ABSTRACT
Philippine traditional knowledge database-traditional knowledge digital library on health has played an important role of defensive protection for traditional knowledge. This paper carried on systematically analysis on traditional knowledge digital Library on health from four aspects, namely basic information, source of information, main content and legal protection, to provide some reference for traditional Chinese medicine protection.

A P2P technology-based personal digital library sharing model, MIPDLM, was established using the P2 P technology according to the decentralized characteristics of personal digital library in order to improve the per-sonal digital library sharing, in which the topology remodeling was studied according to the interest clusters in per-sonal digital library. The searched messages are constantly transmitted to personal digital library with a high interest similarity, which can thus reduce the searching scope. Simulation experiment showed that MIPDLM could improve the successful searching rate, reduce the average path length, and increase the location rate of resources.

The paper introduces the system structure of the knowledge discovery system of digital library of medical university,including knowledge service interaction layer,knowledge discovery processing layer,data mining & transmission layer and basic data resource layer,and discusses the knowledge service mode of the digital library of medical university supported by knowledge discovery,namely,the knowledge service mode based on embedded system,document database and collaborative mode.

Objective To establisha high altitude military medicine digital library ( HAMMDL) in order to integrate high altitude military medicine ( HAMM ) digital resources and promote transformation of HAMM technology to health service application.Methods The solution of Web 3.0-basedHAMMDL was proposed.Ontology, the metadata and Wiki paradigm were used to manage and present resources , while the Model-View-Controller pattern was used in software design .Results Based on analysis of the functional requirements and key techniques of HAMMDL , design principles were proposed the hierarchical software architecture pattern was designed , the software supporting technology was provided and the construction method of HAMM ontologies was discussed .Conclusion With the synthesized application of relative technologies , smart utilization and socialized content management pattern of HAMM digital resources can be achieved .

Cloud computing possesses the great, safe and reliable ability to store data, implements the integration and sharing of information resources, and reduces the economic cost.The infringement risks of intellectual property in digital library under cloud computing environment were described , such as infringement risks of intellectual proper-ty due to cloud computing safety , direct and indirect infringement risks of intellectual property of cloud service pro-viders.Measures for how to prevent and control them were put forward in aspects of laws and administrations.

The social reputation-based incentive mechanisms in preventing the free riding behaviors were put for-ward according to the analysis of personal digital library and P2P technology. Since the reputation value of personal digital library was calculated according to the maximum flow algorithm, personal digital library must increase its reputation value by sharing the resources when it is going to obtain the necessary resources it wants.

The protection of intellectual property rights for information resources on internet was studied by analy-zing the types of information resources covered in library itself-developed database, OA database and online books, their access methods and involvement of intellectual property rights, and suggestions were put forward for enforcing the protection of intellectual property rights by establishing copyright law for information resources on internet and introducing advanced technologies.

Se describe la biblioteca digital personalizable, la cual permite la socialización del conocimiento, ideal para ser utilizada en las universidades. Se refieren sus principales características y la posibilidad de ser utilizada como complemento de las bibliotecas físicas con las que cuentan las universidades.
This work compiles the history of libraries, reaching to libraries online. A brief comparison between different types of libraries. Describes the customizable digital library which allows socialization of knowledge, ideal for universities use. Regards its main features and the possibility of being used as a complement to physical libraries at their disposal universities.

El objetivo general de acción de este proyecto es ampliar una mediateca digital consistente en imágenes de muestras histopatológicas obtenidas en la 2da. Cátedra de Biología Celular, Histología y Embriología de la Facultad de Ciencias Medicas Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina. Se proponen tres líneas de trabajo principales: 1- integración de imágenes y documentos científicos (abstract de artículos) mediante el uso de términos ontológicos, 2- articulación del listado de imágenes y documentos científicos con herramientas de acceso a la información multimedia (imágenes y texto), 3- incorporación de una traducción simi-automática ingles-español usando herramientas libres de traducción automática de lengua origen castellano a lengua de origen ingles. Creemos que la asociación de diferentes herramientas de gestión del conocimiento permitirán ampliar una mediateca digital de muestras de laboratorio correspondientes a resultados de nuestros de trabajos de investigación subsidiados por organismos oficiales. También para que los contenidos de este proyecto estén disponibles para un amplio usuario de las Ciencias de la Salud con diferentes niveles de alfabetización funcional. Por último nuestro proyecto permitirá la inclusión de profesionales de la Escuela de Bibliotecología y de la Facultad de Lenguas de nuestra Universidad Pública.
The overall objective of action of this project is to expand a digital media library consisting of images of histopathological samples obtained in the second department of Cell Biology, Histology and Embryology, Faculty of Medical Sciences, National University of Cordoba, Argentina. We suggests three lines of work: 1 - integration of images and scientific papers (abstract of articles) by using ontological terms, 2 - joint list of images and scientific papers with tools to access multimedia information (pictures and text ), 3 - incorporation of automatic translation English-Spanish using free software tools. We believe that the combination of different knowledge management tools allows expanding a digital media library of samples for laboratory results of our research work subsidized by government agencies. Also for the contents of this project to be available for any user of the Health Sciences with different levels of functional literacy. Finally our project will enable the inclusion of professionals from the School of Library and the Faculty of Languages of our public universities.
