ABSTRACT
The soft environment is the subsystem of the university moral education environment system,including the university spirit,academia environment,human environment, system environment and network environment. The soft environment construction has the important value in the university moral education,which not only provides the base for the university students to develop morals amd creates their intrinsic demand for morals but also affects the university moral education activities. It is the objective foundation for carrying out such activities and affects the decision-making and the effect of activities.
ABSTRACT
Soft environment of opening laboratory in key subject will deeply affect the construction and development of disciplines.Developing and innovative academic team;scientific and rigorous running mechanism,healthy and concordant academic atmosphere,active and positive behavior mode,all of the above are the main factors of soft environment of laboratory.From now on,we need try our best to improve human rights,design more efficient aims,constitute impellingly guarantee system and fine mechanism of consistent of regulations and environment,apply modern managing instrument scientificly and improve managing efficiency.

With postgraduates coming form different parts of the country,with complicated community structure,and dispersive professional study,the ideological political education of the postgraduates are difficult to be developed.Academic activities,which can infiltrate the ideological political education,can construct an equitable and effective communicated platform,improve the comprehensive quality of the postgraduates.Accordingly,academic activities can optimize the soft environment of the ideological political education.
