In the management of public hospital,there are many methods to supervise,mainly divided into exter-nal supervision and internal management,aiming to improve the quality of medical management.With the develop-ment and progress of society,many hospitals are not only ensuring medical quality,but also continuously improving patients'humanistic care during medical treatment.As non-medical professionals,external supervisors,from the perspective of bystanders,provide reasonable suggestions to hospitals,which can help them better improve their medical experience during the medical service process.

Applicability of public interest litigation to resolve health insurance disputes / 中华医院管理杂志

Medical insurance services provided by medical institutions are managed by medical insurance agencies via agreements, one of the most popular means of management. Hence the safe use of medical insurance funds depends on the correct performance of medical insurance service agreements. To improve the standardization and accuracy of medical insurance agreement management behavior, and protect the interests of medical institutions and the insured at large, the authors demonstrated the feasibility and necessity of public interest litigation in medical insurance agreement management from both theoretical and practical perspectives. They also proposed to promote the effective resolution of medical insurance disputes by expanding clues sources, strictly the initiating thresholds, and maintaining the modesty of public interest litigation.

Problems and Development Suggestions in the Management of Medical Ethical Review / 中国医学伦理学

In order to understand the existing problems in the management of medical ethical review,this paper summed up related domestic literature published in 2001 to 2015 with the method of literature analysis.There existed several problems in the construction and management,the ability of ethical review,external supervision,and other aspects of the current medical ethics committee.It suggests that strengthening external continuous supervision,strengthening the ethics committee itself construction and management and participating in standardized certification can help medical ethics committee to solve the above problems and have important significance for the standardized development.
