ABSTRACT
El propósito de esta presentación es describir y analizar los efectos del Síndrome de Burnout y los mecanismos de afrontamiento en el personal de dos Hospitales Públicos. A partir del análisis cualitativo de dos preguntas abiertas de un cuestionario sociodemográfico de registro de malestares, y de las problemáticas relevadas en los grupos focales, se realizó una categorización en seis ejes: Subjetividad, Equipo de Salud, Recursos, Hospital, Políticas de Salud y Población. Se seleccionaron las dimensiones de Subjetividad y Equipo de Salud, para explicitar algunos hallazgos desde la perspectiva de los actores de salud
The purpose of this paper is to describe and to qualitatively analyze the incidence of Burnout Syndrome in the3 staff of two Public Hospitals, and their coping mechanisms. Considering the qualitative analyze of two open questions on a sociodemografic questionaire, indisposition's record, and the problematic revealed by focus groups we identified six categories: Subjectivity, Health team, Resources, Hospital, Health ¨Policies and Population Subjectivity and Health team dimensions where selected to lay out some finding from health workers perspectives
