ABSTRACT
Nas primeiras décadas do século XX, as sociedades dançantes Flor da União e Flor da Lyra tornaram-se referências no que tangue aos divertimentos em Bangu e nos demais bairros suburbanos da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Tendo em conta que foram expressões de movimentos de formações identitárias e de busca de valorização local, este estudo tem por objetivo discutir as experiências dessas agremiações dançantes, tanto na lógica que explica a organização, quanto aos desafios e tensões que seus membros enfrentaram para consolidá-las. Quanto ao recorte em tela (1899-1922), levou-se em consideração a fundação da sociedade Flor da União, em 1899, e, 1922, período em que os movimentos irradiados ao redor das atividades dos clubes tornaram-se cada vez mais ocasionais. Dessa forma, esperamos elucidar um trajeto distinto sobre a história do bairro, dos subúrbios e do Rio de Janeiro, na tentativa de compreender como atores diversos foram centrais na formação do espaço, ou seja, atuaram na constituição de uma identidade local.
In the first decades of the 20th century, the dance societies Flor da União and Flor da Lyra became references in terms of entertainment in Bangu and in the other suburban neighborhoods of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Bearing in mind that they were expressions of movements of identity formations and the search for local valorization, this study aims to discuss the experiences of these dancing associations, both in the logic that explains the organization, as well as the challenges and tensions that its members faced to consolidate themselves. them. As for the cutout on canvas (1899- 1922), the foundation of the Flor da União society in 1899 was taken into account, and in 1922, a period in which the irradiated movements around the club's activities became increasingly occasional. In this way, we hope to elucidate a different path about the history of the neighborhood, the suburbs and Rio de Janeiro, in an attempt to understand how diverse actors were central in the formation of space, that is, they acted in the constitution of a local identity.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo compreender as representações e mecanismos de repressão criados pelos periódicos e pela polícia da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, que não somente desqualificavam, como também estereotipavam as práticas de lazer da região arrabaldina. Quanto ao recorte temporal, levamos em conta as crônicas e notícias produzidas nos periódicos O Imparcial, a Gazeta de Notícias, O Paiz e o Jornal do Brasil, entre os anos de 1900 a 1923, período em que os jornais e a polícia teceram diversas críticas às formas de diversão suburbana, buscando redefinir usos e costumes considerados inadequados aos padrões daquilo que se julgava como civilizado.
This work aims to understand the representations and mechanisms of repression created by the newspapers and the police of the city of Rio de Janeiro, which not only disqualified, but also stereotyped the leisure practices of the arrabaldina region. As for the temporal cut, we take into account the chronicles and news produced in the periodicals O Imparcial, Gazeta de Notícias, O Paiz and Jornal do Brasil, between the years 1900 to 1923, a period in which newspapers and the police made several criticisms to the forms of suburban fun, seeking to redefine customs and customs considered inappropriate to the standards of what would be considered civilized.

This is a theoretical paper, which presents a systematic and critical review of different authors about the neighborhood effect and the States role in the life paths of young people and introduces reflections, contributions and nuances that have emerged from an empirical work, with the intention of advancing the conceptual reflection of phenomena such as neighborhood effect and processes of youth social exclusion on the outskirts of the city. The methodology chosen is the comparative case study among four working class neighborhoods in the periphery of Barcelona and Milan. Finally, main conclusions are: previous researches about neighbourhood effect have ascribed other elements to the neighbourhood leading to social exclusion, even when they are not created by neighbourhood itself, but they are the result of extra-territorial and extra-local processes.
Este es un artículo teórico que por un lado, presenta una revisión sistemática y crítica sobre la literatura del efecto barrio y el papel del Estado en las trayectorias devida de los jóvenes, y por otro lado, introduce reflexiones, aportaciones y matices que han surgido deun trabajo empírico, con la intención de promoverla reflexión conceptual sobre el efecto barrio y losprocesos de exclusión social juvenil en las periferias urbanas. La metodología elegida es el estudiode caso comparativo entre cuatro barrios de la clase obrera en la periferia de Barcelona y Milán. Los principales resultados son que investigaciones precedentes sobre el efecto barrio han atribuidoal barrio elementos vinculados a la exclusión social, incluso cuando estos procesos no son creados por el propio barrio, sino que son el resultado de procesos extra-territoriales y extra-locales.
Este é um artigo teórico que por um lado apresenta uma revisão sistemática e crítica da literatura do efeito vizinhança e o papel do Estado nas trajetórias de vida dos jovens e, por outro lado, introduz reflexões, aportes e matizes que têm surgido de um trabalho empírico, com a intenção de promover a reflexão conceitual sobre o efeito de vizinhança e processos de exclusão social de jovens nas periferias urbanas. A metodologia escolhida é o estudo de caso comparativo entre quatro bairros de classe operária na periferia de Barcelona e Milão. Os principais resultados são que as pesquisas anteriores sobre o efeito vizinhança atribuíram à vizinhança elementos vinculados à exclusão social, incluso quando estes processos não são criados pela própria vizinhança, mas são o resultado de processos extraterritoriais e extra locais.

Objective To observe the influence of insulin resistance(IR) and isosorbide mononitrate(ISMN) on myocardial cellular apoptosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) .Methods Forty male 14‐week old Wistar(W) rats and SHR(S) each were respectively or jointly fed with normal diet (ND) ,high fat and high glucose(HFHG) diet ,normal saline(NS)and ISMN by ga‐vage .Then they were randomly divided into the normal and NS group (normal W and normal S ) ,HFHG and NS group(HFHG W and HFHG S) ,normal and ISMN group(ISMN W and ISMN S) ,HFHG and ISMN group(HI W and HI S) ,with 10 rats in each group .After 12‐week feeding ,carotid arterial blood was collected for detecting blood glucose concentration and insulin level and cal‐culating insulin resistance index (HOMA‐IR);4 myocardial tissue samples were taken for respectively observing the morphology under microscope ,and detecting the NO level ,myocardial Bcl‐2 ,Bax gene and their protein expression levels in myocardial tissue . Results Myocardial NO level ,Bax gene mRNA and related protein levels in the HFHG and ISMN intervention groups were higher than those in the normal group ,while the bcl‐2 gene mRNA and related protein expression were on the contrary ;myocardial tissue NO level ,Bax gene mRNA and related protein expression in the S groups were increased compared with the corresponding W groups ,while the bcl‐2 gene mRNA and related protein expression were on the contrary ;in the HFHG W group ,the myocardial tis‐sue NO level had significantly positive correlation with HOMA‐IR ,and in the ISMN W group ,HOMA‐IR was positively correlated with the NO level in the myocardial tissue .Conclusion Myocardial cellular apoptosis of SHR is increased compared with Wistar rats ;both IR and ISMN can aggravate the apoptosis of SHR myocardial cells ,moreover IR has a mutual induction and reciprocal causation with ISMN .
