This paper overviewed the application status of digital health technology in stroke life cycle management at home and abroad, and the next development direction. This article aimed to provide new ideas for the whole life cycle health management of stroke disease.

ABSTRACT

Under the national policy background of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)registration review and approval reform, TCM preparations in medical institutions(hereinafter referred to as medical institution preparations) have human use experience, conform to the characteristics of TCM clinical practice, and have advantages in the research and development of innovative Chinese medicines. Therefore, the research and development mode based on clinical experience prescription-medical institution preparations-innovative Chinese medicines has attracted widespread attention from the industry. However, in the process of development and use of medical institution preparations, there are generally clinical problems that restrict their transformation into innovative Chinese medicines, resulting in a relatively weak collection basis of human use experience and insufficient clinical evidence for supporting the research and development of new TCM medicines. In this paper, on the basis of sorting out the supporting regulations and relevant technical requirements of human use experience, and analyzing the clinical problems restricting the transformation of medical institution preparations, it provides suggestions for medical institutions to carry out high-quality research on human use experience of preparations in the process of TCM clinical practice from the aspects of continuously exploring clinical value, improving the construction of information system, focusing on the TCM clinical practice and giving full play to the advantages of discipline cooperation. By realizing the whole life cycle management of medical institution preparations based on three-combination evaluation evidence system, we can promote the transformation of medical institution preparations into innovative Chinese medicines.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#In order to record the whole life process information of medical equipment and improve the management efficiency, this study proposes an informatization scheme for the whole life cycle management of medical equipment.@*METHODS@#Relying on cloud-native, based on the software architecture of front-end and back-end separation, a mode of sub-account and sub-authority management of medical equipment was designed to integrate maintenance work orders, operation reports and other functions, and manage medical equipment data in a structured and platform-based manner.@*RESULTS@#Comparing the equipment failure rate, maintenance response time, and average inventory time per device before and after the system operation, the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).@*CONCLUSIONS@#The system can realize the work collaboration of maintenance engineers, equipment users, and equipment management personnel, and can trace the information of the whole life cycle of the equipment.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE@#Aiming at the different characteristics of the various stages of medical equipment life cycle in hospital, research on the targeted and meticulous management mode.@*METHODS@#Divides the whole life cycle of medical equipment in hospital into four phases, which are the selection demonstration period, purchase acceptance period, maintenance period, and retirement disposal period, and comparison with human fetal period, infant stage, adult stage and old age.@*RESULTS@#With the meticulous management mode, the service quality of medical equipment in hospital has been improved, and the service benefits have been enhanced.@*CONCLUSIONS@#According to the respective characteristics of different stages, the corresponding meticulous management mode is implemented to make the management more scientific and standardized, and the operation is safer and more reliable, which escorts the whole life cycle of medical equipment in hospital.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To forecast, analyze and evaluate the cost-benefit of large medical equipment in the three stages of whole life cycle included of investment decision-making stage, operation and use stage and update decision-making stage so as to achieve the aim that reasonably allocated diagnosis device resource. Methods: The breakeven point analysis, residual quantity analysis, method of return on investment per year and business income analysis of fixed assets per hundred RMB were applied to combined with cruor assembly line, high-end B-mode ultrasound scanner, PET-CT and other actual cases, and then the cost-benefit analysis of different stages in the whole life circle of large medical equipment was researched based on above data. Results: In the investment decision-making stage, the calculation shows that the break-even workload of testing cruor assembly line was 11317 person time, and the purchase wouldn't be suggested if projected workload was less than break-even workload. In the operation and use stage, the rate of return on investment per year in the operation period of computer B-mode ultrasound (12.5%) achieved better earnings. In the equipment replacement stage, the business income (242RMB) of fixed asset per hundred RMB of new equipment was higher than that of old equipment. Conclusion: The application of cost-benefit analysis in the whole life circle of large medical equipment and the establishment of efficiency evaluation system of corresponding equipment can play important role for realizing the unify of social benefit and cost-benefit of hospital.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To develop a efficient management system of medical equipment through utilized informational and intelligent technique in achieving scientific management of whole life cycle of medical equipment so as to enhance the operating efficiency of hospital. Methods: Through combined the existing management model of medical equipment and experience of hospital, and utilized many kinds of program languages to develop a software, and then to test and improve it in the interior of hospital. Results: The developed management system of medical equipment was able to implement accurate and efficient management throughout the processes of whole life circle, included of purchase, technique, economic calculation, quality control, risk assessment and disposition of scrapped equipment, of medical equipment of hospital. Conclusion: Management system of medical equipment is powerful tool and assistant of the decision maker of hospital, management department of medical equipment and the department of using equipment.

ABSTRACT

Dental caries is one of the most important chronic oral diseases that seriously threaten human health. Because of the characteristics of high incidence, low rate of treatment and high rate of retreatment, conventional prevention and treatment strategies cannot effectively control the occurrence of caries. This article proposes the concept of whole life cycle management of dental caries, focusing on group management of dental caries according to different ages and physiological characteristics on one hand, and personal management of dental caries according to various risk factors and risk levels of individual patient on the other hand, to achieve the goals of controlling the multiple factors that affect the development of dental caries, restoring the oral microecological balance, and further controlling the progress of caries and reconstructing the structure and function of carious teeth.
