ABSTRACT
[Objective] Introduce 1 case of adult onset stil ’s disease cured by Chinese traditional medicine plus acupuncture therapy.[Methods] With TCM treatment we started from relieving shaoyang disorder, clearing heat and expel ing superficial evils, differentiated the case Shaoyang syndrome, then made a prescription of Xiao Chai-hu Tang and Qing-hao Bie-jia Tang to balance qi movement ,clear heat and expel dampness;with acupuncture treatment we discharged heat and expel ed wind at acute phase, supplemented the center and boosted the energy at stable phase. With the combined therapy that reached a total function of expel ing damp and regulating qi movement. [Results] The patient ’s symptoms relieved and discharged, fol owed the case 2 months without recurrence. [Conclusion] Chinese traditional medicine plus acupuncture therapy can cure adult onset stil ’s disease effectively, it is worth clinical application.
ABSTRACT
Multiple myeloma (MM) remains an incurable disease at present. In past decade, the efficacies of treatment and patients' survivals have been greatly improved due to the application of high dose chemotherapy followed by stem cell transplantation, novel agents and their combinations. To further improve the outcomes of patients with MM, we should emphasize on exploration of the new treatment strategies, individualization of regimens and development of new targets.

Photodynamic therapy is a promising modality for the palliation of advanced upper gastrointestinal cancer and for the eradication of early neoplastic and pre-neoplastic lesions. It is based on the combination of a photosensitizer that is selectively localized in the target tissue and illumination of the lesion with visible light, resulting in photodamage and subsequent cell death. For early esophageal cancer, esophagectomy has been a standard modality of curative intent. However, accumulated data supports the possibility of PDT replacing surgery as a curative modality. We experienced a case of early esophageal cancer that recurred after esophagectomy. The patient was successfully treated with photodynamic therapy using porfimer sodium as a photosensitizer.

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and therapy of neonatal septic shock. Methods The data of clinical features,lab examination and medical treatment of 33 neonatal septic shock patients were restrospectively analyzed. Results 10 patients had been in the situation of septic shock when they were in hospital among 33 patients and 23 patients catched septic shock while in hospital. 30 patients entered hospital through neonatal transport systems, and 10 patients got locate first aid,5 patients were intubated and supplied oxygen.Finally,23 patients were healed,5 patients given up therpy, and 5 patients died of MODS. Conclusion It is important to strengthen early recognition and effective therpy in order to improve prognosis of neonatal septic shock.

Several cytokines which play key role in asthma patients with chronic inflammation and reconstruction of air duct,are important targets for anti-asthma agents.In this review,we summarize the latest advancement of anti-asthma agents which targeted for cytokines(interleukins,TNF,eotaxin)and investigation development of new anti-asthma agents emerged in recent years.
ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of the intracranial primary malignant lymphma(IPML).Methods:23 cases comfirmed by pathological examination in our department was reviewed.Results:The median survival time for the patients received complete surgical resection or partial resection combined with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy was 10 months which was much longer than that in the patients who received operation only.Conclusion:The intracranial primary malignant lymphma is rare.There is no typical manifestation and image feature for the IPML and it is difficult to distinguish IPML from other central nervous system tumors before operation.The diagnosis relies on the pathological examinations.The combination of operation with radiotherpy and chemotherapy is the best therapeutic method.
