ABSTRACT

O estudo apresentado neste artigo objetivou descrever a produção científica entre 2012 e 2022 sobre o cuidado médico na Atenção Primária à Saúde a mulheres em situação de violência. Trata-se de um estudo bibliométrico e descritivo de abordagem quantitativa, a partir de publicações indexadas na base de dados Web of Science mediante o uso dos descritores "Violence Against Women", "Medical Care", "Primary Health Care". Diante do que foi analisado, é perceptível uma falta de priorização de estratégias de cuidados pelos serviços de saúde, apesar de uma produção científica consideravelmente importante, bem como uma falta de atuação de alguns nichos dos profissionais de saúde. O desenho metodológico permitiu um mapeamento do perfil dos estudos voltados para a temática, assim como a necessidade de estudos sobre intervenções multidisciplinares, em especial o cuidado médico, na Atenção Primária à Saúde, a mulheres em situação de violência.


The study presented in this article aimed to describe the scientific production between 2012 and 2022 on medical care in Primary Health Care for women in situations of violence. This is a bibliometric and descriptive study of quantitative approach, from publications indexed in the Web of Science database through the use of the follow descriptors: "Violence Against Women", "Medical Care", "Primary Health Care". In the light of what has been analyzed, it is visible a lack of prioritisation of care strategies by the health services, despite a considerably important scientific production, as well as a lack of action by certain niches of health professionals. The methodological design made it possible to map out the profile of studies on the subject, as well as the need for studies on multidisciplinary interventions, especially the medical care by health services in Primary Health Care for women in situations of violence.


El estudio presentado en este artículo tuvo como objetivo describir la producción científica entre 2012 y 2022 sobre el cuidado médico en la Atención Primaria de Salud a mujeres en situación de violencia. Se trata de un estudio bibliométrico y descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, basado en publicaciones indexadas en la base de datos Web of Science utilizando el descriptores "Violence Against Women", "Medical Care", "Primary Health Care". Frente a lo analizado, es notoria una falta de priorización de las estrategias de atención por parte de los servicios de salud, a pesar de una producción científica considerable y importante, así como de una falta de actuación de determinados nichos de profesionales de la salud. El diseño metodológico permitió mapear el perfil de los estudios acerca del tema, así como la necesidad de estudios sobre intervenciones multidisciplinarias, especialmente el cuidado médico en los servicios de salud de la Atención Primaria de Salud a mujeres en situación de violencia.

ABSTRACT

The Healthy China Strategy launched by China is not only a practical policy, but also an ethical revolution in the field of health. Under the Healthy China Strategy, the health field and its sub-field health care are defined as areas with "public" ethics as the fundamental ethical principles. Reconstructing the health care with "public" ethics should get rid of the health care oriented market lead and technical lead, and return to its "public" nature. In terms of concrete realization, the state and the government need to be the power backing of the "public" ethics of the health and medical care, the reconstructing must be leaded by Chinese Communist Party, and the fundamental realization of the "public" ethics of the health and medical care should take the institutions as the fundamental approach.

ABSTRACT

Introducción: La asignatura Introducción a la Metodología de la Investigación, para la Enseñanza Técnica Superior de Prótesis Estomatológica, de la Facultad de Estomatología de La Habana, se incorporó a la educación a distancia, durante el curso 2021-2022. Objetivo: Describir la experiencia en la ejecución de la asignatura con el uso del aula virtual de la Institución. Material y Métodos: Se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva, retrospectiva, acerca de las experiencias en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, durante los cursos 2021-2022 y 2022-2023. Resultados: Se cumplieron los objetivos metodológicos de la asignatura, se debatieron los temas propuestos en los foros, se aclararon las dudas utilizando las herramientas interactivas de la plataforma y la atención al alumno fue personalizada. Conclusiones: Se logró impartir por primera vez con éxito, la asignatura, se digitalizaron los objetos de aprendizaje por temas, se diseñaron actividades para la evaluación del aprendizaje, y se obtuvieron calificaciones satisfactorias.


Introduction: The subject Introduction to Research Methodology, for the Higher Technical Education of Stomatological Prosthetics, of the Faculty of Stomatology of Havana, was incorporated into distance education, during the 2021-2022 academic year. Objective: Describe the experience in the execution of the subject with the use of the Institution's virtual classroom. Material and Methods: A descriptive, retrospective research was carried out on the experiences in the teaching-learning process, during the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 academic years. Results: The methodological objectives of the subject were met, the topics proposed in the forums were debated, doubts were clarified using the platform's interactive tools, and student attention was personalized. Conclusions: The subject was successfully taught for the first time, the learning objects were digitized by topic, activities were designed for the evaluation of learning, and satisfactory grades were obtained.

ABSTRACT

Forensic Odontology deals with the presentation of dental evidence in a court of law. An academic exploration revealed instances of technical challenges within the field. This study endeavours to delve into the spheres where these challenges occur, with the core objective of enhancing the quality of practice. An integrative literature review was conducted using the online platforms SCOPUS and Web of Science. Based on the selection criteria, 29 pertinent papers dated 2000-2023 were included. Quantitative analysis of the categories of selected articles was performed using Microsoft Excel 2019 (Microsoft Corp., Redmond, WA, USA). Technical concerns were reported in all facets of Forensic Odontology with the general role of expert witnesses being reported the most (n=8; 27.58%). Within the different facets of the field, age estimation was the most prominent area of concern (n=8; 27.58%) and child abuse and neglect (n=1; 3.57%) represented the least reported category. Findings indicate that there is a need to prioritize avenues to enhance the quality of practice in the general role of expert witnesses and the specific area of dental age estimation. To this end, increased support for researchers must be provided to help validate methodologies. It is advisable to institute mandatory formal training and proficiency testing within the field. Inadequate knowledge of dentists regarding child abuse and neglect has been noted, demonstrating the need for more dedicated quality training. Recommendations for Forensic Odontologists have been curated combining this study's results and the codes of ethics of various forensic organisations


A Odontologia Legal trata da apresentação de provas odontológicas em juízo. Uma exploração acadêmica revelou exemplos de desafios técnicos na área. Este estudo procura aprofundar as esferas onde estes desafios ocorrem, com o objetivo central de melhorar a qualidade da prática. Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa da literatura utilizando as plataformas online SCOPUS e Web of Science. Com base nos critérios de seleção, foram incluídos 29 artigos pertinentes datados de 2000-2023. A análise quantitativa das categorias dos artigos selecionados foi realizada no Microsoft Excel 2019 (Microsoft Corp., Redmond, WA, EUA). Preocupações técnicas foram relatadas em todas as áreas da Odontologia Legal, sendo o papel geral dos peritos o mais relatado (n=8; 27,58%). Dentro das diferentes áreas de atuação, a estimativa da idade foi a área de preocupação mais proeminente (n=8; 27,58%), e o abuso infantil e a negligência (n=1; 3,57%) representaram a categoria menos relatada. Os resultados indicam que há uma necessidade de priorizar caminhos para melhorar a qualidade da prática no papel geral dos peritos e na área específica da estimativa da idade dental. Para este efeito, deve ser prestado maior apoio aos investigadores para ajudar a validar metodologias. É aconselhável instituir treinamento formal obrigatório e testes de proficiência na área. Foi observado um conhecimento inadequado dos dentistas sobre abuso e negligência infantil, demonstrando a necessidade de uma formação mais dedicada e de qualidade. As recomendações para Dentistas Forenses foram selecionadas combinando os resultados deste estudo e os códigos de ética de várias organizações forenses.

ABSTRACT

Objective. From my experience as a member of the editorial board of the journal Investigación y Educación en Enfermería, the implications and scope of participating in this entity and the mutual and reciprocal benefits of this academic interaction between members of the editorial board and the journal are explained. Content synthesis.The key elements on operation, integration, tasks, and responsibilities of editorial boards to disseminate scientific research in different disciplines are analyzed and described, highlighting the rigor and commitment to academic ethics that allows guaranteeing the credibility of the contents published and topics addressed by a journal within a context of high competitiveness and risk of breaches of academic and scientific probity and ethics. Conclusion. Integrating an editorial board requires developing a fundamental role that implies a series of commitments and challenges that must be addressed with professionalism and ethics to guarantee the quality and prestige of the academic publication. In this task, achievements and goals are reached for the journal, as well as academic benefits for the editorial board members.

A partir de mi experiencia como integrante del comité editorial de la revista Investigación y Educación en Enfermería, se exponen las implicancias y el alcance de participar en esta entidad y los beneficios mutuos y recíprocos de esta interacción académica entre los miembros del comité editorial y la revista. Síntesis del contenido. Se analizan y describen los elementos claves sobre funcionamiento, integración, tareas y responsabilidades de los comités editoriales para la difusión de investigaciones científicas en las distintas disciplinas, resaltando el rigor y compromiso con la ética académica que permite garantizar la credibilidad de los contenidos publicados y las temáticas abordadas por una revista en un contexto de alta competitividad y de riesgo de faltas a la probidad y ética académica y científica. Conclusión. Integrar un comité editorial exige desarrollar un papel fundamental que implica una serie de compromisos y desafíos que deben abordarse con profesionalismo y ética para garantizar la calidad y el prestigio de la publicación académica. En esta tarea se alcanzan logros y metas tanto para la revista, así como se obtienen beneficios académicos para los integrantes del comité editorial.

Com base na minha experiência como membro do conselho editorial da RevistaInvestigación y Educación en Enfermería, são apresentados as implicações e o alcance da participação nesta entidade e os benefícios mútuos e recíprocos desta interação acadêmica entre os membros do conselho editorial e a revista. Síntese de conteúdo. São analisados e descritos os elementos-chave sobre o funcionamento, integração, tarefas e responsabilidades dos comités editoriais para a divulgação da investigação científica nas diferentes disciplinas, destacando o rigor e o compromisso com a ética académica que permite garantir a credibilidade dos conteúdos publicados e os temas abordados por uma revista em um contexto de alta competitividade e de risco de violação da probidade e da ética acadêmica e científica. Conclusão. Integrar um comitê editorial exige desenvolver um papel fundamental que envolve uma série de compromissos e desafios que devem ser enfrentados com profissionalismo e ética para garantir a qualidade e o prestígio da publicação acadêmica. Nessa tarefa são alcançadas conquistas e metas para a revista, bem como benefícios acadêmicos para os membros do comitê editorial.

ABSTRACT

Fundamento: Las publicaciones científicas son importantes en el ámbito médico pues permiten la divulgación de las investigaciones científicas. Objetivo: Describir el comportamiento de las publicaciones científicas de los profesionales pertenecientes a la Clínica Universitaria de Especialidades Estomatológicas "Manuel Cedeño". Metodología: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo y retrospectivo, de tipo bibliométrico en la Clínica de Especialidades Estomatológicas "Manuel Cedeño", desde noviembre de 2016 hasta junio de 2021. Los indicadores bibliométricos estudiados fueron: cantidad de artículos publicados por año, revista de publicación, tipología de los artículos y temática investigada. Resultados: Se encontraron 29 artículos publicados, de ellos el 86.20 % fueron reportes originales. El año 2019 fue el de más publicaciones científicas. En la revista Multimed se publicó la mayor cantidad y la temática más abordada fue Ortodoncia con el 31.03 %. Conclusiones: Los informes originales predominaron, se publicaron trabajos en revistas cubanas y se abordaron varios temas; aun así, consideramos que la cantidad de artículos debe ser mayor y más diversa según tipología.


Background: Scientific publications are important in the medical field because they permit the divulgation of scientific research. Objective: To describe the behavior of scientific publications of the professionals belonging to the "Manuel Cedeño" University Clinic of Dental Specialties. Methodology: A descriptive and retrospective bibliometric study was conducted at the "Manuel Cedeño" University Clinic of Dental Specialties, from November 2016 to June 2021. The bibliometric indicators studied were: number of articles published by year, publication journal, article typology and subject researched. Results: A number of 29 published articles were found, out of which 86.20% were original reports. 2019 was the year with the highest number of scientific publications. The greatest number was published in the Multimed journal, and the subject most covered was Orthodontics, with 31.03%. Conclusions: The original reports predominated, articles were published in Cuban journals and various topics were covered; even so, we consider that the number of articles must be greater and more diverse according to typology.

ABSTRACT

Entre los innumerables cambios ocurridos en el voleibol contemporáneo, se encuentra la aparición del jugador líbero. Se trata de un jugador meramente defensivo que puede entrar y salir continuamente del campo y sustituir a cualquiera de los otros jugadores cuando por rotación se encuentran en defensa. La investigación que se presenta tiene como objetivo valorar el comportamiento técnico-táctico del jugador líbero en la categoría juvenil masculino de voleibol; para ello, se utilizaron métodos científicos del nivel teórico y empírico como la revisión documental, la observación y la entrevista que garantizaron el estudio de los 16 atletas loberos que participaron en el campeonato nacional juvenil 2022. Los resultados obtenidos ofrecen una serie de datos importantes sobre las particularidades individuales y colectivas de los atletas estudiados, para direccionar la programación del entrenamiento.


Entre as inúmeras mudanças que ocorreram no vôlei contemporâneo está o surgimento do jogador líbero. Trata-se de um jogador puramente defensivo que pode entrar e sair continuamente da quadra e substituir qualquer um dos outros jogadores quando estes estiverem na defesa em rodízio. A pesquisa aqui apresentada tem como objetivo avaliar o comportamento técnico-tático do jogador líbero na categoria juvenil masculina de voleibol; para isso, foram utilizados métodos científicos de nível teórico e empírico como a revisão documental, a observação e a entrevista que garantiram o estudo dos 16 atletas líberos que participaram do campeonato nacional juvenil de 2022. Os resultados obtidos oferecem uma série de dados importantes sobre as particularidades individuais e coletivas dos atletas estudados, para direcionar a programação do treinamento.


Among the innumerable changes that have occurred in contemporary volleyball, is the appearance of the libero player. He is a purely defensive player who can continuously enter and leave the field and replace any of the other players when they are in defense due to rotation. The research presented aims to assess the technical-tactical behavior of the libero player in the male youth volleyball category; for this, scientific methods of the theoretical level such as, historical -logical and inductive-deductive, as well as documentary review, observation and interview of the empirical level were used, which guaranteed the study of the 16 wolves athletes who participated in the 2022 national youth championship. The results obtained offer a series of important data on the individual and collective particularities of the athletes studied, to direct the training schedule.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of using the tax methodology for determining unjustified increases in assets in money laundering cases heard in the courts. It also seeks to identify the errors made by the Tax Authority with the purpose of ascertaining whether these errors could hinder the successful application of the methodology in investigations of money laundering cases. In order to achieve these objectives, a mixed research methodology was conducted that included the analysis of rulings issued during the years 2020 and 2021 by the Peruvian Tax Court and sentences issued by the judiciary. This was complemented by semi-structured interviews with experts from the public sector, academia and accounting with relevant experience on the subject. The study found that there are some practical issues in the application of the methodology that can be overcome and that do not represent an insurmountable constraint. The study also found that the tax methodology allows for a more effective clarification of asset imbalances, and concludes that, once implementation errors have been overcome, the tax methodology can be feasibly employed to the benefit of money laundering investigations.


Esta investigación tiene como objetivos evaluar la factibilidad de utilizar la metodología tributaria de determinación de incrementos patrimoniales no justificados en la investigación de desbalances patrimoniales de casos de lavado de dinero ventilados en la vía jurisdiccional e identificar los errores que ha cometido la Administración Tributaria, a fin de establecer si estos representan problemas que pudieran dificultar la aplicación de la metodología a la investigación de casos de lavado de dinero. Con el propósito de lograr estos objetivos se condujo una investigación mixta que incluyó el análisis de las resoluciones emitidas durante los años 2020 y 2021 por el Tribunal Fiscal y sentencias emitidas por el poder judicial. Esto se complementó con entrevistas semiestructuradas a expertos del sector público, la academia y peritos contables con experiencia relevante sobre el tema. La investigación encontró que existen algunos empirismos aplicativos que pueden ser superados y que no representan ninguna restricción que no pueda ser gestionada. Se halló también que la metodología tributaria permite esclarecer de manera más efectiva los desbalances patrimoniales. La investigación concluye que, superados los errores de ejecución, es factible utilizar con ventaja la metodología tributaria en las investigaciones de lavado de dinero.


O objetivo desta pesquisa é avaliar a viabilidade do uso da metodología tributária para determinar aumentos injustificados de patrimônio na investigação de desproporções patrimoniais em casos de lavagem de dinheiro julgados nos tribunais e identificar os erros cometidos pela Administração Tributária, a fim de estabelecer se estes representam problemas que poderiam dificultar a aplicação da metodologia na investigação de casos de lavagem de dinheiro. Para atingir esses objetivos, foi realizada uma pesquisa mista que incluiu a análise de decisões emitidas durante 2020 e 2021 pelo Tribunal Tributário e sentenças emitidas pelo judiciário. Isso foi complementado por entrevistas semiestruturadas com especialistas do setor público, acadêmicos e especialistas em contabilidade com experiência relevante no assunto. A pesquisa constatou que existem alguns empirismos de aplicação que podem ser superados e que não representam nenhuma restrição que não possa ser gerenciada. Também foi constatado que a metodología tributária permite um esclarecimento mais eficaz das desproporções patrimoniais. Na pesquisa, conclui-se que, uma vez superados os erros de implementação, é viável utilizar a metodologia tributária com vantagem nas investigações de lavagem de dinheiro.

Introducción: El Movimiento de Alumnos Ayudantes "Frank País" constituye una valiosa cantera de investigadores. Sin embargo, estas potencialidades no siempre generan tal resultado, lo cual torna necesario monitorizar sistemáticamente dicha actividad. Objetivo: Caracterizar la actividad investigativa de los alumnos ayudantes en la Facultad de Ciencias Médicas "Victoria de Girón". Métodos: Estudio observacional, descriptivo y transversal, en una muestra probabilística estratificada de 131 sujetos. El análisis estadístico fue descriptivo. Se empleó la prueba ji al cuadrado de Pearson y el coeficiente V de Cramer. Resultados: Los estudiantes en el quinto año académico, de las 12 habilidades investigativas exploradas, en 8 alcanzaron las mayores cifras en cuanto a los que expresaron dominarlas. El área clínica fue la de principal interés investigativo (50,4 %); esta variable se asoció con el tipo de especialidad de la ayudantía (p < 0,001; V = 0,710). El 53,4 % de los educandos refirió estar vinculado a la investigación científica, lo cual presentó asociación estadística (p < 0,001; 0,6 ≤ V < 0,8) con las variables: antigüedad en el movimiento de alumnos ayudantes, autopercepción de su importancia en la formación profesional, la autoevaluación de la preparación en ella, incorporación a un proyecto de investigación, pertenencia al Grupo Científico Estudiantil e interés por practicarla en el posgrado. Pocos se encontraban vinculados a proyectos de investigación (n = 22), al Grupo Científico Estudiantil (n = 37) y a la publicación científica (n = 22). Conclusiones: En los alumnos ayudantes de esta facultad se observa una insuficiente actividad en investigación científica.


Introduction: "Frank País" Student Teachers Movement is a valuable pool of researchers. However, these potentialities do not always produce such outcomes; therefore, systematic monitoring of this activity is necessary. Objective: To characterize the research activity of student teachers at Facultad de Ciencias Médicas "Victoria de Girón". Methods: An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with a stratified probabilistic sample of 131 subjects. The statistical analysis was descriptive. Pearson's chi-squared test and Cramer's V coefficient were used. Results: Of the 12 explored research skills, fifth academic year students expressed that they mastered 8 of them, in which they reached the highest figures. The clinical area received the main interest in research (50.4 %); this variable was associated with the type of specialty of the student teachers (p<0.001; V=0.710). 53.4 % of the students reported that they were involved in scientific research, a condition statistically associated (p<0.001; 0.6≤V<0.8) with the variables service time in the student teachers movement, perception of its importance in self-professional training, self-assessment of training for it, recent involvement into a research project, membership in the students' scientific group, and interest in practicing the specialty during the postgraduate stage. Few of them were involved in research projects (n=22), the students' scientific group (n=37), or participated in scientific publication (n=22). Conclusions: Insufficient activity in scientific research is observed among the student teachers of this medical school.

El presente artículo se realizó a partir de detectar insuficiencias teórico-metodológicas y prácticas en el proceso de preparación técnica del lanzador de martillo categoría escolar; por tal razón, se propuso como objetivo general elaborar una concepción teórica para favorecer el entrenamiento en la transferencia de la rapidez de movimientos técnicos de los giros al instante final del lanzamiento del martillo, en atletas categoría escolar de la Eide "Pedro Batista Fonseca" de la provincia de Granma. Para el logro del objetivo antes expuesto se emplearon métodos de la investigación científica como los teóricos, el análisis y síntesis, el hipotético-deductivo y el sistémico estructural funcional; dentro de los empíricos, el análisis de documentos, la observación y la medición y como método matemático-estadístico la estadística descriptiva, además, se utilizó como técnica de investigación la entrevista. La propuesta permitió la sistematización de aquellos elementos relacionados directamente con la transferencia en el deporte y el proceso de entrenamiento del lanzador de martillo; de tal manera se previó, con su aplicación, el perfeccionamiento técnico de los atletas implicados en la investigación, así como un incremento en su rendimiento y resultados deportivos.


O presente artigo foi realizado a partir da detecção de insuficiências teórico-metodológicas e práticas no processo de preparação técnica do arremessador de martelos da categoria escola; por esta razão, foi proposto como objetivo geral elaborar uma concepção teórica para favorecer o treinamento na transferência da velocidade dos movimentos técnicos das voltas para o instante final do arremesso do martelo, na categoria escola atletas do Eide "Pedro Batista Fonseca" da província de Granma. Para alcançar o objetivo acima mencionado, foram utilizados métodos de pesquisa científica, tais como métodos teóricos, de análise e síntese, hipotéticos-dedutivos e estruturais-funcionais sistêmicos; dentro dos métodos empíricos, análise de documentos, observação e medição, e estatística descritiva como método matemático-estatístico; além disso, a entrevista foi utilizada como técnica de pesquisa. A proposta permitiu a sistematização daqueles elementos diretamente relacionados com a transferência no esporte e o processo de treinamento do martelo lançador; de tal forma que, com sua aplicação, foi previsto o aperfeiçoamento técnico dos atletas envolvidos na pesquisa, bem como um aumento de seu desempenho e resultados esportivos.


The present article was carried out from the detection of theoretical-methodological and practical insufficiencies in the process of technical preparation of the school category hammer thrower; For this reason, it was proposed as a general objective to develop a theoretical conception to favor training in the transfer of the speed of technical movements of the turns to the final moment of the hammer throw, in school category athletes of the Eide" Pedro Batista Fonseca" of Granma province. To achieve the aforementioned objective, scientific research methods such as theoretical, analysis and synthesis, hypothetical-deductive and structural-functional systemic were used; within the empirical, the analysis of documents, observation and measurement and as a mathematical-statistical method descriptive statistics, in addition, the interview was used as a research technique. The proposal allowed the systematization of those elements directly related to the transfer in sport and the training process of the hammer thrower; In this way, with its application, the technical improvement of the athletes involved in the research was foreseen, as well as an increase in their performance and sports results.

Una de las tareas a resolver de forma inmediata en la natación artística escolar, se relaciona con la preparación técnica que constituye una parte fundamental en el proceso de entrenamiento de las nadadoras artísticas. En el presente artículo, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que tuvo como objetivo abordar las principales consideraciones sobre el proceso de preparación técnica en la natación artística escolar, con particular énfasis en el entrenamiento de las figuras; además, se precisaron los aportes y las inconsistencias teóricas más relevantes que justifican el perfeccionamiento del proceso estudiado. Para lograrlo, se aplicaron como métodos científicos del nivel teórico, el analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo y como método empírico el análisis documental, con el fin de referenciar los resultados de investigaciones sobre esta temática desde una perspectiva analítica y crítica, lo que permitió establecer criterios de opinión y debate para lograr una comprensión del tema desarrollado; como conclusiones, se señaló que las limitaciones epistemológicas detectadas se resumen en insuficiencias metodológicas presentes en el contenido, los métodos, la dosificación y la distribución de las cargas por omisiones de procedimientos, ello dificultó la orientación acertada del entrenamiento de las figuras hacia el cumplimiento de los objetivos previstos.


SÍNTESE Uma das tarefas a ser resolvida imediatamente na natação artística escolar está relacionada à preparação técnica que constitui uma parte fundamental do processo de formação dos nadadores artísticos. Neste artigo, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica com o objetivo de abordar as principais considerações sobre o processo de preparação técnica na natação artística escolar, com ênfase especial no treinamento das figuras; além disso, foram especificadas as contribuições teóricas mais relevantes e as inconsistências que justificam o aperfeiçoamento do processo estudado. Para tanto, foram aplicados métodos científicos analítico-sintéticos e indutivo-dedutivos a nível teórico, e a análise documental foi utilizada como método empírico, com o objetivo de referenciar os resultados da pesquisa sobre este tema a partir de uma perspectiva analítica e crítica, o que permitiu estabelecer critérios de opinião e debate a fim de alcançar uma compreensão do tema desenvolvido; Como conclusões, foi apontado que as limitações epistemológicas detectadas estão resumidas em insuficiências metodológicas presentes no conteúdo, métodos, dosagem e distribuição das cargas devido a omissões de procedimentos, o que dificultou a orientação correta do treinamento dos números para o cumprimento dos objetivos previstos.


One of the tasks to be immediately solved in school artistic swimming, is related to the technical preparation that constitutes a fundamental part in the training process of artistic swimmers. In this article, it is offered the results of a bibliographical review that was carried out with the objective of address the main considerations about the process of technical preparation in school artistic swimming, with particular emphasis on the training of figures; in addition, the most relevant theoretical contributions and inconsistencies that justify the improvement of the studied process were specified. To achieve this, analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive scientific methods were applied from the theoretical level, and documentary analysis as an empirical method, in order to reference the results of research on this subject from an analytical and critical perspective, which allowed establishing opinion and debate criteria to achieve an understanding of the topic developed; as conclusions, it was pointed out that the epistemological limitations detected are summarized in methodological insufficiencies present in the content, methods, dosage and distribution of the loads due to omissions of procedures, this made it difficult to correctly orient the training of the figures towards the fulfillment of the intended objectives.

Resumo: A saúde do trabalhador tem se deparado com novos desafios advindos, por exemplo, da pandemia da covid-19 e da indústria 4.0, o que implica na inevitabilidade de refletir sobre as cargas de trabalho nesse contexto. A dissertação que se segue tem como objetivo analisar as cargas de trabalho presentes no processo laboral dos técnico-administrativos de uma instituição pública de ensino superior no contexto da pandemia da covid-19. Sugere-se também reconhecer as estratégias utilizadas para o enfrentamento dessas cargas no meio laboral. Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo exploratória e descritiva, de natureza qualitativa. O estudo se dá na região sul do Brasil. Para esse fim, propõe-se a criação e testagem de um instrumento para identificar as cargas de trabalho que podem causar impactos negativos ou desgaste desses trabalhadores. Os pesquisadores Asa Laurell e Mariano Noriega (1989) orientam o referencial teórico do estudo, a partir do conceito de Cargas de Trabalho, classificadas em físicas, químicas, biológicas, mecânicas, fisiológicas e psíquicas. A coleta de dados se estabelece a partir da aplicação do instrumento criado, um questionário aplicado por meio de entrevista (presencial ou online), com 31 técnico-administrativos que exercem o cargo de secretário(a) nas coordenações de cursos de graduação de uma universidade pública federal. O tratamento dos dados se dá com base na Análise de Conteúdo Temática de Laurence Bardin (2016), com a proposição de duas categorias finais: a primeira sobre o reconhecimento das cargas de trabalho dos técnico-administrativos. Nessa categoria são apresentadas as cargas de trabalho que causam ou podem gerar algum tipo de desgaste nos trabalhadores. O percurso de investigação mostra que as cargas mais reconhecidas pelos trabalhadores pesquisados, a partir de sua percepção do processo de trabalho, são as psíquicas e fisiológicas, com atenção para as condições ergonômicas do trabalho. A segunda categoria, sobre as estratégias individuais e coletivas utilizadas por esses trabalhadores para o enfrentamento das cargas de trabalho, evidencia que os técnico-administrativos utilizam mecanismos individuais e coletivos como medidas protetivas contra os agravos decorrentes do labor, porém esses fatores de proteção requerem aprimoramento. Esses achados corroboram com o que traz a literatura sobre a presença dessas cargas nos ambientes de trabalho, principalmente nas áreas de prestação de serviços e atendimento a pessoas. Uma vez reconhecida a existência das cargas de trabalho, pode-se propor medidas de promoção à saúde e prevenção de doenças dos técnico-administrativos.


Abstract: Worker's health has faced new challenges arising, for example, the covid-19 pandemic and Health 4.0, which implies the inevitability of reflecting on workloads in this context. Therefore, the following dissertation aims to analyze the workloads present in the work process of administrative technicians at a public institution of higher education in the context of the covid-19 pandemic. It is also suggested to recognize the strategies used to face these workloads in the work environment. This is an exploratory and descriptive research, with a qualitative nature. The study takes place in the southern region of Brazil. This academic work proposes the creation and testing of an instrument (questionnaire) to identify the workloads that can cause negative impacts or cause wear on these Workers. Researchers Asa Laurell and Mariano Noriega (1989) guide the theoretical framework of the study, based on the concept of Workloads, classified as physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, physiological and psychological. For the data collection, the questionnaire was applied through interviews (in person or online), with 31 administrative technicians who work as secretary in the coordination of undergraduate courses at a federal public university. Data treatment is based on Laurence Bardin's Thematic Content Analysis (2016), with the proposition of two final categories: the first one is the recognition of administrative technical workers workloads. This category presents the workloads that cause or may generate some type of wear on workers. The investigation shows that the workloads most recognized by the surveyed, based on their perception of the work process, are psychic and physiological, with attention to the ergonomic conditions of work. The second category, about the individual and collective strategies used by these workers to handle with workloads, shows that the administrative technical workers use individual and collective mechanisms as protective measures against the damage resulting from work, but these protection factors require improvement. These findings corroborate with what the literature brings about the presence of these loads in work environments, especially in the areas of service provision and assistance to people. Once the existence of workloads is recognized, measures can be proposed to promote health and prevent diseases for these administrative technical workers.

Objetivo: Analisar o panorama da oferta do ensino médio integrado em enfermagem no Brasil. Métodos: Pesquisa quanti-qualitativa, documental. Os dados foram coletados do Sistema Nacional de Informações da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, e um questionário utilizando a plataforma digital Google Forms® para as escolas incluídas, analisadas com auxílio do Microsoft Excel®. Resultados: Foram encontradas e validadas 90 escolas. O maior número destas escolas estava na região Nordeste (68), seguida das regiões Sudeste, Sul, Centro Oeste e Norte. Comparando o número de curso técnico de enfermagem tradicional com os cursos na modalidade integrada obtivemos razões de 11:1 a 378:1, sendo 98,9% da rede pública. Das escolas que responderam ao questionário, 60% utilizam o currículo integrado, cerca de 50% realizou alguma capacitação com os docentes, como também, evidenciamos a modalidade integrada ofertada em três formas diferentes que alteravam duração do curso e carga horária. Chamou atenção a taxa de 32,5% de evasão no referido curso. Conclusão: Constatamos que a modalidade integrada tem baixa capilaridade no Brasil, sendo sua maior aderência na região Nordeste, e na esfera pública, já que assume um compromisso com a formação humana integral e não apenas com o mercado de trabalho. Objective: To analyze the panorama of the offer of integrated secondary education in nursing in Brazil. Methods: Quantitative-qualitative, documentary research. The data were collected from the National Information System for Professional and Technological Education, and a questionnaire using the Google Forms® digital platform for the schools included, analyzed with the aid of Microsoft Excel®. Results: 90 schools were found and validated. The largest number of these schools was in the Northeast region (68), followed by the Southeast, South, Midwest and North regions. Comparing the number of traditional nursing technical courses with courses in the integrated modality, we obtained ratios from 11: 1 to 378: 1, all from the public system. Of the schools that responded to the questionnaire, 60% use the integrated curriculum, about 50% carried out some training with the teachers, as well as showing the integrated modality offered in three different ways that altered the duration of the course and workload. The 32.5% dropout rate in that course drew attention. Conclusion: We found that the integrated modality has low capillarity in Brazil, with its greatest adherence in the Northeast region, and in the public sphere, since it assumes a commitment to integral human development and not only to the labor market. Los datos fueron recolectados del Sistema Nacional de Información para la Educación Profesional y Tecnológica, y un cuestionario utilizando la plataforma digital Google Forms® para las escuelas incluidas, analizado con la ayuda de Microsoft Excel®. Resultados: se encontraron y validaron 90 escuelas. El mayor número de estas escuelas se encontraba en la región noreste (68), seguida por las regiones sureste, sur, medio oeste y norte. Comparando el número de cursos técnicos tradicionales de enfermería con cursos en la modalidad integrada, obtuvimos ratios de 11: 1 a 378: 1, todos del sistema público. De las escuelas que respondieron al cuestionario, el 60% utiliza el currículo integrado, cerca del 50% realizó alguna capacitación con los docentes, además de mostrar la modalidad integrada ofrecida en tres formas diferentes que alteraron la duración del curso y la carga de trabajo. La tasa de deserción del 32,5% en ese curso llamó la atención. Conclusión: Encontramos que la modalidad integrada tiene baja capilaridad en Brasil, con su mayor adhesión en la región Nordeste, y en la esfera pública, ya que asume un compromiso con el desarrollo humano integral y no solo con el mercado laboral. INTRODUÇÃO: O Transtorno Mental Comum (TMC), refere-se a um termo criado para designar um conjunto de sintomas não psicóticos que habitualmente estão relacionados com quadros subclínicos de ansiedade, depressão e estresse. OBJETIVO: Investigar a prevalência de TMC entre alunos dos Cursos Técnicos de Alimentos, Administração e Agropecuária. MÉTODO: Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo exploratória, descritiva e de abordagem quantitativa, a amostra foi composta por 253 alunos que voluntariamente responderam ao Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20) e a um questionário sociodemográfico. RESULTADOS: A maior parte da amostra foi do gênero feminino (63,2%), com idades entre 18 e 67 anos; 14,6% casados, 75,9% afirmaram ter uma religião e 48,6% se declaram de cor parda. A prevalência do TMC na população estudada foi de 42,3% e os principais sintomas apresentados foram: dormir mal, ter dificuldade para tomar decisões e ter falta de apetite. Foi observada uma associação significativa entre o sintoma tristeza, o vínculo de residência dos estudantes e o status marital dos seus pais. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Espera-se que os resultados desta pesquisa venham subsidiar ações de prevenção a saúde mental do estudante do ensino técnico e tecnológico.


INTRODUCTION: Common Mental Disorder (CMD) is a term created to identify a set of non-psychotic symptoms usually related to subclinical conditions of anxiety, depression and stress. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prevalence of CMD in students of a technical course in Food, Administration and Agriculture. METHOD: This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 253 students who volunteered to answer the Self-Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20) and a sociodemographic questionnaire. RESULTS: Most of the sample was female (63.2%), aged between 18 and 67 years old; 14.6% were married, 75.9% claimed to have a religion and 48.6% self-identified as brown. The prevalence of CMD in the studied population was 42.3%, and the main symptoms presented were: poor sleeping, difficulty in making decisions and lack of appetite. A significant association was observed between the symptom of sadness and the students' residential situation and their parents' marital status. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The results of this research are expected to support actions to prevent mental health issues in technical and technological education students.

MÉTODO: Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, exploratoria, con enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 253 estudiantes que respondieron voluntariamente el Self Report Questionnaire (SRQ-20) y un cuestionario sociodemográfico. RESULTADOS: La mayoría de la muestra era del sexo femenino (63,2%), con edad entre 18 y 67 años; 14,6% casados, 75,9% afirmaba tener religión y 48,6% se declaraba morena. La prevalencia de TMC en la población estudiada fue de 42,3% y los principales síntomas presentados fueron: dormir mal, tener dificultad para tomar decisiones y tener falta de apetito. Se observó una asociación significativa entre el síntoma de tristeza, el vínculo de residencia de los estudiantes y el estado civil de sus padres. CONSIDERACIONES FINALES: Se espera que los resultados de esta investigación subsidien acciones para prevenir la salud mental de los estudiantes de educación técnica y tecnológica.

ABSTRACT

Resumen La corrupción es un fenómeno con consecuencias desastrosas para el bienestar económico, social y político de nuestras sociedades. En particular, la contratación pública es vulnerable debido al elevado valor económico de sus transacciones. La presente investigación analiza el rol que las tecnologías de información pueden jugar en la lucha anticorrupción. Desarrollamos un caso basado en datos abiertos de contrataciones públicas en Costa Rica, con la finalidad de identificar los conceptos principales asociados al sistema de información subyacente. El caso muestra el potencial de las herramientas tecnológicas de análisis de redes sociales para contrarrestar la complejidad de las redes de corrupción. Asimismo, se evidencia la necesidad de disponer de un ecosistema rico en datos anticorrupción, preferiblemente en formato abierto.


Resumo: A corrupção é um fenômeno com consequências desastrosas para o bem-estar econômico, social e político das nossas sociedades. Em particular, a contratação pública é um fator altamente vulnerável devido ao alto valor econômico de suas transações. A pesquisa analisa o papel que as tecnologias da informação podem desempenhar no combate à corrupção. Além disso, desenvolvemos um caso baseado em dados abertos sobre compras públicas na Costa Rica, a fim de identificar os principais conceitos associados ao sistema de informação subjacente. O caso mostra o potencial das ferramentas tecnológicas de análise de redes sociais para ir de encontro a complexidade das redes de corrupção. Mostra também a necessidade de um ecossistema diversificado e sustentável de dados anticorrupção - preferencialmente em formato aberto.


Abstract Corruption has disastrous consequences for the well-being of societies. In particular, public procurement is a highly vulnerable factor due to the high value of its transactions. This research analyzes the role that information technologies can play in the fight against corruption. We developed a case based on open data on public procurement in Costa Rica to identify the main concepts associated with the underlying information system. The case shows the potential of technological tools for social network analysis to counter the complexity of corruption networks. It also shows the need for a rich ecosystem of anti-corruption data - preferably in an open format.

ABSTRACT

To revise GBZ 188 Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance based on national laws, regulations, standards, specifications and legal documents of occupational disease, and combination with the actual situation in China. The main modifications are as follows: the occupational health surveillance for workers exposed to toluene (xylene may implement by reference), bromopropane, methyl iodide, ethylene oxide, chloroacetic acid, indium and its compounds, coal tar, coal tarasphalt, asphalt, β-naphthylamine, dust of metal and its compounds(tin, iron, antimony, barium and its compounds), hard metal dust, erionite dust, low temperature, laser, tick-borne encephalitis virus, Borrelia burgdorferi, and human immunodeficiency virus, for scraper or grind operators, and underground workers using squatting or kneeling position, crawling position, side-lying position, or shoulder position for a long period of time are included. The emergency health screening for workers exposed to arsenic, fluorine and its inorganic compounds, and acrylamide are included. The occupational medical examination (OME) for workers exposed to amino and nitro compounds of benzene, phosgene, monomethylamine, organic fluorine and dimethyl sulfate has been adjusted and made mandatory, with corresponding assessments required upon leaving the job. The special occupational health surveillance for workers exposed to mycobacterium tuberculosis and hepatitis virus is removed. The OME conclusion of reexamination is removed, and standardize recheck/additional inspection requirements. The optional items in OME performed before, during and after leaving post are removed, but the optional items in emergency medical examination are retained. Additional OME items are added. The Guideline for OME Summary Reports is added as informative appendix, and so on. The revised GBZ 188 Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance is more scientific and practical.

ABSTRACT

Occupational health literacy refers to the awareness and ability of workers to obtain basic knowledge of occupational health, practice healthy working styles and lifestyles, prevent the risk of occupational and work-related diseases, and maintain and promote their own health. In 2022, for the first time, China carried out nationwide monitoring for occupational health literacy of key populations. The National Institute for Occupational Health and Poison Control, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention was responsible for technical support, formulating the National Technical Plan for Occupational Health Literacy Monitoring and Intervention of Key Populations, and formulating relevant requirements and specifications for monitoring purposes, monitoring scope and objects, sampling methods, monitoring content and methods, organization and implementation of field investigation, and quality control. In addition, the National Occupational Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire for Key Groups was provided, and the monitoring and intervention of occupational health literacy for key groups in the second- and third-key industries has been organized nationwide, so as to understand the occupational health literacy of the occupational population in China and provide important support for promotion of high-quality construction of healthy China.

Objective:To explore the collaborative innovation development mechanism of hospitals and research institutes, fully integrate the institute personnel with hospitals, and conduct classified management and performance appraisal, promoting the integrated development of hospitals and research institutes.Methods:The idea of personnel classification, the establishment of an integrated research team, and technical team groupings and service directions were determined through key informant interviews, research ability and technical strength surveys, and other research methods; The performance appraisal scheme of research teams were established by using literature analysis and optimization and Delphi expert investigation; The platform team assessment programs were established by qualitative research methods.Results:Built a position setting framework for research institutes, formed hospital-institute integrated research teams around the hospital's clinical advantageous disciplines with researchers and clinical staff, set up platform teams based on existing equipment and technicians′ specialties, established a performance appraisal scheme for research teams based on Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics(STEM), determined a full-dimensional comprehensive performance evaluation scheme for the technology platforms based on service volume and quality.Conclusions:This study formulated a set of position setting and performance evaluation schemes that fit with the current situation of municipal research institutes, and explored a new scientific research cooperation mechanism of resource sharing, team co-construction, and technology sharing, which can provide a certain reference value for the reform of other medical research institutes.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To compare and analyze the technical success rate and safety between computed tomography(CT)-percutaneous radiological gastrostomy (PRG) and percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG).Methods:From January 2017 to January 2022, at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the data of 76 patients who underwent gastrostomy due to inability to eat orally were collected, including 38 patients in PEG group and 38 patients in CT-PRG group. Surgical outcomes and complications were compared between the PEG and CT-PRG groups. Surgical outcomes included technical success rate, operation time, postoperative body mass index and hospital stay; while complications included minor complications (such as perifistula infection, granulation tissue proliferation, leakage, pneumoperitoneum, fistula tube obstruction, fistula tube detachment and persistent pain) and serious complications (such as bleeding, peritonitis, colonic perforation and death within 30 d). Independent sample t test, chi-square test, and Fisher exact probability test were used for statistical analysis. Results:The technical success rate of CT-PRG group was higher than that of the PEG group (100.0%, 38/38 vs. 78.9%, 30/38), and the operation time was shorter than that of the PEG group ((17.16±8.52) min vs. (29.33±16.22) min), and the differences were statistically significant ( χ2=1.19, t=2.36; P=0.038 and 0.011). There were no significant differences in postoperative body mass index ((16.29±3.56) kg/m 2 vs. (16.12±3.17) kg/m 2) and hospital stay ((4.13±1.26) d vs. (3.52±1.13) d) between PEG group and CT-PRG group (both P>0.05). The incidence of minor complications in the PEG group was 42.1% (16/38), including 6 cases of perifistulal infection, 1 case of leakage, 5 cases of fistula tube obstruction, 1 case of fistula tube detachment, and 3 cases of persistent pain. The incidence of serious complications was 5.3% (2/38), including 1 case of bleeding and 1 case of colonic perforation. The incidence of minor complications in the CT-PRG group was 39.5% (15/38), including 5 cases of perifistula infection, 1 case of granulation tissue proliferation, 3 cases of pneumoperitoneum, 3 cases of fistula tube obstruction, 2 cases of fistula tube detachment, and 1 case of persistent pain. The incidence of serious complications was 0. There was no significant difference in the incidence of minor complications between the PEG group and the CT-PRG group ( P>0.05), while the incidence of serious complications in the CT-PRG group was lower than that of the PEG group, and the difference was statistically significant (Fisher exact probability test, P=0.043). Conclusion:PEG is a safe and effective method of gastrostomy, but for patients with esophageal obstruction, CT-PRG can be an effective supplement to PEG.
