Shanghai municipal administration of market supervision focuses on "the people's city built by the people， and the people's city for the people". Through the regular "you order， I inspect" activities on food safety the administration has established an important window for disseminating market regulation information， showcasing the image of market regulation， and telling the story of market regulation. Over the past three years， by combining the needs of the citizens in Shanghai and the routine food safety spot-checking plan through the food safety “you order，I inspect” activities， the administration has enabled the public to perceive and evaluate the quality of the inspection services， and has actively built a food safety social co-governance service brand. While ensuring that people can eat at ease and buy at will， we will also boost consumer confidence and promote high-quality development of food safety， so as to create a vivid picture of people participating in and benefiting from food safety governance.

Thoughts on social co-governance to ensure hospitals′ security order under current new situation / 中华医院管理杂志

In recent years, China has issued many laws and regulations on enhancing hospital security order management, and the related system has been gradually improved. However, the management requirements of hospitals are hard to implement. In this way, hospitals have burdened intensive internal pressure to implement the policies, with the dilemma of insufficient external support. Based on the perspective of social co-governance, this study discussed the development of policies related to hospital security order management in China. Also, it summarized the best practices about how to ensure hospitals security order from the aspects of the government, hospitals as well as social organizations. Additionally, it analysed current existing problems, such as the lack of sufficient cooperation of the police-doctor linkage mechanism, the inadequate implementation of technical prevention measures, the delayed mediation and disposal of doctor-patient contradiction, the imperfect of supporting policies and etc.Finally, this paper provided relevant suggestions on long-term mechanism to ensure the security order of hospitals.

In this consideration,the paper described the imperatives of drug safety,constraints of governance by the government,and advantages of social co-governance,proposing the necessity to establish aFive-in-One (referring to the involvement of the government,enterprises,industry associations,media and the public) drug safety social co-governance.In its analysis of the present dilemma o[drug safety governance,the authors proposed such measures as perfecting legal and institutional system,reforming governmental power allocation mechanism,improving the incentive mechanism,innovating governance means and improving social governance ability,for the purpose of enhancing such a co-governance pattern.
