ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate th e eff ects of infusion sequence regulation on the promotion of intravenous rational drug use. METHODS ：The intelligent control of infusion sequence was realized with Markov chain machine learning method on the basis of intelligent reminder manual labeling infusion sequence. Selected from Binhu Hospital of Hefei during Jan. to Sept. 2017， 164 800 inpatients’medication orders were collected as data before intelligent control of infusion sequence ，and 264 600 inpatients’ medication orders were collected as data after intelligent control of infusion sequence. The correct rate of incompatibility ，storage time limit ，administration frequency ，chronopharmacology，preventive drugs ，drug interaction ，auxiliary drugs and infusion sequence for intravenous irritant drugs were compared before and after regulation ；the times of flushing tube ，the cost of flushing tube infusion and the change of liquid property in the infusion tube were compared before and after regulation. RESULTS ：The correct rate of incompatibility ，storage time limit ，administration frequency ，chronopharmacology，drug interaction and infusion sequence for auxiliary drugs after regulation were significantly higher than before regulation ；the correct rate of infusion sequence for preventive drugs and intravenous irritant drugs ，the times of flushing tube ，the cost of flushing tube infusion and the case number of the liquid change （proportion） in infusion tube were significantly lower than before regulation （P＜0.001）. CONCLUSIONS：Intelligent regulation of infusion sequence can improve the rationality of intravenous medication sequence to a certain extend.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the effect of hand hygiene (HH)promotion on awareness,correctness and compliance rates of HH among health care workers(HCWs).Methods HH promotion was started to carry out on May 8,2014,on-site questions,theoretical examination,and direct observation were adopted to survey the percent-age of HH awareness,correctness of six-step hand-washing method,and compliance to HH among HCWs before and at the phase five of promotion implementation,results before and after implementing promotion were compared. Results After implementing HH promotion,percentage of HH awareness,correctness of six-step hand-washing method,and compliance to HH among HCWs increased from 42.50%,35.45%,and 24.00% to 87.12%, 68.60%,and 43.20% respectively,differences were all significant (all P <0.05 ).Conclusion HH promotion has strengthened HCWs’HH awareness,standardized HH method,and enhanced compliance to HH.

Objective To explore strategies and measures to improve hand hygiene (HH)compliance and correctness of health care workers (HCWs)in a large hospital.Methods The WHO multimodal hand hygiene improvement strategy was adopted by healthcare-associated infection(HAI)management department of a hospital,measures consisted of five key com-ponents,including:system change,education and training,evaluation and feedback,reminders in the workplace,and insti-tutional safety climate.HH compliance and correctness of HCWs were observed by infection control practitioners,HH compliance and correctness in January-June of 2012 (pre-intervention)and January-June of 2014 (post-intervention)were compared,effectiveness of intervention strategies were evaluated.Results HH compliance rate and correctness rate of post-intervention were both higher than pre-intervention (75.92% [8 369/11 023]vs 53.67% [5 127/9 553],P 0.05).Except ‘after body fluid exposure’, HH compliance rates of the other four indications for HH before and after intervention were significantly different(all P <0.001).Conclusion HH compliance and correctness of HCWs can be improved after adopting WHO multimodal hand hy-giene improvement strategy.

O artigo propõe-se a retomar o debateacerca do politicamente correto (PC),pois considera esse tema relevante noque concerne às lutas em torno da constituição do sujeito contemporâneo.Nesse sentido, examina as principaiscríticas endereçadas ao PC pelos autores revisados, a fim de detectar o estado atual dessa discussão. Em seguida, detém-se sobre as relações do PCcom o humor, tomando como referência conceitual as elaborações freudianas sobre esse assunto. Por fim, analisa algumas das condições de formação dos discursos PC, a fim de realçar seus limites e possibilidades. A hipótese deste trabalho é a de que, tanto no que tange a suas premissas teóricas, quanto no que diz respeito a suas estratégias de intervenção, é possível e desejável reinventar o PC...
The article seeks to resume the debateon political correctness (PC), sincethis is a central issue concerning thestruggle over the constitution of thecontemporary subject. In this sense, it examines the main criticisms addressed to PC by the reviewed authors, so as to give an account of the current state of this discussion. Following, it focus on the relationship between PC and humor, taking Freudi an conceptual elaboration as areference on the matter. Finally, it analyses some of the conditions for theformation of PC discourse, in order to highlight its limits and possibilities.The hypothesis of this work is that, as much in terms of its theoretical premises as in what concerns its intervention strategies, it is possible and desirable to reinvent PC...
El artículo se propone a retomar el debate respecto a lo políticamentecorrecto (PC), considerándolo un tema relevante en lo que concierne a lasluchas en la constitución del sujeto contemporáneo. En ese sentido, examina las principales críticas dirigidas a lo PCpor los autores revisados, con el finde detectar el estado actual de esadiscusión. En seguida se detiene sobrelas relaciones de lo PC con el humor, tomando como referencia conceptuallas elaboraciones de Freud sobre esetema. Por último, analiza algunas delas condiciones de formación de los discursos PC, con el fin de destacar sus límites y posibilidades.
