ABSTRACT

Introducción: El aumento de los conocimientos científicos y sus aplicaciones tecnológicas repercuten en un conjunto de esferas de la vida, particularmente la educativa. Objetivo: Analizar las principales tendencias de la formación pedagógica y científico- investigativa en los profesionales de enfermería y tecnología de la salud. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio educativo, descriptivo, de corte longitudinal y prospectivo, que incluyó a 45 docentes de la Facultad de Enfermería-Tecnología de la Salud de Santiago de Cuba vinculados al proceso docente-educativo, desde septiembre del 2021 hasta julio del 2022, para lo cual se utilizaron métodos teóricos y prácticos. Resultados: En la serie predominaron los docentes formados en el sector de la salud (93,3 %) en relación con los graduados por el Ministerio de Educación Superior (6,7 %). Todos habían recibido preparación pedagógica y científico-investigativa, pero consideraban que aún era insuficiente su arsenal pedagógico. Conclusiones: La integración de la docencia con la asistencia y la investigación fue la tendencia más evidente en los integrantes de la casuística.


Introduction: The increase in scientific knowledge and its technological implementations has an effect on a group of spheres of life, particularly education. Objective: To analyze the main tendencies of the pedagogic and scientific - investigative training in nursing and health technology professionals. Methods: An educational, descriptive, longitudinal and prospective study was carried out that included 45 professors from the Health Nursing-Technology Faculty of Santiago de Cuba, linked to the teaching educational process from September, 2021 to July, 2022, for which theoretical and practical methods were used. Results: In the series, there was a prevalence of the professors trained in the health sector (93.3%) in connection with those graduated from the Ministry of Higher Education (6.7%). All of them had received pedagogic and scientific-investigative training, but they considered that their pedagogical arsenal was still insufficient. Conclusions: The integration of teaching with attendance and research was the most evident tendency in members of the case material.

ABSTRACT

A prática docente demanda o conhecimento de como o indivíduo aprende, como se origina e se desenvolve o aprendizado e como se transforma em experiência significativa de aprendizagem. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar as concepções teóricas sobre o processo de aprendizagem dos indivíduos e sua relação com as abordagens pedagógicas adotadas nos modelos de cursos de graduação. Nesse sentido, os modelos pedagógicos foram agrupados de forma sintetizada, em modelos que se distinguem por estarem centrados no professor; no estudante; no saber; no meio de comunicação ou na técnica; no contexto social e na interação. Foram apresentadas algumas das principais vertentes discutidas na área da Psicologia do Desenvolvimento Humano, que influenciaram as tendências pedagógicas, como a Inatista, a Ambientalista/Behaviorista, e as Interacionistas. Discute a necessidade das práticas educativas serem conceitualmente fundamentadas.


Abstract: The teaching practice requires the knowledge of how individuals learn, how the learning originates and develops and becomes as meaningful learning experience. The objective of this paper is to present the theoretical conceptions of the learning process of individuals and their relationship to pedagogical approaches adopted in the models of undergraduate courses. In this sense, the pedagogical models were grouped in a synthesized form, in models that are distinguished by being centered on theteacher; on the student; in the know; on medium of communication or technique; the social context and interaction. Were presented some of the principal aspects discussed in the Psychology Human Development, influencing teaching trends, as Innate, the Environmentalist / Behaviorist, and Interactionist. Discusses the need of educational practices be substantiate conceptually.

ABSTRACT

Antecedentes: la colaboración internacional es un rasgo distintivo de la política emprendida por el Ministerio de Salud Pública en Cuba y que también abarca a la educación médica cubana. En respuesta a las necesidades de salud del pueblo venezolano se gesta el Programa de Formación de Medicina Integral Comunitaria (PFMIC) y un grupo de profesores laboraron como docentes asesores en la ejecución del mencionado Programa en la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y el Nuevo Programa de Formación del Médico Latinoamericano. El objetivo del trabajo radica en identificar los principales cambios suscitados en los profesores que se desempeñaron como docentes asesores en estos programas. Métodos: se utilizaron métodos teóricos de análisis y la síntesis para la interpretación y el procesamiento de la información, y como métodos empíricos se emplearon el cuestionario y análisis documental de los planes y programas. Resultados: se aprecia un mayor empleo de la actividad de orientación de contenidos, donde se organizan, de conjunto con los estudiantes, las estrategias para facilitar la adquisición de los conocimientos y habilidades relacionadas con el tema de la semana, lo que ocurre también con las guías didácticas y la tarea docente. Expresan que esta labor les proporcionó un pensamiento reflexivo e integrador en a la enseñanza de sus disciplinas. Conclusiones: constituyó una experiencia pedagógica muy significativa desde la perspectiva de una misión internacionalista, que aportó elementos novedosos en lo pedagógico y metodológico, y contribuyó a un mejor desempeño de su labor docente.


Background: international collaboration is a hallmark of the policy undertaken by the Ministry of Public Health in Cuba and it also includes Cuban medical education. In response to the health needs of the Venezuelan people the Training Program for Comprehensive Community Medicine is being developed. A group of teachers worked as advisory teachers in implementing the above mentioned program in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the New Latin American Medical Training Program. The aim of this work is to identify the main changes brought about in teachers who served as advisory teachers in these programs. Methods: theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis were used for the interpretation and processing of information. Empirical methods were also used, such as the questionnaire and a documentary analysis of plans and programs. Results: it was observed an increase in the use of content guidance activities. In them, strategies to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills related to the topic of the week are organized in conjunction with students. The same happens with didactic guides and teaching assignment. They say that this experience provided them with a reflective and integrative thinking in the teaching of their disciplines. Conclusions: it was a highly significant pedagogical experience, from the perspective of an internationalist mission, which provided new elements in the pedagogical and methodological field, and contributed to a better performance of their teaching activity.

ABSTRACT

El presente artículo va dirigido a los profesionales de las ciencias médicas que realizan investigaciones de corte pedagógico para alcanzar el grado científico de Doctor en Ciencias Pedagógicas. Se parte de lo necesario que resulta escudriñar el objeto y campo de estudio en el recorrido histórico de ambos para poder determinar las tendencias de su desarrollo en el tiempo que ha mediado entre uno y otro. Se trabajan las categorías pasado, presente y futuro en la periodización, que en un proceso pedagógico durante su devenir histórico, ayuda a comprenderlo y facilita revelar las tendencias inherentes a este y, por ende, brinda al investigador la posibilidad de realizar síntesis científica.


This article is addressed to Medical Sciences professionals who carry out pedagogical research in order to achieve the scientific degree of Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences. It is highly necessary to start from the object and study field examination in the historical path of both so as to determine the tendency of its development in the period of time between one and other. Past, present, and future categories are used in the periodization which, in a pedagogical process during its historical evolution, helps to understand it and allows revealing the tendencies inherent in it. Thus, the researcher has the possibility to perform the scientific synthesis.

ABSTRACT

O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi analisar os conteúdos, as bibliografias e os marcos conceituais exigidos nas últimas provas de concursos públicos aplicados a professores de Educação Física da Rede Estadual de Ensino das regiões Sul e Sudeste do Brasil e identificar quais tendências pedagógicas estiveram presentes. O procedimento metodológico utilizado foi a pesquisa documental, considerando os editais e as últimas provas dos concursos. Concluiu-se que houve mudanças acerca dos conhecimentos exigidos dos professores de Educação Física, com significativo aumento de conhecimentos vinculados às perspectivas críticas e aos conhecimentos de cunho sociocultural.


In this study, we aimed at assessing the contents, bibliography and conceptual frameworks required for the last exams for competitive civil-service examination applied to Physical Education teachers from state schools of southern, southeastern region of Brazil and identifying the pedagogical trends included in such examinations. We used documentary research as methodological procedure, considering the public notices and the last exams for competitive civil-service examination. We concluded that there were changes on the knowledge required of Physical Education teachers, with a significant increase in knowledge related to critical perspectivesand knowledge of a sociocultural.
