ABSTRACT
Cream formula has been mostly used to treat deficiency syndrome. Currently,it has been used to recuperate the body,promote health against aging,and prevent and treat chronic disease. In modern medicine,there are only treatment concepts and methods of diseases,but lack of concepts of " deficiency syndrome" and " restoring deficiency". The concepts of " deficiency syndrome" and " restoring deficiency" could effectively supplement and improve the diagnosis and treatment scheme of some modern diseases. Refractory heart failure,dilated cardiomyopathy,ischemic cardiomyopathy,and valvular heart disease belong to the traditional category of " consumptive disease". The cream formula with the efficacy of restoring deficiency can not only alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life,but also improve the structure and function of the heart,reduce the dosage of diuretics and the number of hospitalizations,and achieve the purpose of secondary prevention in the treatment of severe heart failure,dilated cardiomyopathy,ischemic cardiomyopathy and valvular heart disease. The cream formula for treating chronic heart failure include Shenqi Pills,Zhenwu Decoction,Yougui Pills,Wuling Powder,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Lizhong Decoction,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Guipi Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Guizhi Decoction. Long-term administration of cream formula could not only resist aging,but also play an irreplaceable role in the secondary prevention of acute and critical diseases.

Objective] To explore compatibility of medicines, producing and clinical application of Astringing Lung Hemostatic Paste. [Methods] Expound theoretical basis, basic prescription,basic medication and main efficacy based on its pharmaceuticals, analyze its application on syndrome heat invading the lung, lung and spleen qi deficiency,lung yin deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency,state advantage, manufacturing methods and directions, explore clincal application combined with cases.[Result] Influenced by Zhang's theory and combined with rules of treatment, restrain the dispersing and nourish the deficiency, Astringing Lung Hemostatic Paste derived from Baihe Gujin decoction, Bufei Ejiao decoction and Danxi Kexue decoction, lays emphasis on recuperation of lung, spleen, and kidney and effects on eliminating phlegm and astringing the lung and stanching bleeding and tonifying kidney. Decocting the primary medicinal herbs of 10 days into paste which meets one month-taking.[Conclusion] The paste,eliminating phlegm and astringing the lung and stanching bleeding and tonifying kidney, well effects bronchiectasia and hemoptysis, which saves medicinal materials and is convenient to take.

[Objective] This paper sums up Professor Shi Weiqun’s ointment experience in balancing body and treating the chronic liver disease by cream formula.[Methods] Through col ecting cream formula these 3 years to summarize Dr. Shi Weiqun ’s principle and experience on cream formula, and intro-duce 2 medical records. [Results] Treating chronic liver disease by cream formula should not only connect“sign”,“syndrome”,“symptom”,“distinguishes the throttle”, but also combine using of the four diagnostic methods, the rational use of drugs, and balance the body's immune. That would be used for preventive treatment of disease and prolonging life. [Conclusions] Professor Shi Weiqun ’s ointment experience of treating chronic liver disease by cream formula is effective and is trusted and welcomed by patients. His clinical experience is worth extending and applying.

[Objective] To observe the intervention effect on body conditioning cream on the constitution of qi deficiency, Yang deficiency constitution. [Methods] Of the 200 patients with Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency condition of outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 cases in each. In the experimental group, the control group took general body-distinguished mutrition intervention ,every year, starting from 10d before the winter solstice to the spring after taking 10d ,about taking 60d for a course of treatment. 1 year after the end of the treatment, evaluate the efficacy and safety.[Result] In the experimental group after the intervention, Qi deficiency and yang deficiency constitution overal clinical scores were better than before intervention,and the experimental group intervention was superior to the control group. [Conclusion] The Body-distinguished Cream intervention has strong interaction on Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency.
