ABSTRACT

The human-based and patient-centered notion is a significant breakthrough of the management conception of modernized hospitals.The service mode of one station style was first adopted in health examination center in the reform of out-patient service flow.Based on the humanized service notion,we can provide health examination service with high quality and efficiency to various patients by taking multifarious measures such as reforming the department locations,optimizing the health examination course and setting convenience-stations.The service mode of one station style was demonstrated to have not only elevated the quality and efficiency of health examination service,but also increased both the patients satisfaction and the profit and reputation of the hospital.

ABSTRACT

This article discusses the three-dimensional ambulance under the future war conditions.The unexpectedness of battlefields and complexity of the wounded in the future warfare necessitate the establishment of a three-dimensional system of medical rescue that can be organized by land,water and air.With an analysis of the features of modern war and based on the theory of modern treatment,the authors have proposed the requirements for designing the mode of three-dimensional rescue in the war zone and its typical procedures,set forth the view that rapid reaction and three-dimensional rescue are the most effective medical guarantee of combat strength,and provided a scientific basis for building a medical rescue system in the future warfare.

ABSTRACT

Business process reengineering(BPR) is one of the most popular concepts in management field.Because lack of methods and tools to direct and support the redesign of process,the article puts forward a method of BPR in the hospital.Based on the information technology,BPR plays some creative role in the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of service flow to achieve dramatic improvements in hospital management.
