ABSTRACT

Resident standardization training is an essential way in cultivating medical professionals. It is important for subject development and talent reserve. For cultivating high-quality resident physicians with comprehensive theory, independent clinical thinking, great practical ability, and innovative scientific idea, it recourses to both optimizing training scheme and evaluation system with highly specialization and comprehensive quality. In this study, the authors proposed incorporate training patterns includingoptimiz-ing design, innovating training, and standardized assessment based on their recent experience on resident standardization training.

ABSTRACT

El Bullying, por sus características y consecuencias, se ha transformado en una preocupación central en el ámbito educativo y de salud, en los cuales se han desarrollado diferentes formas de afrontarlo con el fin de disminuir su incidencia y garantizar el cumplimiento de los derechos en niños y adolescentes. En el presente trabajo, se describe el acoso o maltrato entre pares "bullying" en estudiantes de nivel primario, secundario y su-perior, se analiza las intervenciones realizadas y se señala el rol que los prestadores de salud deben tener en el ámbito de la promoción, prevención e intervención.


The bullying for its characteristics and conse-quences, has become a central concern in education and health, which have developed different ways of facing in order to reduce their impact and ensure compliance with the rights in children and adolescents. This work, describes the harassment or abuse between peer, "bullying" in students of primary, secon-dary and superior level, the interventions are analyzed and it is showed the role that health care providers should have in the field of pro-motion, prevention and intervention.

ABSTRACT

In this paper,we analyzed the current status of objective structured clinical exam-ination (OSCE) in the assessment of the domestic medical students, the results achieved and the problems encountered. Meanwhile,we proposed that we can optimize the station,unify SP selection and training and improve the evaluation content and subject in order to enhance the operating effect of OSCE.
