ABSTRACT
A reconstrução criativa dos desenhos de uma criança de sete anos permitiu observar que eles correspondiam à expressão de angústias primitivas relacionadas a fantasias arcaicas sobre a concepção, nidação e gestação. Foram três reconstruções: a primeira ocorreu por ocasião da análise, há vinte e nove anos; a segunda foi possível pela digitalização dos desenhos, ampliando a investigação e permitindo o acesso à mente primitiva; a terceira, feita com o reforço dos traços dos desenhos, permitiu alcançar novos níveis de expressão. A capacidade da mente de se inscrever em vários planos, tal qual um palimpsesto, graças à pulsão de vida, presente neste caso, é objeto desta investigação. Os autores sugerem uma leitura em dois níveis: o da realidade presente e o da verdade histórica. Estes vértices possibilitam à mente aproximar-se de sua "verdade", objeto da psicanálise - "verdade" que, por sua vez, permite a construção analítica da identidade do analisando.
Creative reconstructions of a seven year-old's drawings allowed us to observe that they corresponded to the expression of primitive anxieties related to archaic fantasies about conception, implantation, and pregnancy. There were three reconstructions: the first one took place at the time of the analysis, 29 years ago; the second one was possible by the digitalization of the drawings, which extended the inquiry by granting access to the primitive mind; the third reconstruction, through the strengthening of the drawings' strokes, allowed us to access new levels of expression. The capacity of the mind to inscribe itself on several planes, like a palimpsest, thanks to the pulsion of life, is the object of this inquiry. The authors suggest a two-level reading: the present reality and the historical truth. These points allow the mind to get closer to its "truth", the object of psychoanalysis - a "truth" that allows for the analytical construction of the patient's identity.
la reconstrucción creativa de dibujos infantiles de una niña de siete años permitió observar que coincidían con la expresión de ansiedades primitivas relacionadas con fantasías arcaicas sobre la concepción, la implantación y el embarazo. Se hicieron tres reconstrucciones: la primera durante el análisis de Clara, hace 29 años; la segunda fue posible debido a la digitalización de los dibujos, lo que amplió la investigación mediante el acceso a la mente primitiva; la tercera, por medio del fortalecimiento de los trazos de los dibujos, permitió alcanzar nuevos niveles de comunicación. La capacidad de la mente de inscribirse en planes diversos, como un palimpsesto, gracias al impulso de la vida, es el objeto de esta investigación. Los autores sugieren una lectura en dos niveles: la realidad presente y la verdad histórica. Estos vértices permiten que la mente se acerque a su "verdad", objeto del psicoanálisis - "verdad" que, a su vez, permite la construcción analítica de la identidad del paciente.
ABSTRACT
Aborda-se neste estudo a emergência de self dialógico com o objetivo de discutir o desenvolvimento infantil em situações de confecção de desenhos. Apresenta-se uma análise, fundamentada em pressupostos de Vigotski, Bakhtin e Hermans, de processos emergentes quando crianças entre um e três anos de idade produziram desenhos e falaram sobre eles. O método utilizado foi o estudo de casos com a análise de situações de interação videografadas. Esta análise foi apresentada como uma construção narrativa das pesquisadoras. Através desta narrativa, definiram-se, como resultados, dois aspectos relativos aos usos de linguagem que sustentam a emergência do self dialógico no desenho infantil: a regulação entre fala e ação e a produção de sentidos na experiência de alteridade...
In this study we address the emergence of dialogical self in order to explain the process of children's development in activity of making drawings. Here, we present an analysis, based on assumptions of Vygotsky, Bakhtin and Hermans for processes emerging when children drew and talked about them. The method was cases study from analysis of interactions recorded in video. This analysis was presented as a narrative construction of the researcher where we highlighted, as result, two aspects relating to the uses of language that support the emergence of the dialogical self in the children's drawings: the regulation between speech and action and the reach of sense to the action and speech in the experience of otherness...

Introduction Children are known to display their thoughts and emotions in drawings and storylines. This study attempts to evaluate their clinical usefulness. Objectives To study the correlation between psychological states assessed through drawings and storylines and that assessed medically, in inpatients with psychological problems. Method Drawings and storylines on selected themes produced by children were assessed by nurses on 6 clinical parameters, using guidelines provided to ensure consistency. This data was compared with the medical assessments on same parameters, which was used as the "gold standard". Results Good correlation was found in identification of mood states and emotional distress. Correlation regarding cognitive development and self esteem was less satisfactory. Conclusions Such methods are useful subsidiary tools to medical assessments but caution in interpretation is necessary in some parameters.
