ABSTRACT
When facing the worldwide abuse of opioid substance,one of the effective responses is opioid substitution therapy (OST).However,different OST service patterns may affect the therapeutic outcome.Using the System Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety (SEIPS) model,we can analyze the factors that affecting the outcomes of patients from the perspective work system.In this paper,SEIPS model is used to describe the existing OST service model.According to the operation mechanism of the methadone maintenance treatment in China and the existing OST service model,some suggestions are put forward to carry out effective OST service in the country.

Interest in learning can not only stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, but also directly affect the quality of higher education. In this paper, the questionnaire of the related factors of college students' interest was designed to carry out micro-system engineering research. The factors as-sociated with college students' interest in learning and their complex relationships were investigated by using methods of systems science and systems engineering. The results shows that the students who can actively participate in after-school learning discussions , feel good in lectures and have clear learning objectives, are interested in learning. And at the same time, the teacher's influence and his active guidance in classroom teaching will raise students' interest in learning. This study provides a more comprehensive basis and clues to improve students' interest in learning and education reform.

Shanghai healthcare system reform is proceeded in the system engineering theory adopting the methods of making the overall plans, the combination of scientific design whole and part, the combination of microcosm and macrocosm, the combination of innovation and standard, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of structural optimization and improvement so as to promote the development of Shanghai healthcare system and provide successful experiences for our national healthcare system reform.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the way to improve the service quality of outpatient pharmacy.METHODS:The pharmaceutical work in the outpatient pharmacy was optimized applying the theory of system engineering.RESULTS:The working efficiency and service quality of outpatient pharmacy were improved significantly.CONCLUSIONS:The theory of system engineering lay a focus on the optimal holistic effect of the system.Excellent results were achieved on the same objective conditions,when the stable quality of drugs,intensive scientific management,coordinating the exterior and interior relationships and reasonable usage of workers were considered as the elements of the system.
