ABSTRACT
In traditional Chinese medicine,medical practice is combined with qi,which forms special qi-theory.Body fluid which includes blood and Jin-ye is the fluid structure of human being.Nutrient qi and defensive qi depend on these two kinds of body fluid.Defensive qi not only maintains physiological functions of Jin-ye,but also participates pathomechanism such as Jin-ye consumption,retention,etc.The identity of defensive qi and Jin-ye plays an important role in theory and clinic.

The view of "Harmony between Man and Nature" in Song-Ming period,taking "the same rule of man and nature" as mode,"clearing the rules according examining the things" as means,made the doctors of vital gate school in traditional Chinese medicine set up a life pattern of "taiji(vital gate)-yin and yang-five elements(zang-fu viscera)",so as to explore the origin of life and mystery.The study on the characteristics of view of "Unity of Heaven and Man" in different historical stages is conducive to grasp the track and skeleton of the formation of traditional Chinese medical theories,lay the foundation for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine.
ABSTRACT
"Adaptation of human body to natural environment"is one of the most important theories in Inner Canon of Huangdi(Huangdi Nei Jing).It explains some kinds of links between the natural variations and the changes of the human activity. This article analyses some comments about menstruation in Inner Canon of Huangdi from the angle of gynecologic pathology, physiology,treatment,health care as one side,and the variation of the moon,the four season,the day as another side.On the basis of that,this article explores applications of"adaptation of human body to natural environment"theory in gynecology.
