ABSTRACT

Objective: A fingerprint similarity evaluation method was optimized, and combined with multivariable statistical analysis technology to evaluate the quality consistency of Xiaoyao Tablets comprehensively, systematically, and scientifically. Methods: UPLC fingerprint data of multiple batches of Xiaoyao Tablets were collected, and its similarities were performed by correlation coefficients, angle cosine, euclidean distance, macro qualitative and quantitative similarity, and equivalent coefficient. A similarity evaluation method was selected for product quality evaluation, according to the characteristics of various calculation methods. At the same time, pattern recognition technologies such as principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze and evaluate the overall quality of Xiaoyao Tables. Hotelling's T2 and DModX statistics were used to monitor the quality of different batches of products. The similarity calculation and multivariate statistical analysis were combined to evaluate the consistency of the quality of different batches of samples. Results: By analyzing the fingerprint data of 22 common peaks of 14 batches of Xiaoyao Tablets, the quality of products had high consistency evaluated by traditional similarity calculation method. The weighted equivalent coefficient evaluation method was more suitable for product quality evaluation comparing with the traditional similarity evaluation method, as different weight coefficients were set for different indicators according to the peak area information and pharmacological effect and the information reflected was more comprehensive and reasonable. There were no abnormal batches in the 14 batches of samples in the PCA analysis, indicating the quality of products were relatively stable. The upper control limits of Hotelling's T2 and DModX were 25.145 3 and 1.75, respectively. The equivalent coefficient method evaluates the quality of different batches of samples from a macro perspective, and the multivariate statistical analysis analyzes the contribution of each chromatographic peak based on evaluation results. The combination of the two methods can comprehensively evaluate the quality consistency of samples. Conclusion: The similarity evaluation and multivariate statistical analysis method based on fingerprints established in this study can evaluate the quality consistency of samples comprehensively and systematically. The study also provides a reference for the research on quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the selection of new edition of Essential Medicine List by quantitative com-prehensive evaluation for additional essential medicine. METHODS:The evaluation factors were established according to Delphi method, and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was conducted to compare the factors in pairs, construct the judgment matrix,cal-culate the weight coefficients of every factor and do the consistency test. RESULTS:The evaluation model was composed of 6 first-class indexes(including effectiveness, safety, stability, availability, affordability and adaptability)and 24 second-class index-es,and the weight of each index to the target layer was calculated. Among them, the weight of validity and security is the top two. CONCLUSIONS:The weight coefficient can be determined scientifically and reasonably by AHP,and the reliability and operability of the evaluation index system can be improved. It is a useful attempt to explore the selection system of additional essential medi-cine.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the range of reasonable weight coefficient of hip joint in lower limb function. Methods When the hip joints of healthy volunteers under normal conditions or fixed at three different positions including functional, flexed and extension positions, the movements of lower limbs were recorded by LUKOtronic motion capture and analysis system. The degree of lower limb function loss was calculated using Fugl-Meyer lower limb function assessment form when the hip joints were fixed at the aforementioned positions. One-way analysis of variance and Tamhane's T2 method were used to proceed statistics analysis and calculate the range of reasonable weight coefficient of hip joint. Results There were significant differences between the degree of lower limb function loss when the hip joints fixed at flexed and extension positions and at functional position. While the differences between the degree of lower limb function loss when the hip joints fixed at flexed position and extension posi-tion had no statistical significance. In 95% confidence interval, the reasonable weight coefficient of hip joint in lower limb function was between 61.05% and 73.34%. Conclusion Expect confirming the rea-sonable weight coefficient, the effects of functional and non-functional positions on the degree of lower limb function loss should also be considered for the assessment of hip joint function loss.

ABSTRACT

Objective To obtain the weight coefficient of indicators for evaluating the service capacity of maternal and child health care institution at county level. Methods Expert scoring method and CRITIC method were used to calculate the subjective weight coefficient and objective weight coefficient respectively, then comprehensive weight coefficient of each indicator was calculated. Results A total of 25 indicators were selected, among which the minimum comprehensive weight coefficient was 0.033 4 and the maximum was 0.050 4.The 5 lowest weight coefficient indicators were the proportion of financial subsidies accounted for general income (X12),number of equipment valued above 10,000 Yuan (X7),number of available beds (X6),annual person -time number of hospitalization (X22)and annual person -time number of outpatient and emergency treatment (X21).The 5 highest weight coefficient indicators were the outpatient expenditure each time (X25),mortality rate of pregnant and lying -in women (X18),proportion of medical expenditure accounted for total expenditure (X13),indicators of the average hospital stay each time (X9)and diagnosis coincidence rate of hospital admission and discharge (X19).Conclusion This weight coefficient of indicators focuses more on the public health service and the comprehensive weight coefficient calculated by combining subjective weighting method and objective weighting method is more reasonable.
