ABSTRACT
The XCY2002-1/200 field battle X-ray diagnosis vehicle is widely applied in earthquake rescue in field hospital. This vehicle has the advantages of rapid deploying and retraction, simple and stable installation, flexible operation, powerful function, secure protection, etc. It also has the disadvantages in power supply system, filter and film development apparatus. The XCY2002-1/200 field battle X-ray diagnosis vehicle can be widely applied in field hospitals, but improvement is needed to meet the requirements in multiple military affairs.
ABSTRACT
Objective To manage the usage of the equipment in the field carriage hospital in earthquake rescue. Methods The management of the equipment and the responsibility are assigned to special individual. Results The ability of hospital staff in using, maintaining and repairing the equipment is enhanced. Conclusion This kind of management is applicable to the field carriage hospital in earthquake rescue.

During the catastrophe of Wenchuan Earthquake on May 12,2008 in Sichuan province and the post-earthquake rescue,shining spirit of Bethune recurred among medical staffs.Based on the real scenes in Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University,this paper clarifies a new definition of Bethune's spirit which combines the spirit of times,spirit of post-earthquake rescuing,and Bethune's spirit.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the application of mobile ultrasonoscope in earthquake rescue. Methods According to the characteristic of environment and traumatic conditions in earthquake area, the mobile ultrasonoscope was used to diagnose for clinicians, and the advantages and disadvantages were evaluated. Results The mobile ultrasonoscope played an important role in routine diagnosis, such as organic injury and calculus, superficial organellae injury, soft tissue injury, injury of limbs and blood vessels, gynaecology and obstetrics and so on. As far as certain conditions were conferred in which the mobile ultrasonoscope was seldom used to diagnose in common practice, it played a dramatic role too in bone fracture, joint damage, craniocerebral injury and foreign objects. Conclusion In routine diagnosis or certain conditions, the mobile ultrasonoscope is very practical, especially in earthquake rescue.
