ABSTRACT

Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a kind of acquired autoimmune disease with complex and diverse mechanism. However,at the moment, the pathogenesis is still not very clear. It is confirmed that the pathogenesis of ITP is mainly related to humoral immunity and cellular immunity. It is generally believed that genes and environmental factors are of great significance to the development and progress of ITP.In the genetic background of susceptible genes, the development of ITP is due to environmental factors induced by autoimmune response.More genes are found:protein tyrosine phosphatase nonreceptor 22 (PTPN22) gene single nucleotide polymorphisms, micro RNA (Micro RNA),human leukocyte antigen-HLA -DRB1 gene polymorphism,DNA methylation,vanin-1 gene. This article reviews the genes involved in the pathogenesis of ITP.
