ABSTRACT

El propósito del presente texto es repensar la formación y la práctica especializada de enfermería desde la óptica de las ciencias humanas que estudian la subjetividad y que encuentran su sentido científico más allá del saber disciplinar. Se trata de distinguir con claridad entre las ciencias de la naturaleza y las ciencias del espíritu a partir de la óptica unitaria del ser humano. Esto debido a la creciente percepción de deshumanización y tecnificación de la práctica del cuidado de enfermería vinculada a la formación especializada para el manejo de determinados procedimientos y aparatos que parcelan el conocimiento y desvían la perspectiva y el enfoque disciplinar. Por lo tanto, pensar en cómo se puede comprender mejor el fenómeno de la salud y la enfermedad humanas desde la formación y la práctica de enfermería tiene la posibilidad de reconsiderar el perfil académico de formación básica y especializada de enfermería, congruentemente articulados los saberes de una enfermería contemporánea con los sentires y los saberes de las personas que cuidan con las otras personas a las que se cuida.


The purpose of this text is to rethink specialized nursing training and practice from the perspective of the human sciences that study subjectivity and find its scientific meaning beyond disciplinary knowledge. It is about clearly distinguishing between the sciences of nature and the sciences of the spirit from the unitary perspective of the human being. This is due to the growing perception of dehumanization and technification of nursing care practice linked to specialized training for the management of certain procedures and devices that fragment knowledge and divert the disciplinary perspective and approach. Thus, thinking about how the phenomenon of human health and disease can be better understood from nursing training and practice has the possibility of reconsidering the academic profile of basic and specialized nursing training, coherently articulated the knowledge of contemporary nursing with the feelings and knowledge of the people who care for with the other people who are cared for.

ABSTRACT

OBJETIVO: Comparar o engajamento acadêmico durante a pandemia de COVID-19 em estudantes de duas universidades. METODOLOGIA: Estudo quantitativo, transversal, correlacional, analítico, utilizando a escala de engajamento acadêmico. A amostra foi composta por 650 alunos de psicologia, selecionados durante o ano de 2021 de forma não aleatória por conveniência, em duas universidades da Baixa Califórnia, México, uma privada e outra pública (319 e 331 alunos respectivamente), a escola privada com experiência anterior em educação à distância, e a segunda, com implantação de educação à distância emergencial durante a pandemia do COVID-19, a coleta de dados foi realizada virtualmente por meio de questionário. RESULTADOS: os alunos da universidade com experiência em educação à distância percebem, em média, um nível de engajamento acadêmico maior do que os universitários sem experiência em educação à distância. VALOR: A transdisciplinaridade de pesquisadores-acadêmicos nas áreas de psicologia e saúde coletiva trouxe evidências sobre a importância dos aspectos psicológicos (engajamento acadêmico) em novos paradigmas de pedagogia educacional (educação à distância), em meio a grandes problemas médico-epidemiológicos (pandemia de COVID-19). CONCLUSÕES: Concluiu-se que o nível de engajamento acadêmico dos alunos está vinculado à experiência anterior em educação à distância.


| OBJECTIVE: To compare academic engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic in students from two universities. METHODOLOGY: Quantitative, cross-sectional, correlational, analytical study, using the academic engagement scale. The sample was 650 undergraduate students in psychology, selected during the year 2021 in a non-random manner for convenience at two universities in Baja California, Mexico, one private and the other public (319 and 331 students respectively), the private school with experience previous in remote education, and the public school migrated to emergency remote education during the COVID-19 pandemic, data collection was carried out virtually through a questionnaire. RESULTS: University students with experience in remote education perceive on average a higher level of academic engagement than university students without experience in remote education. VALUE: The transdisciplinarity of researchers-academics in the areas of psychology and public health, provided evidence on the importance of psychological aspects (academic engagement) in new paradigms of educational pedagogy (remote education), in the midst of major medical-epidemiological problems (COVID 19 pandemic). CONCLUSIONS: It is concluded that the level of academic engagement of the students is linked to previous experience in remote education.


OBJETIVO: Comparar el engagement académico durante la pandemia COVID-19 en estudiantes de dos universidades. METODOLOGÍA: Estudio cuantitativo, transversal, correlacional, analítico, utilizando la escala engagement académico. La muestra fue de 650 estudiantes de licenciatura en psicología, seleccionados durante el año 2021 de manera no aleatoria por conveniencia en dos universidades de Baja California, México, una privada y la otra pública (319 y 331 alumnos respectivamente), la escuela privada con experiencia previa en educación remota, y la escuela pública migró a la educación remota de emergencia durante la pandemia COVID-19, la recolección de datos se realizó de manera virtual mediante un cuestionario. RESULTADOS: Los estudiantes de la universidad con experiencia en educación remota perciben en promedio mayor nivel de engagement académico que la universidad sin experiencia en educación remota. VALOR: La transdisciplinariedad de los investigadores-académicos en las áreas de psicología y salud pública, aportó evidencia sobre la importancia de aspectos psicológicos (engagement académico) en nuevos paradigmas de la pedagogía educativa (educación remota), en medio de grandes problemas médico-epidemiológicos (pandemia por COVID 19). CONCLUSIONES: Se concluye que el nivel de engagement académico de los alumnos se vincula a la experiencia previa en educación remota.

ABSTRACT

Abstract Sustainable development is based on three pillars: environment preservation, cost-effective production and human development. Within this context, emerges Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), a solid methodology for assessing the impact of products and services. Whereas Social LCA (S-LCA) is an early-stage approach, currently under development, requiring theoretical and methodological improvements. This study aimed at mapping the main gaps in S-LCA to identify potential contributions from the Psychology field. A preliminary literature review indicated several constraints: consensus between social indicators; methods for measuring subjective data; predominance of secondary data; underutilization of the Social Sciences, etc. Therefore, this study outlines multiples intersection points where the Social Sciences, more specifically, psychology could contribute to filling some of the theoretical and methodological gaps in S-LCA.


Resumo O desenvolvimento sustentável ocorre por três pilares: preservação do meio-ambiente, produção com custo econômico eficiente e desenvolvimento humano. Nesse contexto surge a Avaliação do Ciclo de Vida (ACV), que determina métodos para avaliação de impacto de produtos e serviços. A ACV Social (ACV-S) é uma abordagem em desenvolvimento, requerendo avanços à plena aplicação. Este estudo objetivou mapear as principais lacunas teórico-metodológicas da ACV-S para a identificação convergências com a psicologia. A revisão da literatura indicou diferentes lacunas: consenso entre indicadores sociais; métodos para mensuração de dados subjetivos; primazia de dados secundários; subemprego das Ciências Sociais etc. Assim, este estudo apontou pontos de interseção onde as Ciências Sociais, especificamente, a Psicologia poderá contribuir para preencher algumas das lacunas teórico-metodológicas da ACV-S.

RESUMEN El análisis conceptual de los estándares de información financiera internacional trae implícita una discusión jurídica, que se puede remontar al debate entre el pensamiento iuspositivista - iusnaturalista del derecho, debate que puede dar pautas para dilucidar si los estándares del International Accounting Standards Board (lASB) están basados en principios o reglas, así como también, aportar en la conceptualización del marco teórico de las políticas contables. La discusión sobre las bases de la normatividad contable generalmente carece de una visión transdisciplinar acadêmica y práctica. Se utilizó una metodología conceptual e interpretativa para comprender; desde la teorïa del derecho y desde la perspectiva del análisis económico del derecho, el dilema sobre principios o reglas, esto contribuye a la reflexión sobre la elección de las políticas contables adecuadas para la representación financiera y contable de las organizaciones.


AВSTRАСT The conceptual analysis of international financial reporting standards implies a legal discussion, which can be traced back to the debate between the iuspositivist - iusnaturalist thinking of law, a debate that can provide guidelines to elucidate whether the standards of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) are based on principles or rules, as well as to contribute to the conceptualization of the theoretical framework of accounting policies. The discussion on the basis of accounting standards generally lacks a transdisciplinary academic and practical vision. A conceptual and interpretative methodology was used to understand, from the theory of law and from the perspective of the economic analysis of law, the dilemma of principles or rules, which contributes to the reflection on the choice of appropriate accounting policies for the financial and accounting representation of organizations.


RESUMO A análise conceitual das normas internacionais de relato financeiro envolve uma discussão jurídica, que pode ser rastreada até o debate entre o pensamento iuspositivista - iusnaturalista da lei, um debate que pode fornecer diretrizes para esclarecer se as normas do International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) são baseadas em princípios ou regras, bem como para contribuir para a conceitualização da estrutura teórica das políticas contábeis. A discussão com base nas normas contábeis geralmente carece de uma visão acadêmica e prática transdisciplinar Uma metodologia conceitual e interpretativa foi utilizada para compreender a partir da teoria do direito e da perspectiva da análise econômica do direito, o dilema dos princípios ou regras, o que contribui para a reflexão sobre a escolha de políticas contábeis apropriadas para a representação financeira e contábil das organizações.

Resumen En todo el mundo, la población de edad avanzada está en aumento y con ello el número de personas con enfermedades crónicas y progresivas, tales como el trastorno neurocognitivo mayor (TNM); este tipo de trastorno se constituye como un problema de salud pública. En atención a esta situación surgen múltiples estrategias de intervención dirigidas a reducir el malestar que representa el cuidado. El presente artículo tiene como propósito revisar las intervenciones dirigidas a cuidadores de pacientes con Alzheimer desde las áreas de psicología, fonoaudiología y fisioterapia, para proyectar un análisis desde un enfoque transdisciplinar por medio del uso de una investigación documental. Se emplearon bases de datos especializadas Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, Scopus, Pubmed, Publindex, Lilacs, SciELO, EBSCO, ENFISPO, PEDro, ASHA, y se utilizó la búsqueda de palabras clave por medio de la estrategia PICO, durante los meses de enero a junio de 2017. Los descriptores utilizados fueron: "cuidadores familiares", "cuidador primario", "dolor", "impacto físico", "family caregiver", "physical therapy". Se obtuvieron 317 artículos, en español, inglés y francés, de los cuales tras una revisión profunda se seleccionaron 30. Entre los hallazgos se encuentran programas de intervención psicopedagógicos y psicoterapéuticos con diferentes modelos de aplicación. Se concluye que, a pesar de las diferencias metodológicas de los programas, siempre se tendrá un cambio positivo en la experiencia del cuidado. Además, se sugiere diseñar propuestas transdisciplinares en respuesta a las necesidades específicas del cuidador informal.


Abstract In the world, the elderly population increases and with it the number of people with chronic and progressive diseases, such as the Major Neurocognitive Disorder; this type of alteration is a phenomenon is starting to constitute a public health problem. In response to this, multiple intervention strategies have emerged, aimed at reducing the discomfort that care represents, but these have been developed in an isolated and fragmented way by the disciplines involved in the well-being of this population group. This article aims to review the intervention programs for caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's produced in the areas of psychology, phonoaudiology and physiotherapy, projecting an analysis from a transdisciplinary perspective using documentary research. Specialized databases were used: Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection, Scopus, Pubmed, Publindex, Lilacs, SciELO, EBSCO, ENFISPO, PEDro, ASHA, using the search for keywords through the PICO strategy which allows the selection of the best scientific evidence of health programs, between the months of January to June 2017. The descriptors used in Spanish and English were "family caregivers", "primary caregiver", "pain", "physical impact", "low back pain", "physiotherapy". A total of 317 articles were obtained, in Spanish, English and French, of which 30 were selected after an in-depth review. Among them, psychopedagogical and psychotherapeutic intervention programs with different application models were found. It is concluded that, despite the methodological differences of the programs, there will always be a positive change in the experience of care; it is also suggested to design transdisciplinary proposals in response to the specific needs of the informal caregiver.

ABSTRACT

A pandemia da COVID-19 provocou alterações nos pilares geopolíticos e culturais da sociedade, podendo resultar em impactos psicológicos negativos frente as incertezas do cenário. Os jovens universitários, frequentemente identificados como uma população vulnerável ao desenvolvimento de ansiedade, depressão e estresse, demandam cuidados qualificados oriundos de dispositivos da saúde mental, a fim de acolher o sofrimento e elaborar estratégias de enfrentamento diante de emergências sanitárias. Diante disso, objetivou-se relatar a experiência acerca de uma intervenção grupal breve, com a finalidade de refletir sobre a importância de grupos terapêuticos online estruturados de forma transdisciplinar. Considera-se que estes se apresentam como potentes ferramentas de atenção psicossocial e podem ser incluídos em programas de prevenção e remediação dos danos causados pela pandemia da COVID-19. O grupo terapêutico se mostrou como potencial ferramenta para o enfrentamento dos impactos causados pelo cenário de emergência sanitária e acolhimento das demandas emocionais da comunidade acadêmica, corroborando para uma maior qualidade de vida dos universitários.


The COVID-19 pandemic caused changes in the geopolitical and cultural pillars of society, which may result in negative psychological impacts in the face of the uncertainties of the scenario. Young university students, often identified as a population vulnerable to the development of anxiety, depression and stress, demand qualified care from mental health devices, in order to welcome suffering and develop coping strategies in the face of health emergencies. Therefore, the objective was to report the experience of a brief group intervention, in order to reflect on the importance of online therapeutic groups structured in a transdisciplinary way. These are considered to be powerful psychosocial care tools and can be included in programs to prevent and remediate the damage caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Therapeutic groups proved to be potential tools for coping with the impacts caused by the health emergency scenario and welcoming the emotional demands of the academic community, contributing to a better quality of life for university students.

ABSTRACT

Introducción: Gracias al empleo de las nuevas tecnologías y las bondades de la cirugía mínimamente invasiva, así como la aplicación de esta a otras especialidades, se ha logrado alcanzar un nuevo enfoque de los problemas de salud. El efecto positivo de los procesos de inter-, trans- y multidisciplinariedad en todas las ramas de las ciencias médicas es una verdad innegable. Objetivo: Analizar críticamente la relación entre la cirugía mínimamente invasiva y su integración a los procesos de inter-, trans- y multidisciplinariedad. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio documental de artículos de revisión, series e informes de casos en inglés y español, desde enero del 2008 hasta diciembre del 2021, en revistas cubanas y extranjeras indexadas en bases de datos reconocidas. Desarrollo: Se analizó la relación entre la cirugía laparoscópica y los procesos de inter-, trans- y multidisciplinariedad. Conclusiones: La cirugía mínimamente invasiva no está ajena a los procesos de inter-, trans- y multidisciplinariedad en la solución de los problemas de salud.


Introduction: Thanks to the use of the new technologies and the goodness of minimally invasive surgery, as well as its application to other specialties, it has been possible to reach a new approach of health problems. The positive effect of the inter -, trans - and multidisciplinarity processes in all the branches of medical sciences is an undeniable true. Objective: To analize critically the relationship between minimally invasive surgery and its integration to the inter -, trans - and multidisciplinarity processes. Methods: A documental study of review articles, series and cases reports in English and Spanish, was carried out from January, 2008 to December, 2021, in Cuban and foreign journals with indexation in recognized databases. Development: The relationship between the laparoscopic surgery and the inter -, trans - and multidisciplinarity processes was analized. Conclusions: The minimally invasive surgery is involved in the inter -, trans - and multidisciplinarity processes in its daily performance for the solution of health problems.

ABSTRACT

Frente às elevadas taxas de mortalidade e encarceramento de jovens brasileiros negros, pobres e moradores de periferia, apresenta-se pesquisa transdisciplinar que buscou qualificar os eventos, transições e rupturas que marcam suas trajetórias, analisando o ciclo de vida para desvelar seus nexos, movimentos e fatores de risco. Para tanto, partimos do levantamento de Planos Individuais de Atendimento (PIA) de adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa para, posteriormente, efetuar uma busca ativa por esses sujeitos, a fim de aplicar um questionário e convidá-los a contarem suas histórias de vida por meio da metodologia de Narrativas Memorialísticas. A partir da análise de um caso que revela o potencial universal de cada vida singular, foram analisados quatro eixos identificados a partir do próprio discurso do jovem, a saber: a violência do Estado, a adolescência, a mortalidade e a aposta. Em contraposição à precariedade e à ausência de amparo a que algumas vidas são lançadas, desvelando a morte, uma aposta decidida, traduzida pela oferta de algum enlaçamento, parece convocar a construção de saídas possíveis.(AU)


Considering the high rates of mortality and incarceration among young black Brazilians, the poor, and the periphery residents, we present this transdisciplinary research that sought to qualify the events, transitions, and ruptures that mark their trajectories, analysing their life cycle to unveil its links, movements, and risk factors. We started with the survey of Planos Individuais de Atendimento (Individual Care Plans - PIA) of adolescents in compliance with a socio-educational measure, and later with an active search for these subjects, to apply a questionnaire and invite them to tell their life stories by using the methodology of Narrative Memoir. From a case analysis, which reveals the universal potential of each singular life, we analyzed four axes identified from the young man's own discourse, namely: State violence, adolescence, mortality, and wager. In contrast to the precariousness and the lack of support in their lives, risking death, a determined wager, in the form of an unsavory cooperation, may create possible way outs.(AU)


Ante las altas tasas de mortalidad y encarcelamiento de jóvenes negros brasileños, pobres y residentes en la periferia, se presenta una investigación transdisciplinaria que busca calificar los eventos, transiciones y rupturas que marcan sus trayectorias, analizando el ciclo de vida, desvelando sus vínculos, movimientos y factores de riesgo. Para ello, se partió de la encuesta de Planos Individuais de Atendimento ("Planes de Atención Individualizados") de adolescentes en cumplimiento de medida socioeducativa para luego realizar una búsqueda activa de estos temas con el fin de aplicarles un cuestionario e invitarlos a contar sus historias de vida utilizando la metodología de Narrativas Memorialistas. A partir del análisis de caso, que revela el potencial universal de cada vida singular, se analizaron cuatro ejes identificados a partir del propio discurso del joven: la violencia del Estado, la adolescencia, la mortalidad y la apuesta. En contraste con la precariedad y la falta de apoyo a la que se arrojan algunas vidas, desvelando la muerte, una apuesta decidida, traducida en el ofrecimiento de algún vínculo, parece llamar a la construcción de posibles salidas.(AU)

ABSTRACT

Resumo A Ecosaúde usa abordagens participativas e transdisciplinares com o intuito de compreender as inter-relações entre os componentes dos sistemas socioecológicos e como estas interações influenciam a saúde das populações humanas. O objetivo do artigo é usar a Análise de Redes Sociais (ARS) para entender o papel das relações de colaboração entre os diversos atores envolvidos nos processos participativos e transdisciplinares em projetos de Ecosaúde. Apresentamos um conjunto de indicadores de ARS para caracterizar a evolução e a equidade de participação e diferenciar a inter e a transdisciplinaridade. A análise foi feita com base na rede de colaboração entre os atores da Iniciativa de Liderança em Ecosaúde para as Enfermidades Transmitidas por Vetores (ETV) na América Latina e Caribe. O processo participativo ficou mais intenso ao longo do projeto, com mais sujeitos envolvidos e um número crescente de colaborações. A cooperação entre os atores das ciências sociais, ambientais e da saúde é pouco equitativa; assim, predominam as ciências da saúde. Os poucos cientistas ambientais presentes estão, porém, ativamente envolvidos em colaborações interdisciplinares. A abordagem tem aplicação ampla para estudar a participação e a transdisciplinaridade em projetos sobre saúde e meio ambiente.


Abstract Ecohealth uses participatory and transdisciplinary approaches to understand the relationships between the components of socio-ecological systems and how these interactions influence the health of human populations. This article aims to use Social Network Analysis (SNA) to understand the role of collaborative relationships between the various actors involved in participatory and transdisciplinary processes in Ecohealth projects. We present a set of SNA indicators to characterize the evolution and equity of participation and to differentiate inter- and transdisciplinarity. The analysis was based on the collaboration network among the members of the Iniciativa Para el Liderazgo y Desarrollo del Campo de Ecosalud y Enfermedades Transmitidas por Vectores (ETV) en América Latina y el Caribe. The participatory process intensified throughout the project, with more individuals involved and increasing collaborations. Cooperation between members from social, environmental, and health sciences is unbalanced and health scientists predominate. The few environmental scientists are, however, actively involved in interdisciplinary collaborations. The proposed approach has wide application to study participation and transdisciplinarity in projects about health and environment.

ABSTRACT

A pandemia COVID-19 ao colocar o corpo em ameaça trouxe à baila muitos conflitos, descortinando o caráter excludente do qual fomos fundados como corpo/sociedade. A produção de milhares de corpos mortos no mundo, suscita no Brasil um plano de emergência de afastamento físico, e nos força como sociedade outros modos de existir. O corpo é provavelmente o substrato mais explorado de pertinência à vida. O modelo de estudá-lo mais usual, foi estruturado pela disciplina de Anatomia, uma coordenação descontínua entre ele e seu aprendizado. As ciências biomédicas são, portanto grandes difusoras da forma de se aprender corpo na sociedade ocidental e suas profissões o têm como objeto de sua gestão. Nesse sentido o capital simbólico de colonialidade o pressupõe de uma com-formação social desprovida de qualquer espaço para subjetividade, embora cada ser vivo aprenda sobre o corpo de uma ou de outra forma segundo o modo que a vida, ou ele a concebe. Essa pesquisa multi-situada por estudos corporais escreviventes se propõe refletir sobre outras formas de aprender pelo corpo enquanto ele se reinventa como protagonista auto-formativo durante a sindemia produzida pela COVID-19.


The COVID-19 pandemic, by putting the body under threat, brought up many conflicts, revealing the excluding character of which we were founded as a body/society. The production of thousands of dead bodies in the world, raises in Brazil an emergency plan of physical removal, and forces us as a society other ways of existing. The body is probably the most explored substrate of pertinence to life. The most usual model of studying it was structured by the discipline of Anatomy, a discontinuous coordination between him and his learning. The biomedical sciences are, therefore, great diffusers of the way of learning the body in western society and their professions have it as an object of their management. In this sense, the symbolic capital of coloniality presupposes a social conformation devoid of any space for subjectivity, although each living being learns about the body in one way or another according to the way life, or the body, conceives it. This multi-sited research by writing body studies proposes to reflect on other ways of learning through the body as it reinvents itself as a self-training protagonist during the syndemic produced by COVID-19.

ABSTRACT

Los recursos didácticos transdisciplinares, se constituyen en una posibilidad para romper con los repetidos modelos educativos tradicionales que distraen a las personas de la construcción de conocimientos significativos, culturalmente pertinentes y socialmente relevantes; por lo tanto, para descolonizar desde el aula promoviendo la liberación del pensamiento y el rescate de su complejidad, así como de la existencia de las personas, y, por ende, de las comunidades y de las sociedades a las que pertenecen.


The transdisciplinary didactic resources constitute a possibility to break with the repeated traditional educacional models that distract people from the construction of significant, culturally pertinent and socially relevant knowledge; therefore, to decolonize from the classroom by promoting the liberation of thought and the rescue of its complexity, as well as the existence of people, and, therefore, of the communities and societies to which they belong.


Os recursos didáticos transdisciplinares constituem uma possibilidade de ruptura com os repetidos modelos tradicionais educacionais que desviam as pessoas da construção de conhecimentos significativos, culturalmente pertinentes e socialmente relevantes; portanto, descolonizar da sala de aula promovendo a libertação do pensamento e o resgate de sua complexidade, bem como a existência das pessoas e, portanto, das comunidades e sociedades a que pertencem.

ABSTRACT

Este artículo cuestiona la oposición entre lo crítico y lo propio que suele estar en la base de los balances sobre la Psicología Social latinoamericana. Luego de señalar tres sentidos de la apertura que exigen los debates transdisciplinares (disciplinar, institucional y epistémica), apunta cuatro de estos debates que contribuyen a saldar esa oposición: el posdesarrollo, los seres no humanos, lo comunal y las luchas anticoloniales contra el racismo.


Este artigo questiona a oposição entre o crítico e o próprio frequente nas análises da Psicologia Social latino-americana. Depois de apontar três sentidos de abertura que os debates transdisciplinares exigem (disciplinar, institucional e epistêmico), expõe quatro desses debates que ajudam a resolver essa oposição: o pós-desenvolvimento, os não humanos, as lutas comunais e anticoloniais contra o racismo.


This article questions the opposition between the critical and the own, that has usually structured Latin American Social Psychology analysis. After pointing out three senses of openness that transdisciplinary debates require (disciplinary, institutional and epistemic), it highlight four of these debates, that may contribute to settle such opposition: post-development, non-human beings, the communal and, anti-colonial struggles against racism.

INTRODUCCIÓN: diversas teorías educativas se han desarrollado en varios siglos de existencia de los seres humanos, enfocados en diversos paradigmas, pero ninguno sin dejar de lado la visión lineal y reduccionista de la ciencia y la construcción de conocimiento. La presente teoría educativa es una propuesta de transformación educativa que se centra en la aplicación de la visión paradigmática de la complejidad y la transdisciplinariedad. OBJETIVO: identificar las características del pensamiento transcomplejo vinculada al paradigma emergente. MÉTODOS: revisión teórica de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo sobre la temática. RESULTADOS: es una teoría que responde a un planteamiento centrado en mostrar lineamientos para un manejo reflexivo, complejo y transdisciplinar aplicados a ejes concretos tales como: currículo complejo, didáctica compleja y transdisciplinar, complejización educativa, evaluación de la complejización, metacomplejidad planteamientos de investigación transdisciplinar en la educación, bucles educativos y el desarrollo de sus fundamentos epistemológicos y filosóficos en el paradigma emergente. La presente teoría educativa responde a procesos de transformación que rompe los esquemas estables de cultura, sociedad, ciencia y todo lo que el ser humano cree controlar en su visión lineal, la respuesta es compleja y transdisciplinar. CONCLUSIÓN: el pensamiento transcomplejo es una estrategia educativa emergente del siglo XXI cuyos pilares son la complejidad y la transdisciplinariedad.


INTRODUCTION: various educational theories have been developed in several centuries of human existence, focused on various paradigms, but none without neglecting the linear and reductionist vision of science and the construction of knowledge. The present educational theory is a proposal for educational transformation that focuses on the application of the paradigmatic vision of complexity and transdisciplinarity. OBJECTIVE: identify the characteristics of transcomplex thinking linked to the emerging paradigm. METHODS: theoretical review of an exploratory and descriptive nature on the subject. RESULTS: it is a theory that responds to an approach focused on showing guidelines for a reflexive, complex and transdisciplinary management applied to specific axes such as: complex curriculum, complex and transdisciplinary didactics, educational complexity, complexization evaluation, metacomplexity, transdisciplinary research approaches in education, educational loops and the development of its epistemological and philosophical foundations in the emerging paradigm. The present educational theory responds to transformation processes that breaks the stable schemes of culture, society, science and everything that the human being believes to control in his linear vision, the answer is complex and transdisciplinary. CONCLUSION: transcomplex thinking is an emerging educational strategy of the XXI century whose pillars are complexity and transdisciplinarity.

ABSTRACT

As contribuições de Carolina Maria de Jesus se estendem para diferentes campos epistemológicos e práticas cotidianas. Considerando a magnitude de suas palavras, buscamos neste artigo reconstruir sua trajetória através da leitura de suas obras mais populares e, a partir disso, mergulharmos em algumas pistas que a escritora nos oferece. As pistas que trilharemos são: a fome (re)lembrada; a importância da escolarização; a escrita testemunhal; o olhar da mulher negra para a branquitude feminina e para as relações étnico-raciais e o ser negra(o) no Brasil. Como efeito da pluralidade temática localizada em seus escritos, compreendemos que seu potencial teórico nos fornece sustentação sobre diferentes eixos de subordinação mediante seu entrelaçamento transdisciplinar, evidente tanto em seus diários quanto em sua escrita ficcional. Carolina Maria de Jesus' contributions are extended to different epistemological fields and everyday practices. Considering the magnitude of her words, in this article we try to reconstruct her trajectory through the reading of her most popular works and, from that, to dive into some clues that the writer offers us. The tracks we will follow are: the hunger remembered; the importance of schooling; the testimonial writing; the view of black women on the feminine whiteness and on the ethnic-racial relations and being black in Brazil. As an effect of the thematic plurality in her writings, we understand that her theoretical potential provides us support on different axes of subordination through its transdisciplinary interlacing, evident in her diaries as wells as in her fictional writing. Las contribuciones de Carolina María de Jesús se extienden hacia diferentes campos epistemológicos y prácticas cotidianas. Considerando la magnitud de sus palabras, buscamos en este artículo reconstruir su trayectoria leyendo sus obras más populares y, a partir de eso, nos sumergiremos en algunas pistas que la escritora nos ofrece. Las pistas que seguiremos son: el hambre recordado; la importancia de la escolarización; la escritura testimonial; la mirada de la mujer negra hacia la blanquitud femenina y las relaciones étnico-raciales y el ser negro(a) en Brasil. Como efecto de la pluralidade temática ubicada en sus escritos, entendemos que su potencial teórico nos brinda apoyo en diferentes ejes de subordinación a través de su entrelazamiento transdisciplinario, evidente tanto en sus diarios como en su escritura ficcional. Se realizó una investigación bajo el enfoque integrador transcomplejo en la búsqueda de una interpretación transdisciplinaria, multidimensionada y dinámica de la violencia juvenil delincuencial, cuyo propósito fue develar las posturas epistemológicas que subyacen en la lógica de intervención de los diversos sectores de las políticas públicas en relación a la violencia delincuencial, así como la resignificación, mediante un diálogo de saberes, con sujetos significantes y con los significados socioculturalmente construidos del contexto teórico disciplinario de la violencia juvenil delincuencial en el Estado Aragua , con el fin de aportar constructos teóricos que propicien un repensar de las políticas públicas desde una perspectiva transcompleja y transdisciplinaria. La Transmetódica se fundamentó en la transdisciplinariedad, la hermenéutica y la etnografía. Se llevó a cabo en cuatro etapas que confluyeron para desmontar el discurso de los informantes en relación a la realidad y contrastarlos con las corrientes del pensamiento que han sustentado la matriz epistemológica vigente, para luego develar desde una perspectiva transcompleja y multidimensionada los aspectos ocultos en el discurso; brindando la posibilidad de resignificar estos hallazgos hacia una alternativa epistemológica integradora. Se evidencia la necesidad de trascender las lógicas homogeneizadoras de las políticas de control social tradicionales fundamentadas en el etiquetamiento y exclusión social, mediante un proceso masivo de fortalecimiento axiológico y praxiológico de la institucionalidad social, para lograr un cambio paradigmático hacia una nueva visión multidimensionada y transcompleja de la lógica de las estrategias de prevención y control social de la violencia juvenil delincuencial, y su resignificación en un horizonte sociocultural de convivencia pacífica.


An investigation was carried out under the integrative transcomplex approach in the search for a transdisciplinary, multidimensional and dynamic interpretation of juvenile delinquent violence, whose purpose was to reveal the epistemological positions that underlie the intervention logic of the various sectors of public policies in relation to to criminal violence, as well as resignification, through a dialogue of knowledge, with significant subjects and with the socioculturally constructed meanings of the disciplinary theoretical context of juvenile delinquent violence in the State of Aragua, in order to provide theoretical constructs that promote a rethinking of public policies from a transcomplex and transdisciplinary perspective. Transmethodics was based on transdisciplinarity, hermeneutics and ethnography. It was carried out in four stages that converged to disassemble the informants' discourse in relation to reality and contrast them with the currents of thought that have sustained the current epistemological matrix, and then reveal the hidden aspects in the current epistemological matrix from a transcomplex and multidimensional perspective. speech; providing the possibility of resignifying these findings towards an integrative epistemological alternative. There is evidence of the need to transcend the homogenizing logics of traditional social control policies based on labeling and social exclusion, through a massive process of axiological and praxiological strengthening of social institutions, to achieve a paradigmatic shift towards a new multidimensional and trans-complex vision of the logic of the strategies of prevention and social control of delinquent juvenile violence, and its resignification in a sociocultural horizon of peaceful coexistence.

ABSTRACT

O presente artigo tem por objetivo abordar as relações entre a Psicologia Analítica de C. G. Jung e a transdisciplinaridade, a partir da noção de pontes de afinidades. Trata-se de trabalho teórico que analisa a prática desenvolvida pelo médico suíço de busca pelas afinidades entre sintomas em quadros psicopatológicos de difícil compreensão. Para tanto, uma revisão de literatura com base nas Obras Completas de C. G. Jung foi feita, na qual recuperamos o modo como Jung utilizara as noções de arquétipo, instinto e amplificação e pudemos perceber traços do que pode ser considerada uma atitude transdisciplinar quando observadas pelo viés das diretrizes traçadas na Carta da Transdisciplinaridade.


The aim of this article is to discuss the relationships between Analytical Psychology of C. G. Jung and transdisciplinarity, through the notion of affinity bridges. This theoretical work analyzes the practice developed by the Swiss doctor, searching for the affinities between symptoms in some psychopathological conditions that are difficult to understand. In order to do so, a literature review based on the Collected Works of C. G. Jung was done in which we recovered the way Jung had used the notions of Archetype, instinct and Amplification and we could perceive traces of what can be considered a transdisciplinary attitude when observed through the guidelines outlined in the Letter of Transdisciplinarity.


El presente artículo tiene por objetivo abordar las relaciones entre la Psicología Analítica de C. G. Jung y la transdisciplinariedad, a partir de la noción de puentes de afinidades. Se trata de trabajo teórico que analiza la práctica desarrollada por el médico suizo, de búsqueda por las afinidades entre síntomas en cuadros psicopatológicos de difícil comprensión. Así, fue hecha una revisión de literatura basada en la Obra Completa de C. G. Jung en que recuperamos el modo como Jung utilizaba las nociones de Arquetipo, instinto y Amplificación y pudimos percibir rastros de lo que puede ser considerada una actitud transdisciplinaria cuando observadas por el sesgo de las directrices trazadas en la Carta de la Transdisciplinariedad.

ABSTRACT

Este ensayo reflexiona sobre la naturaleza multidimensional y compleja de la enseñanza de la inmunología en el pregrado, específicamente en la formación del médico, y en el posgrado de las residencias médicas, que demanda un abordaje desde la transdisciplinariedad. Se reconocen los revolucionarios avances y logros de la inmunología, pero se necesitan la enseñanza integrada, el aprendizaje basado en problemas, lo pertinente a cada unidad curricular, la integración básica clínica y la vinculación clínica básica desde la disciplina principal integradora, la selección del profesor, el papel del docente y el trabajo metodológico, para la formación de profesionales competentes. Esto desde una perspectiva desarrolladora, basada en el modo de actuación profesional competente en el pregrado para su continuidad en las residencias médicas con la amplitud y profundidad de la inmunología, que deben dominar un buen médico y un buen especialista. El objetivo es emitir el juicio crítico de los autores sobre el papel de la inmunología en el pregrado, específicamente en la formación del médico, y en el posgrado de las residencias médicas. Como reto se plantea estimular el debate y el diálogo entre saberes para generar cambios en las estructuras curriculares, que posibiliten un incremento continuo de la calidad y la eficacia en la formación integral de los profesionales del país(AU)


This essay reflects on the multidimensional and complex nature of immunology teaching at the undergraduate level, specifically in the training of physicians, and at postgraduate level of medical residencies, which requires a transdisciplinary approach. Revolutionary advances and achievements in immunology are recognized, but integrated teaching, problem-based learning, other aspects relevant to each curricular unit, basic clinical integration, and basic clinical linkage from the main integrative discipline, the teacher selection, the teachers' role, and methodological work are needed for the training of competent professionals. This should be achieved from a developmental perspective, based on professional performance competent at the undergraduate level in view of its stability in medical residences with the width and depth of immunology, which must be mastered by a good physician and a good specialist. The objective is to issue the critical judgment of the authors about the role of immunology at the undergraduate level, specifically in the training of physicians, and at the postgraduate level of medical residences. The challenge is to stimulate debate and dialogue between knowledge to generate changes in curricular structures, which allow a continuous increase in quality and efficiency in the integral training of professionals in the country(AU)

Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación que tuvo como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de Modelo de Formación Transdisciplinar en Salud Mental para cuatro programas universitarios en la región de Antioquia (Colombia), con el propósito de contribuir al mejoramiento de esta formación en los profesionales de Psicología, Enfermería, Trabajo Social y Medicina. El estudio tuvo un enfoque cualitativo de tipo documental, aplicado y hermenéutico, que propició la participación de formadores, empleadores y profesionales de las nueve subregiones de Antioquia. Como estrategias de recolección de información, se realizó revisión documental y entrevistas semiestructuradas; se hizo análisis categorial a través de Nvivo, y finalmente se realizó un ejercicio de validación por medio de mesas de trabajo con informantes de la investigación. El desarrollo de la investigación permitió que los informantes pudieran dar cuenta de los principales eventos en salud mental de sus contextos, las necesidades de formación del recurso humano que los acompaña y de algunas estrategias para la formación profesional de este talento humano. Igualmente, se identificaron y describieron los principales eventos en salud mental que son reportados en medios oficiales del Departamento de Antioquia. En conclusión, se da lugar a la construcción del documento que presenta la Propuesta de Modelo de Formación Transdisciplinar en Salud Mental para cuatro programas de pregrado en Antioquia, que incluye modalidades de aplicación que bien pueden acogerse por los diferentes programas en su formación curricular y/o complementaria.


This article presents the results of a research that aimed to design a proposal of a Transdisciplinary Training Model for Mental Health (MH) for 4 Undergraduate Programs in the department (state) of Antioquia (Colombia), with the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the training for the professionals of Psychology, Nursing, Social Work and Medicine. The study had a qualitative approach of an applied, hermeneutic and documenting type, whose data collection strategies consisted of documentary review and semi-structured interviews. Under the first strategy the disciplinary objects of Psychology, Nursing, Social Work and Medicine were reviewed, which allowed the description of the objects of each discipline, the identification of points of convergence and therefore of the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary possibilities. Likewise, we proceeded with the reading of some reports provided by government entities, responsible for ensuring the health and mental health of the inhabitants of Antioquia, to recognize the main events in MH reported in the state. After the documentary review, semi-structured interviews were conducted with different actors involved with the MH: trainers, employers and professionals from the nine subregions of Antioquia; therefore, there were three different interview scripts. Once the interviews were conducted, they were subjected to a categorical analysis through Nvivo. Finally, in a public event with the participants of the research a validation exercise of The Training Model Proposal was carried out, there the results obtained at that point were socialized, so that it was debated in small groups and feedbacks were given. These feedbacks were considered for the final formulation of the Transdisciplinary Training Model Proposal. The development of the research allowed the Interviewed people to account for the more significant mental health events in their areas, as well as the training needs of the human resource that go along with these events and, some strategies for the professional training of this human talent. Likewise, the more significant events in mental health that are reported in official media of the Department of Antioquia were identified and described. Based on these results, the conceptualization of MH was considered for the Thematic Component of the Proposal, training in the clinical area, which in turn implies training in psychopathology, psychiatric patient care and intervention strategies; courses oriented to the understanding and intervention of violence, consumption of Psychoactive Substances, family MH and community MH; knowledge in mental health care procedures, primary care in MH and different approaches to care in MH, such as psychosocial, social determinants of MH and differential approaches, especially the life cycle in relation to childhood and adolescence; Emphasis is also placed on the importance of training in public policies, public health and the functioning of the General Social Security and Health System. It takes place the creation of the document that presents the Proposal for a Model of Transdisciplinary Training in Mental Health for 4 Undergraduate Programs in Antioquia; this proposal includes modalities of application that can be accepted by the different programs in their curricular and/or complementary training. The curricular training, whose topics are stated in the results, must be accompanied by the strengthening of competencies associated with the ability to read contextualized MH issues, which contribute to interventions closer to the reality of the population; as well as, to attend to aspects related to the student's being, oriented to an ethical reflection, to the MH of the student and to the strengthening of their vocation.

Apresentamos uma discussão epistemológica, ontológica e metodológica a respeito da transdisciplinaridade a partir de investigação sobre curso de vida e trajetória delinquencial de jovens e adolescentes no município de Belo Horizonte. Partimos de uma análise da estrutura de mudança e da relação de saber e poder entre as disciplinas envolvidas, tais que, psicanálise, sociologia e educação. Três aspectos relevantes foram levantados após breve construção teórica e apresentação da pesquisa: a transdisciplinaridade enquanto discussão teórica; a transdisciplinaridade em ato; a análise da implicação. A discussão conduzida no artigo leva à apresentação de três instrumentos metodológicos, construídos no percurso transdisciplinar que segue a pesquisa: narrativas memorialísticas, questionários e Planos Individuais de Atendimento (PIAs).


This text presents an epistemological, ontological and methodological discussion about transdisciplinarity from the investigation of life course theory and delinquent trajectory of young people and adolescents from the city of Belo Horizonte (Brazil). It starts from an analysis of the structure of changing and the knowledge and power relationship among the approached disciplines, namely, psychoanalysis, sociology and education. Three relevant aspects were raised after a brief theoretical construction and the presentation of a research: the transdisciplinarity as a theoretical discussion; the transdisciplinarity in act; the analysis of implication. The discussion held in this article leads to the presentation of three methodological tools, developed along the transdisciplinary route stridden by the research: the narrative of memoirs, questionnaires and the individual assistance plan (IAP).


Presentamos una discusión epistemológica, ontológica y metodológica con respecto a la transdisciplinariedad a partir de investigación sobre curso de vida y trayectoria delincuencial de jóvenes y adolescentes en el municipio de Belo Horizonte (Brasil). Partimos de un análisis de la estructura de cambio y de la relación de saber y poder entre las disciplinas involucradas, tales como, psicoanálisis, sociología y educación. Tres aspectos relevantes fueron levantados tras breve construcción teórica y presentación de la investigación: la transdisciplinariedad como discusión teórica; la transdisciplinariedad en acto y el análisis de la implicación. La discusión conducida en el artículo lleva a la presentación de tres instrumentos metodológicos, construidos en el recorrido transdisciplinario que sigue la investigación: narrativas memorialísticas, cuestionarios y Planes Individuales de Atención (PIA).
