Operation practice and development countermeasures of clinic alliance / 中华医院管理杂志

The implementation of the hierarchical medical system gives rise to primary clinics and the interest community of these clinics alliances. Study of the operational overview and practical status of these alliances identified roadblocks for the alliances to grow. It is proposed that a benign development mechanism be built for regulating the clinic alliances, which can tap full potentials of the clinics in empowering the primary healthcare, and the alliance′s role in building a healthy primary healthcare service system.
