ABSTRACT
La riqueza de resultados científicos de la Educación Avanzada como teoría educativa cubana es notoria, cientos son los profesionales que se dedican a su estudio para el mejoramiento profesional y humano de los recursos laborales, en los últimos años estas cifras han crecido haciendo necesaria la creación de una Red Virtual del Proyecto Interactivo Redes de Profesionalización Pedagógica (REPROPED) , que ha devenido en una comunidad virtual "Educación Avanzada", de ahí que se haga necesaria su caracterización, objetivo hacia el cual se orienta este trabajo. El aprovechamiento de las tecnologías a partir de este proyecto ha contribuido a la profesionalización pedagógica de los docentes a través de la ampliación y el fortalecimiento del sitio Web educativo de la Educación Avanzada y la creación de un sistema de redes: la red mixta, que aglutina a integrantes de diversas áreas, la red de Ciencias Médicas que como su nombre lo indica engloba a profesionales de la salud y la red Varona, integrada por profesores de dicha Universidad. La novedad se expresa en la posibilidad que ofrece el Proyecto REPROPED a los recursos laborales de diferentes entidades e instituciones de consultar e interactuar en un entorno de Educación Avanzada para su mejoramiento profesional y humano
The wealth of scientific results of the Advanced Education as theory educational in Cuban is notorious, hundreds are professionals dedicated to the study of Advanced Education for professional development and human labor resources, in recent years the numbers have grown, under the influence of the Virtual Network for Pedagogical Professionalization (REPROPED) Interactive Project which has given birth to a Virtual Community, which calls for its characterization, that is the aim of this article. The use of the technologies from this project has contributed to the pedagogic professionalization of the teachers through enlargement and the strengthening of Advanced Education educational web site and the creation of a network: The mixed net, that unites members of various areas, the net of Medical Sciences, that as its name suggests, encompasses health-care professionals and the Varona net, integrated by professors of the aforementioned University. The novelty is expressed in the possibility offered by REPROPED Project to human resources from different organizations and institutions for interacting in an Advanced Education environment for their professional and human improvement

Introducción: el CIRAH es una institución de postgrado que contribuye a la actualización permanente del personal de la salud en sus conocimientos sobre la enfermedad aterosclerótica, sus factores de riesgo y sus consecuencias orgánicas. Desarrolla la Carrera Certificativa de Investigación en Aterosclerosis que oferta a todo el país dividida en tres etapas: Diplomado, Maestría y Doctorado. Coordinar este proceso es complejo y el centro cuenta con muy poco personal para ello. Objetivo: crear un sitio web para el CIRAH que facilite la gestión de información y el proceso docente-investigativo de la Carrera Certificativa de Investigaciones de Aterosclerosis. Material y Método: se comenzó por realizar un trabajo de mesa para definir los contenidos del sitio analizando la misión y visión de la institución. Se revisaron sitios web temáticos, de centros de investigación y educacionales. Se seleccionó la información del centro, se hizo el diseño estructural y gráfico del sitio, se definió la plataforma a utilizar y las herramientas a emplear. Por último, se montaron todos los contenidos. Resultados: se publicó el sitio institucional CIRAH. Mostró la estructura, contenidos y resultados del trabajo desarrollado. Se colocaron variadas secciones para facilitar el acceso a la información bibliográfica. Ofreció tutoriales y herramientas útiles para el trabajo. Respondió a las dos líneas fundamentales de trabajo: docencia-investigación sobre aterosclerosis. Centralizó el acceso a la información del centro. Conclusiones: el sitio web CIRAH resultó una nueva vía de organización y gestión de información para el centro. Su lanzamiento inició una nueva forma de trabajo colaborativo para sus trabajadores.
Introduction: CIRAH is a graduate degree institution that contributes to the permanent upgrading of health personnel in their knowledge on the atherosclerotic illness, its risk factors and its organic consequences. The Investigation Certification Studies on Atherosclerosis is conducted here, which is offers to all the country. These studies are organized in three stages: Graduate, Master, and Doctorate. Coordinating this process is complex and the center has very little staff. Objective: to create a website for CIRAH that facilitates the information management and the educational - investigative process of The Investigation Certification Studies on Atherosclerosis. Material and Method: it started by carrying out a table work to define those contents of the website, analyzing the mission and vision of this institution. Thematic websites, of investigation and educational centers were revised. CIRAH information was selected, the structural design and graph website was made, and the platform and the tools to use to use were defined. Lastly, all the contents were uploaded. Results: CIRAH institutional website was published. It showed the structures, contents and results of the work conducted. Various sections were placed to facilitate the access to the bibliographical information. Tutorials and useful tools to work were offered. Two fundamental lines of work on atherosclerosis were focused: teaching and investigation. The access to CIRAH information was centralized. Conclusions: CIRAH website was a new road for information organization and administration of this center. Its launching marked a new form of collaborative work for its workers.
