Clinical research and drug review of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors in advanced non-small cell lung cancer / 中华肿瘤杂志

Lung cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer and the most common cause of cancer mortality in China. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of lung cancers. The mutation rate of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene is relatively high, accounts for 32%~38% of all NSCLC. During the last decade, the application of EGFR specific tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) significantly improved prognosis of NSCLC patients with sensitive EGFR mutations. Thus, the research and development of third generation EGFR-TKI have entered the period of rapid development. The fourth generation EGFR-TKI which targeting EGFR C797S has even begun clinical development in China. This review will discuss the clinical research and drug review of EGFR-TKI from the perspective of drug review.

O uso da técnica Delphi na pesquisa em atenção primária à saúde: revisão integrativa / El uso de la técnica Delphi en la investigación en atención primaria de salud: una revisión integradora / The use of the Delphi technique in primary health care research: an integrative review

O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma revisão integrativa, identificando como a técnica Delphi é utilizada nas pesquisas em Atenção Primária à Saúde. A quantidade de participantes, taxa de retorno, número de rodadas, duração, natureza dos questionários, forma de envio e nível de consenso, são itens da técnica Delphi que apresentaram variações entre os diferentes estudos. A técnica Delphi demonstrou ser uma ferramenta importante para ser utilizada em pesquisas referentes à Atenção Primária à Saúde, em especial, para cenários nos quais ainda não exista um número suficiente de evidências científicas que comprovem a efetividade de condutas ou procedimentos, tanto técnicos, quanto relacionais.

The aim of this study was to conduct an integrative review, identifying how the Delphi technique is used in researches of Primary Health Care. The number of participants, the feedback rate, the number of rounds, the duration, the nature of the questionnaires, the ways of sending, and the level of consensus are items of the Delphi technique, which presented variations among different studies. The Delphi technique proved to be an important tool, which could be useful in Primary Health Care researches, in particular for scenarios in which there is still not enough scientific evidence to prove the effectiveness of conducts or procedures, both technical and relational.

El objetivo de este estudio fue realizar una revisión integradora para identificar cómo la técnica Delphi ha sido utilizada en las investigaciones en Atención Primaria de Salud. La cantidad de participantes, la tasa de retorno, el número de rondas, la duración, la naturaleza de los cuestionarios, la manera de envío y el nivel de consenso, son elementos de la técnica Delphi que presentaron variaciones entre los diferentes estudios. La técnica Delphi ha demostrado ser una herramienta importante para ser utilizada en investigaciones relacionadas con la Atención Primaria de Salud, en particular, para los escenarios en los cuales no haya suficiente evidencia científica para probar la efectividad de la conducta o los procedimientos, tanto técnicos como de relación.
