Escritura e narração: uma epistolografia da loucura e a emergência de um carteiro / Scripture and narration: an epistolography of the madness and the emergence of a postman / Escritura y narración: una epistolografía de la locura y el surgimiento de un cartero

Este artigo apresenta parte de uma pesquisa realizada a partir do encontro com algumas cartas escritas por pacientes do antigo Hospício São Pedro (localizado em Porto Alegre/RS - Brasil). Trata-se de dezessete epístolas, datadas do início do século XX, as quais não foram enviadas aos destinatários, pois ficaram anexadas aos prontuários. Este estudo busca refletir sobre a noção de escritura a partir dessa "epistolografia do hospício", dando visibilidade a algumas dessas cartas. Os autores apresentam a construção do personagem "carteiro", que se constituiu como um dispositivo metodológico para este trabalho. Ao longo do texto, realizou-se uma breve contextualização sobre a escrita epistolar, relacionando com a "escrita da loucura". Discute-se sobre a escritura como um modo de narração, partindo dos postulados de Roland Barthes e Walter Benjamin. Entende-se que as palavras podem ser uma forma de lidar com a dor e de testemunhar os horrores vividos na clausura. (AU)

This article presents part of a research carried out from the meeting with some letters written by patients of the former Hospício São Pedro (located in Porto Alegre / RS - Brazil). These are seventeen epistles, dating from the early twentieth century, which were not sent to recipients because they were attached to their medical records. This study seeks to reflect on the notion of scripture from this "hospice epistolography", giving visibility to some of these letters. The authors present the construction of the character "postman", which was constituted as a methodological way for this work. Throughout the text, there was a brief contextualization about epistolary writing, relating to a "writing of madness". Scripture is discussed as a mode of narration, based on the postulates of Roland Barthes and Walter Benjamin, understanding that words can be a way of dealing with pain and witnessing the horrors lived in the enclosure. Este artículo presenta parte de una investigación realizada a partir del encuentro con algunas cartas escritas por pacientes del antiguo Hospício São Pedro (ubicado en Porto Alegre / RS - Brasil). Estas son diecisiete cartas de principios del siglo XX, que no fueron enviadas a los destinatarios porque se quedaron guardadas junto a los registros médicos. Este estudio busca reflexionar sobre la noción de escritura de esta "epistolografía de hospicio", dando visibilidad a algunas de estas cartas. Los autores presentan la construcción del personaje "cartero", que se constituyó como un dispositivo metodológico para este trabajo. A lo largo del texto, se realizó una breve contextualización sobre la escritura epistolar, relacionada con la "escritura de locura". La escritura es entendida como un modo de narración, basado en los postulados de Roland Barthes y Walter Benjamin. Las palabras pueden ser una forma de tratar el dolor y testimoniar los horrores vividos en la clausura. (AU)

Exploration of Literature on Buddhist Scripture Moxibustion / 上海针灸杂志

Moxibustion is one of the important contents of Buddhist medicine. Buddhist medicine considers that besides mugwort leaves, corresponding moxibustion materials can be used in accordance with patient’s condition. Using papaya moxibustion for cramp is a good example. In addition, Buddhist medicine proposes meditative moxibustion, that is, using the fire of visualization and the flame of ideas to treat diseases. This article has a discussion from four aspects: combination of acupuncture and moxibustion to complement each other, treatment of diseases by moxibustion plus other methods, use of meditative moxibustion as a way to treat diseases and unique monk-derived moxibustion.

Saber, verdade e gozo: da função da fala à escritura / Know, truth and enjoyment: the function of speech to writing

Articulando o saber, a verdade e o gozo o autor discute a problemática da significação e da função clínica da interpretação a partir das impossibilidades lógicas da estrutura da linguagem. Para tanto, revisita o percurso da obra de Lacan, desde suas formulações sobre a função e o campo da fala e da linguagem até o momento no qual, a partir da topologia dos quatro discursos, estabelece outra concepção da linguagem assim como outra função, para além da significação, ou seja, uma função de escrita e de demonstração. Utiliza-se de um cotejamento das topologias do "grafo do desejo" e dos quatro discursos, ambas construídas por Lacan, como uma forma de demonstrar que a ultrapassagem dessa lógica da significação implica como condição uma falta estrutural e, como consequência, uma escritura do corpo e uma grafia do gozo do corpo

Articulating knowledge, truth and enjoyment the author discusses the problem of signification and clinical role of interpretation, from the logical impossibilities of the structure of language. Therefore, revisits the course of Lacan's work, from his formulations on the function and field of speech and language, from the topology of the four discourses, provides another view of language as well as other function, beyond the signification, namely, a function of write function and demonstration. We use a mutual comparison of the topologies of the "graph of desire" and the four discourses, both built by Lacan, as a way to demonstrate that exceeding this meaning of logic implies a structural failure as a condition and as a consequence, a writing of the body and a graph enjoyment of the body

Key points and management of quality control concerning medical insurance records / 医学研究生学报

This article brieves the significance of the quality of medical records in the mode of basic medical insurance and argues that five aspects concerning quality control should be brought into focus on coordination with the auditing requirements on the medical records put forward by the medical insurance department.The faculty should be educated to become quality-conscious and legality-conscious and the awareness of medical records quality-profit should be imbedded into their minds.The quality control standards of medical records should be set up and the system of quality control,feedback,rewards and punishment should be improved.The monitoring and evaluation by the medical insurance department should be treasured and mutual communication should be enforced to further improve the quality of medical records.
