On "asking for a kind of revolution" in clinical psychoanalysis: Winnicott's concept of regression, care-cure, working within the realm of needs and creating new experiences / Sobre "pedir por um tipo de revolução" na Clínica psicanalítica: o conceito winnicottiano de refressão, cuidado-cura, trabalho no reino das necessidades e criação de novas experiências

Neste artigo, abordo o rompimento radical das ideias teórico-clínicas de Winnicott a partir do trabalho psicanalítico tradicional, introduzindo uma mudança revolucionária na psicanálise clínica - uma transição de "extensão" para "revolução científica" e "mudança de paradigma" (para a usar a terminologia de Thomas Kuhn em "A estrutura das revoluções científicas", 1962). Para mim, essas ideias revolucionárias de Winnicott são muito importantes, tanto prática quanto teoricamente, pois fornecem uma matriz formative e um modo de trabalho e transformação que a prática psicanalítica não oferece.

In this article, I will address the radical departure of Winnicott's theoretical-clinical ideas from traditional psychoanalytic work, introducing a revolutionary change in clinical psychoanalysis - a transition from "extension" to "scientific revolution" and "paradigm change or paradigm shift" (to use Thomas Kuhn's terminology of the "Structure of scientific revolution", 1962). For me, these revolutionary ideas of Winnicott are profoundly important, theoretically and practically, as they provide a formative matrix and a mode of work and transformation that conventional psychoanalytic work does not offer (Eshel, 2013a, 2016, 2017a, 2019a, 2019b).

Atendimento ser e fazer e escolha profissional: estudo sobre eficácia clínica / "Ser e fazer" service and career choice: study on clinical efficacy

A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar a potencialidade mutativa do estilo clínico "Ser e Fazer" na clínica da escolha profissional. Realizou-se por meio de estudo de caso, constituído pelo atendimento de sete adolescentes de classe média. As sessões configuraram-se ao redor do uso do teatro de espontaneidade winnicottiano. O processo clínico foi registrado por meio de narrativas transferenciais, consideradas à luz do método psicanalítico, tendo em vista verificar ocorrência, ou não, de movimentos de trânsito entre campos de sentido afetivo-emocionais subjacentes às manifestações de conduta em busca de aumento de integração emocional e superação de dissociações defensivas. Pode-se afirmar que os participantes foram beneficiados, na medida em que foram detectados indícios de transformações na experiência emocional relacionada à escolha profissional.

This research aims to investigate the mutative potentiality of the clinical setting "Ser e Fazer na escolha pro-fissional" (Being and doing in the career choice). It was carried out through a case study, established by the attendance of seven middle-class teenagers. The sessions were configured around the use of the spontaneity theater based on a Winnicott's perspective. The clinical process was registered through transference narratives that were analysed in the light of the psychoanalytic method, in order to verify the occurrence or not of passage movements between fields of affective-emotional meaning, underlying manifestations of conduct aimed to increase emotional integration and overcoming defensive dissociations. It can be argued that participants have been benefited, as it was detected evidence of changes in emotional experience related to career choice.
