ABSTRACT
Objective To analyse the problems and reasons in the management of Shuangjiantiao cadres in TCM col eges, put forward scientific management countermeasures and suggestion. [Method] Through documentary study, individual interview and questionnaire, understand the current situation and problems of Shuangjiantiao cadres in TCM col eges. [Result] The problems in management of the said cadres are: not very reasonable post distribution, not very scientific post evaluation, not very fair post treatment and not enough post efficacies. The analysis shows the main reasons are: single subject and specialty, smal schooling scale, not enough recognition to thought and lagging team construction. [Conclusion] To improve the scientific level to the said cadres management, we shal strengthen plan and design, optimize configuration mode, insist on person fitting to post, improve competence, perfect stimulating system, improve post efficacy, pay attention to education and training and improve team qualification.

Objective To discuss how to make ideological and political work have more pertinency and efficiency according to the Centre ’s reinforcing social management creation to promote ideological political work model in TCM col eges under the new situation.[Method] Under the social management creative view, the TCM col eges shal have a brand new model of ideological political work compared with that before. Therefore, esp. applying comparative research to compare the new ideological political work with past model, to discuss the construction of new ideological political work model. [Result] Promoting socialism harmonious construction is the basic value of the harmonious model of ideological political work, i.e. harmonious model based on humanism; meanwhile, the harmonious model shal insist on subjectivity, democracy, enlightening, persuasion, individual and effectiveness principles. So that, the types of the harmonious model system shal be: cultural, service, care, persuasion and participative types, i.e.“integration of five ones”.[Conclusion] We put forward the harmonious model of ideological political work which is fit for the needs of social management creation, helpful to the ideological political work of new shape in constructing harmonious social strategic objective.

[Methods] Adopt basic research methods such as literature review, in-dividual interview, data analysis, etc. [Result] Students ’employment situation is grim in Traditional Chinese Medicine col eges and universities, the em-ployment work needs to be enhanced in many aspects. [conclusion] Traditional Chinese Medicine col eges and universities should improve the quality of employment work through strengthening students’competition ability and optimizing the structure of talent training.

[Objective] Via an empirical survey, this study is aimed to explore the imparting and mastering of Chinese cultural knowledge in China ’s present col ege English teaching, so as to offer some effective strategies for dealing with“Chinese culture aphasia”in current col ege English teaching in China. [Methods] Resorting to the research methodology of tests, questionnaires and interviews, it carries out an investigation of a number of col ege students and English teachers in Zhejiang Province into their mastering of Chinese cultural knowledge and its conveying in English as wel as the curriculum design of their col eges or departments. The relevant data derived from the research are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. [Results] The subjects al demonstrate the phenomenon of“Chinese culture aphasia”concerning both its comprehension and its English translation to varying degrees. Besides, cross-cultural commu-nication is twofold, so it is indispensible for learners to study simultaneously their native culture,which is a solid cornerstone and the crucial foundation for foreign language learning, but has been seriously deficient in col eges’curriculum design and students’textbooks; integrating Chinese as one of the com-pulsory courses and establishing corresponding examining and evaluating systems incorporating formative assessment and summative assessment, are sure to cope with“Chinese culture aphasia”in present col ege English teaching in China effectively. [Conclusion] The research and solution above are expected to shed light on teaching syl abus formulations and curriculum designs, enhance students ’humanistic quality and their communication capabilities in reality, and consequently popularize the excellent Chinese culture.
