ABSTRACT

【Objective】 To explore the research status, hot spots and trends of platelet rich plasma (PRP). 【Methods】 With "platelet rich plasma (PRP)" and its Chinese equivalent as the subject words, the PRP related articles during January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2022 from PubMed and CNKI database were retrieved. The bibliometric analysis was performed by Bicomb 2.0 software to extract the annual number of literature publications, authors, journals and high-frequency theme words/sub theme words. The gCLUTO software was used to evaluate and visualize the results, and strategic diagram was drawn according to the results of biclustering. 【Results】 A total of 9 066 PRP related articles were retrieved (7 027 from PubMed, 2 039 from CNKI), and the number of publications showed an increasing trend year by year. Papers have been published in 1 527 journals in PubMed, among which the journal with the highest number of publications was Arthroscopy: Journal of Arthroscopic & Related Surgery (175 articles), followed by American Journal of Sports Medicine (171 articles ) and Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (121 articles) . PRP-related studies were published in 541 journals in CNKI, with the top 3 journals as Chinese Tissue Engineering Research (113 articles), Chinese Aesthetic Medicine (64 articles) and Chinese Journal of Blood Transfasion (45 articles) . In Pubmed, Anitua Eduardo (84 articles), Filardo Giuseppe (53 articles) and Cole Brian J (44 articles) were the top three productive authors on PRP; Cheng Biao from the General Hospital of Southern Theater Command of Chinese PLA was the most productive Chinese author (25 articles) . Shan Guiqiu from the General Hospital of the Southern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army published the most articles(29 articles) in CNKI. American journals published the most articles (2 745 articles ), accounting for 39.06% of the total articles, followed by British and Swiss journals, with 1 499 articles and 550 articles, respectively. A total of 42 high-frequency subject words/sub-subject words were selected from PubMed, and were classified into 6 roups, while 30 high-frequency subject words were selected from CNKI and grouped into 5 categories. The strategic coordinates show that the treatment of rotator cuff and tendon injury with PRP in PubMed, the study of PRP and tissue engineering materials in CNKI are the core themes of current PRP research. 【Conclusion】 The strategic coordinate map and bibliometrics can reveal the current research status of PRP and predict future research hotspots, but current research cores of PubMed and CNKI are not consistent, and further research is still needed.

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo analyze the online public Q&A texts on HPV vaccine, focus on the important issues related to HPV vaccination and cervical cancer prevention in China, and propose strategies and suggestions. MethodsThe latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model was employed to extract key topics of 15 565 Q&A texts related to HPV vaccines from the social Q&A platform "Zhihu". The Baidu AI sentiment analysis tool was used to analyze the emotional tendencies of the texts corresponding to each topic, and the topics were classified based on the strategic coordinate method. ResultsOnline users focused on eight topics about HPV vaccine information. Among them, vaccination knowledge, HPV vaccination hesitation, and HPV vaccine development and marketing belonged to the low positivity-high negativity emotional topics, HPV infection and high-risk factors belonged to the low positivity-low negativity emotional topics, and HPV vaccine appointment channels, comparison between domestic and imported vaccines, HPV vaccines and cervical cancer prevention, and HPV vaccine types and selection were grouped under high positivity-low negativity emotional topics. ConclusionPublic concerns regarding HPV vaccines can be classified into three major dimensions: health knowledge, health beliefs, and health behaviors. Overall, the public's views and attitudes towards vaccine-related issues are not optimistic. Strengthening science publicity and education, enhancing vaccine supervision, and encouraging enterprises’ innovative research and development capability are effective strategies to improve public awareness of cervical cancer prevention and accelerate the full HPV vaccination coverage.

ABSTRACT

Objective To provide the scientific evidence for studying Alzheimer's disease (AD) and decision-making for its management by analyzing the strategic information of hotspots in studies on AD.Methods Citation strategic coordinate diagram was plotted by describing the history of studies on AD with co-citation clustering for further understanding the novelty and concern of hotspots in studies on AD.The current hotspots in studies on AD were discovered by co-words clustering and their strategic coordinates were analyzed to reveal their development periods. Results The current hotspots in studies on AD were substance metabolism in AD patients, etiology of AD and therapies for AD.The diagnosis of AD according to its clinical characteristics and hypothesis on amyloid cascade in AD patients were greatly concerned. Conclusion Citation strategic coordinate analysis and co-words strategic coordinate analysis can display the hotspots in studies on AD and their development history.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the published articles on the etiology of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and catch the recent research hot topics. Methods Literature searching on the etiology of RA was conducted through PubMed database of US Congress Library of Medicine published in past five years.Bibliographic Item CO-Occurrence Matrix Builder (BICOMB) to bibliometric analysis and statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) 19.0 were used for cluster analysis and plotting strategic coordinate figure. Results Four research hot topics were identified by analyzing the keywords:① Therapeutic and adverse effects of antirheumatic agents;② Genetics and complications of RA;③ Immunity of autoantigens and autoantibodies in RA;④ Immune cells and microRNAs in RA.Conclusion Researches on RA etiology have developed steadily, with different current status and developing tendency, which provides reference for related studies.

ABSTRACT

Radiotherapy is an important therapy for uterine cervical cancer and plays a great role in improving the outcome in uterine cervical cancer patients. The high frequency subject headings/subheadings in papers on radio-therapy for uterine cervical cancer in the past 10 years were analyzed by co-occurrence clustering analysis to dis-play the hot spots and a strategic coordinate figure was plotted to show the developing tendency of its hot spots in studies on radiotherapy for uterine cervical cancer in order to provide reference for its-related studies.

ABSTRACT

The life cycle, evolution and trend of EEG technology were studied by plotting its S curve model ac-cording to its maturity theory with Derwent Innovation Index Database-covered EEG technology patent data as a sample. Cluster analysis and strategic coordinate analysis according to the co-classification network of Derwent pa-tent classification code showed the linkage relationship and evolution trend in different fields of EEG technology. The frequency and centrality of EEG technology were analyzed according to the co-word network of Derwent manual code in order to identify the distribution and hotspots of research on EEG technology.

ABSTRACT

The research hot spots and development in domestic neurology were analyzed by co-words analysis, visual analysis and the combination of them, which showed that the co-occurrence relation between high frequency words could display the structure and hot spots of subject headings in neurology, analysis of the cluster evolution and position could dynamically reveal the hot spots and development in neurology, and comprehensive analysis of words and their classes could directly and overall demonstrate the hot spots and development in neurology.
