La transmisión a través de las generaciones. Su complejidad desde lo técnico y lo teórico en el quehacer del psicoanalista de niños / Transmission through generations. Its complexity technical and theoretical in the whork of the psychoanalyst of children

Podemos considerar la transmisión generacional el modo natural en que los saberes, las emociones, los legados se traspasan a los herederos. Es necesario diferenciar entre las transmisiones que son organizadoras de la vida, necesarias y estructurantes para el sujeto de aquellas que tienen características desestructurantes por su inaccesibilidad al lenguaje, a la elaboración psíquica y son generadoras de diversos conflictos psicopatológicos. Puede haber transmisión con transformación creadora o puede haber transmisión sin transformación. A partir de un caso clínico de un niño y de los interrogantes que me generó a lo largo del tratamiento, desarrollaré la complejidad desde lo técnico y lo teórico teniendo en cuenta la transmisión entre generaciones y sus efectos tanto estructurantes como desestructurantes en el trabajo analítico con niños.

Generational transmission can be considered as the natural way of acquiring knowledge and emotions. The legacy is transferred to the sucessor. It is essential to be able to differentiate between the transmissions that are organisational, structural and needed by the individual and the ones that have unstructured characteristics because of its inaccessibility to language, the psychic elaboration and are the responsible of diverse psychopathological conflicts. It may be a transmission with a creator transformation or it may be a transmission without a transformation. According to a clinic case of a child and the questions that arose throughout the treatment, which i'm developing the analysis about the complexity from a technical and theoretical point of view, taking into account the transmission within the generations and its effects, not only structural but also unstructured in the analytical work with children

La transmission générationnelle peut être considérée la façon naturelle moyennant laquelle les connaissances, les émotions, les legs sont transmis aux héritiers. Il est nécessaire de distinguer entre les transmissions qui organisent la vie, lesquelles sont nécessaires et structurantes pour le sujet et celles qui ont des caractéristiques destructurantes et ce, en raison de leur inaccessibilité au langage, à l'élaboration psychique et au fait qu'elles sont à l'origine de nombreux conflits psychopathologiques. Il peut exister une transmission avec transformation créatrice ou bien une transmission sans transformation. À partir d'un cas clinique concernant un enfant et des questions qu'il m'a suscité tout au long du traitement, je développerai la complexité d´un point de vue technique et théorique, tout en tenant compte de la transmission entre générations et ses effets structurants et destructurants dans le travail analytique avec des enfants.

Del deseo de nada al vóley / From the desire of nothingness to volleyball

Este caso clínico se refiere a una adolescente de 14 años, que presenta un cuadro de anorexia, internada con riesgo de vida.En este trabajo intento mostrar la intervención terapéutica desde su inicio, hasta un fin de análisis posible. Con un modo particular no convencional ni ortodoxo, pero si con una mirada psicoanalítica. Creando demanda donde no había, posibilitando mi intervención, el tratamiento, haciendo un recorrido desde el deseo de “nada” al deseo de “vida”.Este recorrido fue posible a través del trabajo terapéutico de sostén, apuntalamiento, intervenciones subjetivantes, tanto con Laura como con sus padres. Quedando abierta la posibilidad de retomar en un segundo ciclo, un nuevo análisis.

This case refers to a 14-year-old who presents symptoms of anorexia and was hospitalized with risk for her life. In this practical job, I try to show the therapeutic intervention since its inception, until a possible analysis.With a particular unconventional or unorthodox way, but with a psychoanalytic look.Creating demand where there was not, to make possible my intervention, treatment, doing a journey from the desire to “nothing” to the desire to “life”.This tour was made possible through the therapeutic support work, underpinning subjectifying interventions, as much Laura and their parents.Leaving the possibility to resume a second period a new analysis.

Ce cas concerne une jeune de 14 ans qui présentait des symptômes de l’anorexie et a eté hospitalisée car ceci representait un danger pour sa vie.Dans ce travail j’ai l’intention de dèmontrer l’intervention thérapeutique depuis le dèbut jusqu’à la fin de l’analyse possible par une manière particulière non conventionnelle ni orthodoxe mais sous une optique psychanalytique.Ceci en créant une demande là ou il n’y en avait pas ce qui a permis mon intervention, le traitement, en faisant un parcours de la volonté du “rien” á la volonté de “vie”.Cela a été possible gràce au travail thérapeutique de soutien, d’appui, avec des interventions subjectivants, à la fois avec Laura et ses parents laissant ouverte la possibilité de reprendre dans un second cycle, une nouvelle analyse.

A pulsão de morte na dinâmica transferencial / Death drive in the dynamics of transference

O autor propõe reflexões sobre o papel da pulsão de morte na transferência. Demosntra como essa pulsão age na análise,construindo um paralelo entre a formação do aparelho psíquico e o trabalho analítico. Descreve como esse trabalho está permanentemente intrincado com a questão da dualidade pulsional. Articula questões teóricas embasadas em pensamentos da psicanálise francesa contemporânea. Retoma o conceito de pulsão de morte e sua importância no edifício metapsicológico freudiano. Discute a questão referente ao que significa o estado anterior e o biologismo de Freud. Essa reflexões levam a refletir também sobre a função desobjetalizante na dinâmica da transferência e o par sujeito e na relação transferencial, será preciso considerar a forma como a separação sujeito/objeto ocorreu. Finaliza assinalando a necessidade da ligação para existir o ser psíquico.

The author proposes some reflections on the role of the death drive in transference. She demonstrates that this drive acts the analysis establishing a parallel between the creation of the psychic apparatus and the analytical work. It is shown how this work is permanently interwoven with the issue of the pulsional duality. The author approaches theoretical questions based in thoughts of the current French psychoanalytic school. Revisits the concept of death drive and its importance in the Freudian metapsychological construction. Discusses the issue concerning the meaning of the previous state and Freud's biologism. Such reflections make us think about the deobjectalization function in the dynamics of transference and the pair subject-object, considering that, to think the issue of deobjectalization in the transferential relationship, it will be necessary to consider the way by which the separation subject/object occurred. The author finalizes showing the need of bonding for the psychic being to exist.

EI autor propone reflexiones acerca del papel de muerte en la transferencia. Demuestra como esa pulsión actúa en el análisis construyendo un paralelo entre la Formación del aparato psíquico y el trabajo analítico. Describe como este trabajo está permanentemente intrincado con el tema de la dualidad pulsional. Articula aspectos teóricos basados en pensamientos del psicoanálisis francés contemporáneo. Retoma el concepto de pulsión de muerte y su importancia en el edificio metapsicológico freudiano. Discute el tema referente a lo que significa el estado anterior y el biologismo de Freud. Esas reflexiones llevan a reflexionar también sobre la función desobjetalizante en la dinámica de la transferencia y el par sujeto y objeto, considerando que, para pensar el tema de la desobjetalización en la relación transferencial, será necesario considerar la manera como ocurrió la separación sujeto/objeto. Finaliza señalando la necesidad de la ligación para que exista el ser psíquico.

Psicoanálisis de niños y adolescentes: lo irrepresentable, su transformación en el trabajo psicoanalítico / Child and adolescent psychoanalysis: the unrepresentable and its transformation in the psychoanalytic work

En este trabajo intentaré mostrar al analista y paciente en el campo de trabajo a través de viñetas de los análisis de una niña de tres años y de un adolescente de trece años. Ambos pacientes utilizan defensas muy primitivas que conmocionan áreas del desarrollo, que los tienden a aislar del contacto humano. En uno de ellos hay una intensa interacción con lo tecnológico, a propósito de lo cual me referiré a su impacto en el niño y el adolescente en la actualidad.

In this paper I will try to show the field of work of patient and analyst through the vignettes of the psychoanalysis of a three years old girl and thirteen years old adolescent boy. Both patients use very primitive defences that alter their respective course of development, that have the tendency to isolate them from human contact. In one of the cases shown, there is an intense interaction of the youngster with technology, starting from this observation I refer to the impact of it in children and adolescents today.
