ABSTRACT

@#Objective - ( )- ( ) To observe the effects of renin angiotensin Ang aldosterone system RAAS in workers exposed to Methods - - occupational noise. Forty five workers with suspected occupational noise induced deafness were selected as noise , , exposure group using convenient sampling method. According to their tinnitus symptom noise exposure intensity and work age - , , they were divided into no tinnitus and tinnitus subgroups <90 dB and ≥90 dB subgroups work years <10 years and ≥10 years subgroups. Another 45 workers with no occupational noise exposure history were selected as control group. The levels of plasma ( ), , , renin activity PRA AngⅠ AngⅡ and aldosterone of the two groups were detected and the aldosterone to renin activity Results ratio was calculated. The diastolic blood pressure of the noise exposure group was higher than that of the control group [( )vs( ) ,P ] , 80±7 76±8 mmHg <0.05 . However there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the two (P ) ( : groups >0.05 . The level of plasma AngⅡ in the noise exposure group was higher than that in the control group median vs ,P ) ( P ) 100.98 65.43 μg/L <0.05 . There was no statistical significance in other indexes between the two groups all >0.05 . The ( : plasma AngⅡ level in < 90 dB subgroup in the noise exposure group was higher than that of the control group median 123.16 vs ,P ) 65.43 μg/L <0.05 . There was no statistical significance in other indexes among the two subgroups of tinnitus symptom or ( P ) work age in the noise exposure group and the control group all >0.05 . There were no significant differences in the abnormal , ( P ) rates of PRA AngⅡ and aldosterone in plasma between the noise exposure group and the control group all >0.05 . Conclusion Occupational noise exposure may affect RAAS and lead to increased plasma AngⅡ levels in the workers. - Tinnitus and work age may not affect RAAS in occupational noise exposure workers.

ABSTRACT

A velhice tornou-se em nossos dias alvo de um infindável número de práticas apoiadas no discurso médico da "qualidade de vida" e da "melhor idade". Em contradição aos modos de ascetismo da Antiguidade, essa bioascese instaura para os idosos novos valores com base em regras higiênicas, regimes de ocupação de tempo e modelos ideais de sujeito baseados no desempenho físico, culminando com uma busca desenfreada por melhor forma física, mais longevidade, prolongamento da juventude etc. Este texto pretende apontar para indícios de como se constituiu esse discurso e de como ele tem regulado práticas direcionadas aos mais velhos. Busca também se deter aos modos de resistência à cultura da boa forma dentro de grupos voltados às práticas bioascéticas.


Nowadays old age has become a target for an endless number of practices supported by the medical discourse of "life quality" and "best age". In contradiction with the ascetic ways from the Past, this bioascesis establishes new values for the elderly based on hygienic rules, schemes of time occupation and ideal models of subject based on physical performance, culminating on an unbridled pursuit for better physical shape, more longevity, prolongation of youth, etc. The purpose of this text is to present evidence of how this discourse was established and how it has regulated practices geared towards the elderly. It also intends to present the ways to resist the culture of fitness within groups geared towards bioascetic practices.

ABSTRACT

Pesquisa bibliográfica, com abordagem quantitativa, que objetivou investigar a produção do conhecimento sobre a pessoa idosa longeva, nas bases de dados SCIELO e LILACS. Foram analisados oitenta e oito artigos científicos, dos quais 69,3 por cento foram produzidos no Brasil, concentrados na região Sudeste (67,2 por cento), com prevalência da abordagem qualitativa (77,3 por cento). Quanto à área de conhecimento, todas as pesquisas fazem parte da grande área Ciências da Saúde, com predomínio de Medicina (76,1 por cento). A enfermagem representou 4,5 por cento das produções. Os objetos mais estudados (72,7 por cento) foram casos clínicos ou relato de experiências. Conclui-se que a produção científica sobre o idoso longevo ainda é singela e irrelevante. Nesta ótica, torna-se essencial ampliar e qualificar as produções e os campos de conhecimentos direcionados a este universo temático.


This paper is a bibliographic review, with quantitative approach, that aimed to investigate the production of the knowledge on the long-lived elderly person, in the SCIELO and LILACS data bases. Eighty eight scientific papers were analyzed, from which 69,3 percent were produced in Brazil, concentrated in the Southeastern area (67,2 percent), and with prevalence of the qualitative approach (77,3 percent). As for the knowledge area, all the researches are part of the great area of Health Sciences, with prevalence of Medicine (76,1 percent). Nursing contributed with 4,5 percent of the productions. The more studied objects (72,7 percent) were clinical cases or report of experiences. One concluded that the scientific production on long-lived elderly person is still small and irrelevant. In this optics, it is essential to increase and qualify the productions and the knowledge fields that address this thematic universe.


Revisión bibliográfica, con acercamiento cuantitativo, que tuve como objetivo investigar la producción del conocimiento sobre la persona mayor de 80 anos, en las bases de datos SCIELO y LILACS. Ochenta ocho artículos científicos fueron analizados. Dentro estos, 69,3 por ciento se produjeron en Brasil, concentrados en el Sudeste (67,2 por ciento), con el predominio del acercamiento cualitativo (77,3 por ciento). En cuanto al área de conocimiento, todas las investigaciones son parte de la grande área de Ciencias de la Salud, con predominio de Medicina (76,1 por ciento). La Enfermería representó 4,5 por ciento de las producciones. Los objetos más estudiados (72,7 por ciento) eran casos clínicos o relato de experiencias. Se concluye que la producción científica sobre el mayor de 80 anos es todavía aun simple e irrelevante. En esta óptica, se considera esencial intensificar y calificar las producciones y los campos de conocimiento dirigidos a este universo temático.

ABSTRACT

Foi objetivo desta pesquisa estudar a relação do tempo de serviço e do comprometimento organizacional como indicadores de satisfação em uma empresa familiar de Fortaleza. A relevância desse estudo decorre da necessidade de se empreender novos temas que agreguem possibilidades de articulação à temática do comprometimento organizacional a partir do modelo multidimensional proposto por Rego (2003). A pesquisa foi realizada em uma empresa de grande porte do segmento metalúrgico. Participaram dessa pesquisa 272 colaboradores distribuídos entre os níveis operacionais, administrativos, coordenadores, gerentes e diretores. O delineamento do presente estudo se fundamenta quanto à abordagem do problema, quantitativa e qualitativa e, quanto ao método, estudo de caso. Os dados analisados foram coletados a partir de um questionário. O referencial teórico procura arrolar as instâncias comprometimento organizacional, tempo de serviço, satisfação e gestão de empresa familiar como forma de empreender padrões de relação e de influência entre elas. Destacam-se como principais resultados obtidos o alto grau de comprometimento afetivo, normativo e futuro comum, bem como o baixo grau de comprometimento do tipo sacrifícios avultados, escassez de alternativas e ausência psicológica percebido entre todos os colaboradores da empresa pesquisada; concluiu-se que os colaboradores que são considerados mais antigos, tendem a demonstrar um sensível crescimento no comprometimento afetivo e significativo crescimento do normativo; e por fim verificou-se que os colaboradores que não fazem parte da família apresentam maiores graus de comprometimento em todas as dimensões do comprometimento proposto por Rego (2003).


The objective of this paper is to study the relationship between seniority and organizational commitment as indicators of satisfaction in a family company in Fortaleza. Its relevance comes from the necessity of undertaking new themes that bring together possibilities of articulation to the theme of organizational commitment from the multidimensional pattern proposed by Rego (2003), namely: affective commitment, common future, alternatives shortage, substantial sacrifices, norm commitment, and psychological absence. The survey was conducted in a large company in the metallurgical segment. Two hundred and seventy two employees from operational, administrative, coordinative, managerial and directorial levels participated in this study. Concerning the approach of the problem, the outline of this study has its base on quantitative and qualitative grounds, and its method is based on case study. The analyzed data was collected from a questionnaire. The theory used employs concepts as "organizational commitment", "seniority", "satisfaction", and "management of family business" as a way to undertake patterns of relationships and influence among them. We highlight as main results the high level of affective commitment, normative commitment and communal future, as well as the low level of substantial sacrifice commitment, alternatives shortage and psychological absence perceived among all the employers of the company; we've concluded that employees with seniority display a slight increase in affective commitment and significant increase in normative commitment; and, finally, we have verified that employees who are not part of the family demonstrate higher levels of commitment in all dimensions of commitment as proposed by Rego (2003).

ABSTRACT

Objective To improve the nursing skills of low age and service seniority nurses and meet the needs of clinical nurses,in order to serve patients better and improve the quality of cave.Methods According to knowledge tests 50 points for nurse job-related skill issued by Chinese Ministry of Health,our hospital selected 12 commonly used basic operation skills and designed comprehensive cases through integration and reformation.We trained and examined nurses with undergraduate degree came to our hospistal in 2008.Results After training,the score of clinical nursing skill reached 91.81,86 nurses reached the standard and the effective compliance rate was 95%.Conclusions It proved to be an effective method to improve the nursing skills of low-age and service seniority nurses by carrying out the comprehensive casestyle training methods.

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss on the effect of simulation training of vocational protection among nurses with lower age and services seniority in trauma surgery department. Methods The training of vocational protection was divided into the curricula content and simulation training, 37 nurses were trained with the method of combining theory with practice,the items before and after the training were tested with t test. Results The mastering degree of occupational exposure knowledge after the training significantly improved compared with that before training. After simulation training various protection technique greatly alleviated. Each score of comprehensive clinical evaluation after the training also increased. Conclusions We should strengthen occupational protection in clinical work in order to prevent nosocomial infection.Detail education and situational education should be paid attention to during the training according to their ability,so that satisfactory results can be achieved.
