ABSTRACT
Objective:To detect the activity of telomerase in pleural effusion, providing data for clinical diagnosis. Methods: The cells of tuberculous and cancerous pleural effusion were collected from 104 patients. TRAP PCR ELISA methods were used to detect the activity of telomerase.
