ABSTRACT

Objective To reveal the research hotspots and development trend of DRGs based on literature, and to provide a basis for domestic scholars and hospitals .Methods Literature review was made in database CNKI and Wanfang database , using DRGs and its co-words ( both Chinese and English ) to retrieve literatures published before April 2017 , and describing such distribution as paper publication year , journal, and first author.Co-word cluster analysis was then performed on the co-occurrence matrix of high frequency keywords to reveal the research hotspots and development trends in line with the subject strategic diagram. Results 2594paperswereretrievedand1303ofthemwereretainedwiththoseredundantand irrelevant bibliographies excluded .Observation of the distribution of the year , journal and first author revealed that papers in DRGs field were in rapid growth , while the journals and first authors were distributed evenly. These literature focused on eight research hotspots , namely medical insurance payment system , medical quality and efficiency, hospital management, DRGs payment, case-mix, coding uniformity, medical records management , and evaluation system .In the subject strategic diagram , medical insurance payment system, medical quality and efficiency were placed in the fourth quadrant , the DRGs payment , case-mix, coding uniformity in the first quadrant , hotspot coding uniformity in the second , and the last two hotspots were in the third .Conclusions DRGs has attracted attention of many scholars and institutions in China , as evidenced by numerous articles published in various journals .These articles covered a wide range of topics , and were in different development stages .Researchers should keep an eye on progress of mature themes , and promote practical exploration of immature topics .

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the changes of the internal structure and research topics of oncology from 2005 to 2014,and offer reference for the development of the related studies and research policies. Methods The articles published in 203 journals in the area of oncologyfrom 2005 to 2014 included by JCR were chosen.Firstly,we cleaned the author keywords using the TDA software. After that,we standardized and categorized the keywords according to the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH)manually. In the end,we builted the co-occurrence matrixes of high-frequency words in three stages:2005—2007,2008—2010 and 2011 —2014, and drew the evolution maps and strategic diagrams of each stage to analyze the changes of the internal structure and research topics of oncology. Results While the word frequence increasing rapidly, the main keywords reduced gradually from 2005 to 2014.The traditional treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the diagnostic and the epidemiological investigation were the core subject of oncology. With the screening of neoplasms, the research on the cell physiological phenomena and the genetic phenomena gained vigorous expan-sion.Breast neoplasms, the topic whose deep exploration also led the development of other topics, has always been the hard nut as well as the hot topic of the oncology.During this period, researches on the screening of neo-plasms and the genetic phenomena were developed rapidly. Conclusion The content of oncology will be more thoroughly with some merge, division, development, declining and perishing of the internal themes occurred as well. The boundaries among the sub-structure are becoming more and more blurred and the screening of neo-plasms and the genetic phenomena has gradually become the dominant trend in general practices.

ABSTRACT

Objectives To identify the mainstream studies and their development trends in health management research, and enable domestic scholars and institutions in their decision making to select strategic research fields and their discipline development on health management. Methods Co-citation cluster analysis of high-frequency citations, combined with co-word cluster analysis of high-frequency of MeSH terms were used to discover research focuses. This was followed by statistical analysis of the content of each cluster, and demonstration of the research trends through citation and subject strategic diagrams. Results Eight hot sub-fields have been identified both before and after 2002, which include both cross and separate topics. Conclusion With a multi-disciplinary characteristic, health management has not yet developed into a mature and stable research field; Health management involves the whole management process of healthcare services; Mental health management, chronic disease management and its primary health care service are all constant hotspots of studies. Health literacy is an area deserving greater attention in health management; Health management should interact with health insurance, making it part of the medical insurance system.

ABSTRACT

Co-citation analysis, co-word analysis and strategic coordinates are combined to make known the subject theme evolu-tion. The research history of general surgery is described by eo-citation eluster analysis, citation strategic diagram is pictured by the theory of strategy coordinates to learn more about the novelty and attention of each hot topic. The present research focused on general surgery that would be found by co-words cluster analysis, and stages of development about each topic are discussed by strategic coordinates based of cluster results. It is helpful to provide a decision-making reference for professionals and managers.
