ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of via -nasal ileus tube combined urografin to treat early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods Retrospective analyzed the data of 27 patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction who treated through via -nasal ileus tube intervention. Results The 27 patients were cured through conservative treatment and the cure rate was 100%.The symptom of 10 cases got complete remission 4 to 7 days after put the ileus tube,17 cases got complete remission 8 to 13 days. The passage of gas by anus recovery time was average (12.3 ±2.6)days,time of therapy was average (16.1 ± 3.7)days.The patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year, none of the patients relapsed. Conclusion The early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction should be treated through conservative treatment positively,decom-pression by via -nasal ileus tube combined urografin has important role to diagnose and treat the disease, the therapy can enhance the therapeutic effect validly and shorten the treatment cycle,it is safe to use in clinic and the effect is satisfactory.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: During coronary angiography, some electrocardiographic changes occured due to contrast media, which do life threatening influences. METHODS: We compared the electrocardiographic changes which were induced by injection of three radiopaque contrast media during selective coronary angiography in 49 patients with chest pain. One of the contrast media was high osmolar ionic(Urografin_76) and the another was low osmolar ionic(Hexabrix) and the last was non-ionic(Ioversol). Electrocardiograms were obtained before, during and after selective coronary angiography. RESULTS: The changes of S-T segment or T were decreased in non-ionic group rather than high osmolar or ionic group. And there was significant Q-Tc interval prolongation among all three groups except comparision of low osmolar ionic contrast dye and non-ionic contrast dye in left coronary angiography. CONCLUSION: Non-ionic low osmolar contrast media was safer than high osmolar or ionic contrast medial because of lesser change of Q-Tc interval during selective coronary angiography.

ABSTRACT

The expxprience of 8 thousand cases using contrast medium in abdomen CT scanning were reported. The results showed that it was more suitable for selecting 76% Urografin. The best oral concentration was 1.5%.In abdomen scanning intramuscular injection 654-2 conventionally could improve the image quality. The rectum and sigmoid region scanning should use tee contraast medium through the anus.Vein injection rapidly(bolus)was a best vein contrast method. When visualing badly after bolus or needing observe vessels of contin- uous several sections, continuous bolus method was used.while delay scanning was often used in defining nature of angioma.
