Research on advances of the evaluation indexes for individual iodine nutrition / 中华地方病学杂志

At present, Chinese residents have three iodine nutritional states: iodine deficiency, iodine appropriate and iodine excess. Appropriate iodine nutrition is crucial to the growth, development, and metabolic regulation of the body. Accurate assessment of individual iodine nutrition level is helpful to accurately understand the iodine status of the body and prevent iodine deficiency or excess. Previous indexes for assessing iodine nutrition include urinary iodine, thyroid stimulating hormone, goiter rate and so on, but these indexes have different degrees of shortcomings in individual iodine nutrition evaluation. This paper reviews the commonly used individual iodine nutrition evaluation indexes, and discusses the possibility of combined application of multiple indexes.

Research on the internal control evaluation of government procurement at public hospitals / 中华医院管理杂志

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of internal control of government procurement at public hospitals.Methods:Literature review and Delphi method were used to construct the internal control evaluation index system of government procurement at public hospitals, and the weight of the index system was determined by analytic hierarchy process. The index system was used to evaluate the internal control of government procurement in Hospital Z.Results:The evaluation index system of government procurement internal control of public hospitals covers all aspects of the whole process of government procurement, including 2 level-1 indexes of government procurement internal control unit level and government procurement internal control business level, 11 level-2 indexes and 27 level-3 indexes. The internal control of government procurement of Hospital Z was evaluated with an evaluation score of 81.37 points, an evaluation result relatively effective.Conclusions:The evaluation index system of government procurement internal control of public hospitals constructed in this study could quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of each sector of government procurement internal control of public hospitals. It could meet the basic evaluation requirements of internal control of government procurement at public hospitals.

Study on Formation Mechanism of National Drug Standards Based on Standard Investigation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granules / 中国实验方剂学杂志

This paper, taking the formulation of national drug standards for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) dispensing granules as a case study, explores the improvement of the formation mechanism of national drug standards, and promotes the reform of streamline administration, delegate powers, and improve regulation and services of national standards management, so as to release the vitality of the research and development of standards of drug manufacturers. After nearly two decades of pilot production of TCM dispensing granules, a large number of researches and discussions have been conducted on the formulation of unified standards of TCM dispensing granules from manufacturing enterprises to national standard administration departments, it was found that this work was difficult on the basis of the original drug standard formation mechanism. The authors tried to improve and innovate the formation mechanism of national drug standards, to provide methods and ideas for the formulation and unification of national standards for TCM dispensing granules, and to provide references for the formulation of other national drug standards.

Construction of a computer-assisted polyp detection system under colonoscopy / 中华消化杂志

Objective To set up a computer-assisted polyp detection system under colonoscopy,and to preliminarily verify its effectiveness.Methods Based on Faster R-CNN algorithm and the open source implementation of the open source framework tensorflow and Faster R-CNN,a computer-assisted polyp detection system under colonoscopy was constructed.According to the size and difficulty of the training set,five test groups were set up:test group one,two,three and four contained 1 000,2 000,4 000 and 6 000 training samples,respectively.Test group five increased the probability of selecting the difficult samples based on 6 000 training samples.In different training sets,the sensitivity,specificity,other classification evaluation parameters,and the evaluation parameters of target detection such as recall and precision of this polyps detection system were calculated.Results Classification evaluation parameters showed that the sensitivities of test group one,two,three,four and five were 90.1％,93.3％,93.3％,93.3 ％ and 93.5 ％,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =25.324,P＜0.01).The sensitivities of test group two,three,four and five were all higher than that of test group one,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =13.964,13.508,13.508 and 13.386,all P＜ 0.006 25).There were no significant differences in specificity and positive predictive value among test groups (both P＞0.05).The negative predictive values of test group one,two,three,four and five were 90.4％,93.3％,93.3％,93.3％ and 93.5％,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =21.862,P＜0.01).The negative predictive values of test group two,three,four and five were higher than that of test group one,and the differences were statistically significant (x2=11.447,11.564,11.755,13.760;all P＜0.006 25).As the training sample size increased from 1 000 to 2 000,the area under curve (AUC) increased by 2％,and further increased the sample size to 6 000,AUC increased by less than 1 ％.At this point maintaining the same sample size while increasing the proportion of difficult samples,AUC increased by 0.4％.The results of evaluation parameters of target detection showed that the recall rate of each test group was 73.6％,79.8％,79.5％,79.8％ and 83.3％,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =71.936,P＜0.01).Among them,the recall rates of test group two,three and four were higher than that of test group one,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =25.960,23.492 and 25.960,all P＜0.006 25),and the recall rate of test group five was higher than those of test group one,two,three and four,and the differences were statistically significant (x2=67.361,9.899,11.527 and 9.899;all P＜0.006 25).In addition,the precision rates of test group one,two,three,four and five were 87.9％,85.3％,90.2％,91.4％ and 89.2％,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=48.194,P＜0.01).The precision rates of test group three and five were higher than that of test group two,and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =24.508 and 15.223,both P＜0.006 25),and the precision rate of test group four was higher than those of test group one and two,and the differences were statistically significant (x2=13.524 and 39.120,both P＜0.006 25).As samples size and training difficulty increased,the values of F1-score and mean average precision increased steadily.Conclusions This study initially constructed a computer-assisted polyp detection system under colonoscopy.Currently the maximum sensitivity reached 93.5％,and the maximum recall rate reached 83.3％.Increasing the training set size may improve the polyp detection result to a certain degree,however it will reach a bottleneck.At this time,increasing the training difficulty can further improve the detection scores,especially the recall rate.

Evaluation indexes system for students majored in nursing based on flipped teaching / 中国实用护理杂志

Objective To establish a learning evaluation indexes systen of flipped teaching method,and provide the basis for evaluating academic performance of each student who majors in nursing.Methods The indexes were determined by Delphi method of two rounds of consultation involving 15 experts,and the weight of every index was set up by analytic hierarchy process.Results The response rates of questionnaire investigation for the two rounds of consultation were 13/15 and 12/13 respectively.The authority value of experts was 0.847.The Kendall concordance coefficients for the indexes of first-level,second-level and third-level were 0.373,0.258 and 0.595 respectively,P＜0.05.Finally,the evaluation indexes system including 3 first-level indexes,5 second-level indexes,and 6 third-level indexes was set up.Conclusions The results of the two rounds of expert consultation are reliable.The consistency of expert opinions is good.The study provides a scientific and systematic evaluation tool for evaluating nursing undergraduates' performance under flipped teaching.

Thinking on Key Technical Steps of Establishing on Curative Effect Evaluation Indexes for Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes under Disease-syndrome Combination Mode / 世界科学技术-中医药现代化

This paper was aimed to establish the curative effect evaluation indexes scientifically , which is the key technical step for the study of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) effect evaluation methods under the mode of disease-syndrome combination. However, there is still a lack of generally accepted methods. In this paper , several key technical steps in the research process for establishing the curative effect evaluation indexes were put forward , namely , the framework of scientific and reasonable formation on the evaluation indexes is the premise; target selection of evaluation indexes is the core link; the evaluation and verification of evaluation in-dexes are key points , which provide the methodology reference for similar research in this field .

Establishing method and evaluation indexes of collagen-induced arthritis model in DBA/1 mice / 中国药理学通报

Aim To establish method and main evaluation indexes of collagen induced arthritis ( CIA) model in DBA/1 mice. Methods CIA was induced by chicken type Ⅱcollagen ( C Ⅱ) in DBA/1mice. Arthritis was evaluated by arthritis index. X-ray of the paws was taken. Histology pathology of ankles and spleen was observed and scored. Results Immunization d31,the paws of CIA mice appeared red and swelling,the scores of arthritis index increased,the period of swelling peak was from d40 to d60; immunization d35,the weight of CIA mice began to decrease. X-ray of paws showed that the paw joints of CIA mice deformed,and there was osteophyte formation associated with osteolysis. Histo-logical pathology of ankle joints showed that the synovium of CIA mice were hyperplasia,cartilage was destroyed,pannus was formed,and inflammatory cells infiltrated into synovium. Histological pathology of spleen showed more germinal centers and lymphoid follicular hyperplasia were observed,cell density of lymphatic sheath increased,scores of ankle joints and spleen histological pathology in CIA mice were higher than those in normal mice significantly. Conclusions The methods of CIA model induced by chicken C Ⅱ in DBA /1 mouse were reliable and reproducible. CIA incidence was high. Arthritis index,X-ray of paws,ankle joints and spleen histological pathology and so on were the principal indexes of evaluation for CIA model.
