Ótica de educadoras sociais de duas unidades de acolhimento institucional do Estado do Rio de Janeiro sobre sua saúde sexual / Optics from social educators from two institutional reception units in the State of Rio de Janeiro on their sexual health

Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral: analisar a percepção de saúde sexual das profissionais educadoras sociais de unidades de acolhimento institucional de adolescentes do Município de Duque de Caxias e, como objetivos específicos: Caracterizar o perfil sociodemográfico das profissionais educadoras sociais de unidades de acolhimento de adolescentes; descrever a compreensão das profissionais educadoras sociais sobre saúde sexual. Método: Pesquisa qualitativa, descritivo-exploratória realizada através de entrevistas estruturadas com 10 educadoras sociais de duas unidades de acolhimento institucional para adolescentes no período de março a junho de 2019. As entrevistas foram trabalhadas à luz da Análise de Conteúdo, emergindo a categoria "A saúde sexual sob o olhar dos educadoras sociais", subdividida em três subcategorias: A ótica conceitual da saúde sexual pelas educadoras sociais; Percepção da condição pessoal de saúde sexual das próprias educadoras sociais; Ações de autocuidado com a Saúde Sexual. Principais Resultados: as educadoras sociais encontram-se na faixa etária entre 42 a 64 anos, algumas em idade reprodutiva, casadas, com ensino médio completo, evangélicas, vínculo trabalhista na instituição de 15 meses a 18 anos. No que diz respeito à concepção das educadoras sociais acerca da saúde sexual, apresentam conceito ampliado, ou seja, para além do biológico, contemplando o seu bem-estar geral. Destacam a sexualidade como parte da saúde sexual, porém permeada de tabus e preconceitos, influenciada pela visão de mundo e família que aponta vivências a partir de normas, regras e condutas. Percebem-se saudáveis pela inexistência da doença. Entretanto, suas práticas sexuais são desprotegidas, por confiarem no parceiro. Estabelecem a monogamia, o planejamento reprodutivo e os cuidados com o corpo como ações de autocuidado para sua saúde sexual. Considerações: cabe destacar que as educadoras sociais de unidades de acolhimento apresentam-se, ainda, com fragilidades sobre sua saúde sexual, podendo influenciar nas ações de cuidados junto aos adolescentes em situação de acolhimento.

This work aimed to analyze the perception of sexual health of social educator professionals from institutional reception units of adolescents in the municipality of Duque de Caxias and as specific objectives: To characterize the sociodemographic profile of social educator professionals from adolescent reception units; to describe the understanding of social educator professionals about sexual health. Method: Qualitative, descriptive-exploratory research conducted through structured interviews with ten social educators from two institutional reception units for adolescents from March to June 2019. The interviews were worked in the light of Content Analysis, emerging from the category "Sexual health under the gaze of social educators", subdivided into three subcategories: The conceptual perspective of sexual health by social educators; Perception of the personal sexual health condition of the social educators themselves; Self-care with Sexual Health. Main Results: Social educators are aged between 42 and 64 years, some of reproductive age, married, with complete high school, evangelical, labor bond in the institution from 15 months to 18 years. With regard to the conception of social educators about sexual health, they present an expanded concept, that is, in addition to biological, contemplating their general well-being. They highlight sexuality as part of sexual health, but permeated by taboos and prejudices, influenced by the world and family view that points to living based on norms, rules and conducts. They perceive themselves healthy by the absence of the disease. However, their sexual practices are unprotected because they trust the partner. They establish monogamy, reproductive planning and body care as self-care actions for their sexual health. Considerations: It is worth mentioning that the social educators of reception units are also with weaknesses over their sexual health, and can influence the care actions among adolescents in a welcoming situation.

Acolhimento institucional: considerações sobre a forma como o cuidado subjetivo se apresenta no cotidiano de trabalho dos educadores sociais / Residential care: considerations on how subjective care is presented in the daily work of social educators

Cuidado Subjetivo refere-se a todo cuidado dispensado em função de um indivíduo em sua singularidade e que vai além do investimento voltado ao seu bem-estar físico. Buscou-se investigar, através da percepção de três educadores sociais de instituições de acolhimento, a forma como o cuidado subjetivo se apresenta em seu cotidiano de trabalho. Neste estudo qualitativo, descrito e exploratório, discute-se sobre quais as demandas reais do acolhimento institucional na atualidade e identificam-se quais os pontos que aparecem como constituintes, especialmente no que se refere às noções de cuidado que permeiam o trabalho nestes locais. Os resultados revelam uma ideia de cuidado bastante atrelada à aprendizagem e superficial no que se refere ao cuidado específico com o indivíduo, o que parece surgir como reflexo dos valores contemporâneos, das construções sociais e de seu consequente impacto no regulamento das instituições.

Subjective care refers to all care dispensed to an individual in its uniqueness and that goes beyond his physical well-being investment. We sought to investigate, through the perception of three social educators from host institutions, how the subjective care is present in their daily work. In this qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, we discuss about what are the real demands of residential care today and identifies the points that appear as constituents, especially with regard to the care notions that pervade the work in these places. The results reveal a perception of care quite linked to learning and superficial in relation to the specific care of the individual, which seems to emerge as a reflection of contemporary values, social construction and its consequent impact on the regulation of institutions.

Os sentidos atribuídos à medida socioeducativa de liberdade assistida por jovens em conflito com a lei e seus socioeducadores / The meanings attributed to social measures of assisted liberty by youngsters who are in conflict with the law and their social educators / Los significados atribuidos a las medidas de libertad asistida por los jóvenes que están en conflicto con la ley y sus educadores sociales

Este artigo é fruto da pesquisa cujo objetivo foi compreender e analisar os sentidos que jovens em medida socioeducativa de liberdade assistida e seus socioeducadores atribuem à Medida. O aporte teórico-metodológico que sustentou a análise é o da psicologia histórico-cultural, representados por Vygotski e Leontiev, além de muitos de seus leitores. Tal escolha conduziu a procedimentos que priorizaram a observação das interações no contexto da Medida, focalizando os variados momentos e atividades que a constituem. Foram realizadas, também, entrevistas de aprofundamento e os dados das observações foram registrados em diário de campo. A análise teve como foco central as contradições que emergiram dos momentos de interação da pesquisadora com o contexto.

This article results of a research which had as objective to comprehend and analyze the meanings to which youngsters under social educative measures of assisted liberty and its social educators attribute to the Social Educational Measure of Assisted Liberty. The theoretic-methodological principal which sustained this analysis was that of historic-cultural psychology, represented by Vygotski and Leontiev as well as many of their readers. Such a choice of method leads to procedures which prioritized the observation of the interactions within the context of the Measure, focusing on different moments and activities which structure it. Further interviews and examinations were held and registered in field reports. The analysis' core developed around the contradictions which emerged from the moments of interaction of the research author and the context.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprender y analizar los sentidos que jóvenes en medida socio-educativa de libertad acompañada y sus socio-educadores atribuyen a la Medida. El aporte teórico-metodológico que sustentó el análisis es el de la sicología histórico-cultural, representados por Vygotski y Leontiev, además de sus otros lectores. Esta opción nos llevó a procedimientos que dieron prioridad a la observación de las intenciones en el contexto de la Medida, focando los diversos momentos y actividades que la constituyen. También fueron realizadas entrevistas de profundidad y los datos de las observaciones fueron registrados en diario de campo. El análisis tubo como foco las contradicciones que aparecieron de los momentos de interacción de la investigadora con el contexto.

Prazer e sofrimento no trabalho dos educadores sociais com adolescentes em situação de rua / Pleasure and suffering in social work of educators with homeless adolescents

Este artigo aborda a dinâmica saúde/sofrimento mental, vivida por educadores sociais de uma escola, no trabalho com adolescentes em situação de rua. Trata-se do resultado de pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). A metodologia em psicodinâmica do trabalho foi utilizada para a investigação da relação de prazer e/ou sofrimento, além da identificação das estratégias individuais e coletivas, construídas por esses educadores, para o enfrentamento do cotidiano no trabalho. Verificou-se que os educadores encontram-se mobilizados pela situação de vida do público atendido, assim como pelas relações estabelecidas com os colegas e com a rede de serviços externa à escola. Também está presente um esvaziamento dos vínculos de confiança e de cooperação entre os pares, não possibilitando a construção coletiva de superação das dificuldades encontradas. As mudanças de gestão, a descontinuidade de programas e projetos têm influenciado diretamente a escola e seus trabalhadores, mas, ao mesmo tempo, ainda permanece, nesses educadores, o desejo de transformação da realidade. É possível afirmar a importância da manutenção de um espaço público de discussão dos trabalhadores da escola, que possa qualificar seu trabalho e construir relações baseadas na confiança e cooperação. Assim, tendem a ser viabilizadas transformações das situações de trabalho, bem como a criação de novas maneiras de trabalhar e de promover saúde.

This article approaches the dynamic health/mental suffering, lived for social educators of a school, in the work with adolescents in street situation, result of a research of master in science. The methodology in psychodynamics of work was used for the inquiry of the relation of pleasure and/or suffering, beyond the identification of the individual and collective strategies, constructed for these educators, for the confrontation of the daily one in the work. It was verified that the educators meet mobilized by the situation of life of the taken care of public, as well as for the relations established with the colleagues and the external net of services to the school. Also the bonds of confidence and cooperation between the pairs is present, not making possible the collective construction of overcoming of the joined difficulties. The management changes, the discontinuity of the programs and projects, have influenced directly the school and its workers, but at the same time, still remain, in these educators, the desire of transformation of the reality. It is possible to affirm the importance of the maintenance of a public space of quarrel of the workers of the school, that can characterize its work and construct to relations based on the confidence and cooperation. Making possible transformations of the work situations, and creation in new ways to work and to promote health.
