ABSTRACT

The paper analyzes the application scenarios of the information systems in large grade A class 3 hospitals by referring to domestic and overseas experience and standards,classifies and quantifies the demands for the business continuity of the Hospital Information System (HIS),and studies the technical schemes applicable for hospitals based on the core elements of the disaster recovery capability of the information system,including backup infrastructures,backup network,backup data processing system,data backup and protection,etc.

Objective To establish a data center to ensure hospital data reliability and safety in a wisdom hospital.Methods A remote active-active data center based on visualization was constructed with hospital infrastracture,modified overall architecture of hospital data center,visualization technology,disaster recovery technology,cloud computing technology and storage technology.Results A new mode for constructing hospital active-active data center was put forward with considerations on data storage,disaster recovery,application and backup as well as the integration of intranet and extranet,which enhanced the stability and continuity of hospital operation systems,high safety and reliability of operation data.Conclusion The active-active data center lays a foundation for the construction of the wisdom hospital.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To realize the different disaster recovery of infectious disease net reporting system of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) in the same city.Methods:We adopted B/S/DBMS three-tier architecture to deploy the infectious disease net reporting system in the disaster recovery center, realized data level disaster recovery through the remote replication technology, realized application level disaster recovery through technology of the data asynchronous replicating and transmitted disaster recovery data of the infectious disease net reporting system through asynchronous mode. Results: According to the existing resources, we established different disaster recovery center of the same city, realized the disaster recovery data backup of important information system in the same city, completed the security of software and hardware in information security level protection, and passed the level evaluation of Ministry of Public Security.Conclusion: The establishment of disaster recovery center in the off-sete of same city can make sure the security of the system and data, and ensure the continuity of work efficiency.

Objective:To study and design active-active data center based on the storage virtualization technology, build hospital information system disaster recovery platform. Methods: According to the core disaster recovery requirements of the building in hospital information system security, points out the defects of the traditional data center disaster recovery mode, and put forward the active-active data center of the definitions, advantages and disaster recovery level, in-depth study based storage virtualization technology, dual Definition Live data center disaster recovery involved in the construction of storage virtualization technology, principle, classification, storage gateway-based virtualization essential meaning and benefits, and apply enterprise-class SAN-based storage virtualization technology EMC VPLEX storage gateway engine such as design build active-active data center.Results: The design and implementation of programs to achieve data security, storage and application disaster recovery effect, we can fully guarantee the business-critical application system integrity, availability and continuity.Conclusion: The active-active disaster recovery framework based on storage virtualization gateway architecture, under the premise of satisfying the business continuity requirements, can maximize resources fully utilized, save the cost of the investment and construction of the IT infrastructure.

ABSTRACT

Cloud Computing is a platform that offers resource sharing in terms of justifiable and scalable infrastructure for Cloud applications. Cloud has brought a huge transformation of the entire computing industry. Currently, the advent of cloud platform as a latest model of service provisioning in distributed systems, has motivated researchers to investigate its benefits in executing scientific applications and the Big data. One of the major significant issues in this model is that it is prone to Disaster. Several simulation tools are developed to test system efficiency, cost and complexity of cloud applications. Despite the existence of various tools, disasters continue to prevail in Cloud applications. The aim of this paper is therefore to analyze different simulation tools for various disasters recovery in Cloud computing. This analysis enables one to comprehend the choice of tools for their applications. This knowledge further provides information about parameters that are supported by the tools and hence opens up research avenues towards those parameters which are not yet deemed in the tools.

A backup data center near the primary data center using Storage Area Network is built with Fiber Channel technology. The specific disaster recovery software used to synchronize the two centers a highly reliable safety and expandable data storage management system with adequate redundancy is developed. Thus disaster recovery service can be provided for the hospital information system when disaster happens. To avoid the system risk and maintain the continuity of the hospital's activities the damaged part of the system will be taken over from.
