Changes of MMP-2, TIMP-2 in gingival crevicular fluid after periodontal initial treatment of adult periodontitis pateins / 实用口腔医学杂志

Objective:To examine the changes of matrix metalloprotein as e-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in g ingival crevicular fluid(GCF) after periodontal initial treatment of adult perio dontitis pateins. Methods:42 teeth of 42 adult periodontitis pat eins and 42 teeth of 42 periodontal healthy subjects were included.GCF was samp led with filter paper strips by intra-pocket methed.
