model based on the scientific research management system reduces the bonus arrival waiting period by about 62％ ,saves management costs and improves staff compliance .Conclusions According to the 4-year practice experiences ,the new management model has further released the positive impact of the hospital award policy ,solved the key problem of restricting the rewarding effect by technological means in the process of rewarding scientific research achievements .

This study researched the results transformation problem in medical universities,sorted the current situation in this filed,analyzed the causes of the low transformational rate.Then by referring to the domestic and overseas experience,the author designed the classified transforma tional path of medical research results according to their respective features,finally put forward policy suggestions for institutional guarantee policy to promote the transformation of medical universities.

In this study, the standard research methods were applied to account the awards and applications of scientific research achievements of Xiyuan hospital from 2010 to 2014. As for the scientific research awards, each department from Xiyuan hospital was active, but the awards application offices were relatively few, thus the quantity of the awards was decreasing year by year. And the distribution was relatively uneven. The basic characteristics of scientific research awards showed that the National Science and Technology Award was the most difficult award. And other characteristics of scientific research award showed that it was often based on a project with high social recognition and high authority, and with the first researchers were high rank professors. This work cast light on that scientific research management should improve the quality of projects and strengthen exchanges, propaganda and introduction of each project achievement, enhance team establishment as support, and establish a reasonable assessment system for scientific research achievements.
