ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of Succinate injection combined with Bifico on the myocardial enzymes changes of the children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 146 children with rotavirus enteritis were enrolled and included in this study. Children were randomly divided into the control group (n=73) and the observation group (n=73). The control group was received Bifico on the basis of routine treatment, and observation group was received Succinate injection combined with Bifico. The IL-17, IL-6, TNF-?, LDH, CK, and CKMB was detected by ELISA. The rates of clinical effects was compared. Results After treatment, the IL-17 (22.35 ± 4.21 ng/mlvs. 30.24 ± 6.07 ng/ml,t=2.395), IL-6(31.26 ± 6.14 ng/mlvs. 43.72 ± 8.22 ng/ml,t=2.347), TNF-? (35.62 ± 6.24 ng/mlvs. 49.18 ± 8.72 ng/ml,t=2.421), LDH (135.16 ± 31.25 U/Lvs. 174.08 ± 40.22 U/L,t=2.373), CK (37.82 ± 7.39 U/Lvs. 50.21 ± 11.16 U/L,t=2.385), and CKMB (90.14 ± 11.63 U/Lvs. 113.22 ± 18.35 U/L,t=2.392) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rates of clinical effects was 94.5% (69/73) in the observation group and 83.6% (61/73) in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2=2.352,P=0.047).Conclusions The Succinate injection combined with Bifico could reduce the inflammatory indices and alleviate the myocardial injury in the RVE patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the protective effect of Racecadotril combined with Succinate Injection on myocardial injury in children with rotavirus enteritis and explore its clinical significance. Methods Totally 116 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis from Huangshi Traditional Chinese Medicine ofEdong Healthcare Group were selected in this study.Patients were randomly divided into Racecadotril control group (n =58) and Racecadotril combined with Succinate Injection observation group (n =58).The levels of CK,CK-MB,LDH,IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-α were detected by ELISA analysis. The rates of clinic effects and adverse reaction were compared. Results There was no significant difference of CK,CK-MB,LDH,IL-17,IL-6,and TNF-α between two groups before treatment. After treatment, they were all decreased in two groups (P < 0.05,0.01).However,they were all lower in observation group than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05).The rate of clinic effects was 94.8% in observation group, which was higher than 81.0% in control group (P < 0.05).The rate of adverse reaction was 8.6% in observation group and 6.9% in control group. There was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion Racecadotril combined with Succinate Injection inhibits the inflammatory response to protect myocardial injury in RVE children, with significantly clinical efficacy and safety.

ABSTRACT

Objective To research the clinical evaluation of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection in the treatment of COPD combined with CAP and its influence on plasma IL-33, PCT and hs-CRP levels.Method 91 patients with COPD combined with CAP in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group (48 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was given on the basis of the above treatment of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection. The clinical efficacy and plasma IL-33, PCT and hs-CRP levels were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Before treatment, the IL-33, PCT, hs-CRP of two groups of patients had no significant difference. After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67% higher than that of the control group 74.42%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).All the clinical symptoms time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the clearance rate of the observation group (85.42%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.44%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the indexes of the two groups of patients were decreased, the indexes of the observation group significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group .Conclusion Potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate injection can significantly improve their plasma IL-33, PCT and hs-CRP levels, the respiratory pathogen and inflammatory mediators are effectively removed, and has good clinical effect, and no serious adverse reactions during treatment.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVETo systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Potassium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate Injection (PDSI) in the treatment of child epidemic parotitis (EP).

METHODSRandomized controlled trials (RCTs) regarding PDSI in the treatment of child EP were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, PubMed, and Cochrane Library from inception to July 30, 2013. Two reviewers independently retrieved RCTs and extracted information. The Cochrane risk of bias method was used to assess the quality of included studies, and a meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.2 software.

RESULTSA total of 11 studies with 818 participants were included. The quality of the studies was generally low, among which only one study mentioned the random method. The meta-analysis indicated that PDSI was more effective than the conventional therapy with Western medicine for EP in the outcomes of the total effective rate [relative risk (RR)=1.23, 95% confidence interval (CI) [1.14, 1.33], P<0.01], the time of temperature return to normal, the time of detumescence [mean difference (MD)=-2.10, 95% CI [-2.78,-1.41], P<0.01], and the incidence of complications (RR=0.14, 95% CI [0.03, 0.72], P=0.02). There were 6 adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in this systematic review, 2 of which were mainly represented rash and diarrhea in the experiment group, while another 4 ADRs occurred in the control group.

CONCLUSIONSBased on the systematic review, PDSI was effectiveness and relatively safety in the treatment of child EP. But further rigorously designed trials are warranted to determine its effectiveness.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in six infusions.METHODS:The changes of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection in appearance,pH value, content and insoluble micrones after mixing with six infusions(0.9% NaCl solution,Compound sodium chloride injection,Glucose saline,DX 40 glucose injection,5% glucose injection in glass or plastic containers)were determined respectively.RESULTS:No significant changes were noted for the mixture within 4 h in appearance,pH value and content.Except the micrones in potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate mixed with compound sodium chloride injection were up to the standard(China Pharmacopeia,2005 edition),the micrones in all the other mixtures failed to meet the standard.CONCLUSION:Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection can be used in combination with compound sodium chloride injection.
