ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of batroxobin combined with Yinxingdamo injection on serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VEGF-1)in patients with sudden deafness(SVCAM-1),to explore the best treatment for patients with sudden deafness. Methods Ninety patients with sudden deafness from June 2014 to June 2015 were recruited as the subjects of this study. The patients in control group were treated with batroxobin and batroxobin and ginkgo dipyridol. The levels of serum ET,NO,SOD,sVCAM-1,time of symptom recovery and the curative effect were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of ET,NO and sVCAM-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(64.28±5.72)pg/mL vs(67.36±6.31)pg/mL,(43.08±9.53)μmol/(93.24±11.25)NU/mL](P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups. The recovery time of tinnitus, auria and vertigo in the observation group were less than those in the control group [(3.86±1.02)d vs(5.97±1.34),(5.03±1.24)d vs(7.37±2.01)d,(8.09±2.10)d vs 9.07±2.37)d](P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(93.33%vs 75.55%,P<0.05).Conclusion Batroxobin combined with ginkgo dipyridolum injection can decrease the level of ET,NO and sVCAM-1,improve the level of SOD,and improve the microcirculation of the inner ear.Compared with the single effect of Batroxobin More desirable, worthy of promotion.

ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to develop the method for determination of mannitol and meglumine in diterpene lactones of Ginkgo Injection. The HPLC-ELSD was used to determine mannitol and meglumine in diterpene lactones of Ginkgo Injection. The analysis was carried out on Waters XBridge Amide (4.6 mm í 150 mm, 3.5 μm) column. The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile, and 50 mmol·mL-1 ammonium acetate with a linear gradient elu-tion at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature wad maintained at 30℃. The operating conditions of the ELSD were a nebulizer nitrogen with the flow rate of 2.0 L·min-1 and an evaporator tube at the temperature of 90℃. The results showed that mannitol had a good linear relationship in a range of 1.9665 μg - 19.665 μg. The average recovery rate was 100.57% (RSD = 0.92%, n = 9). The meglumine showed a good linear relationship in a range of 0.4838 μg - 4.638 μg. The average recovery rate was 100.67% (RSD = 0.72%, n = 9). It was concluded that this method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It met with the requirement of the determination of the contents of mannitol and meglumine in diterpene lactones of Ginkgo Injection.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Ginkgo injection combined with west medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods 90 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.West medical routine treatments were used in the two groups, and Ginkgo injection was given additionally to the treatment group. Results The Total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% and 82.2% respectively, showing remarkable difference. No obvious adverse effects were observed during the course of therapy. Conclusion The treatment of ischemic stroke by thempy Ginkgo injection combined with west medicine is reliable and effective. Therefore it should be widely adopted and applied.

ABSTRACT

Objective To observe the effect of Ginkgo on IL-4,IL-5 in serum of asthmatic mice. Methods 40 mouse were randomly divided into three groups(control group, sensitization group, and therapeutic group). The mouse asthmatic models were established by sensitizing with aerosolized ovalbumin(OVA). IL-4,IL-5 in serum in 16 sensitization mouse and 8 control mouse were measured by ELISA, respectively. We injected 0.15ml Ginkgo solution in the abdominal cavity of 16 therapeutic mouse before the episode of asthma. After that, they were challenged with aerosolized OVA and IL-4,IL-5 in serum were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-4,IL-5 in serum in control group were (12.965?2.450)pg/ml, (13.398?4.460)pg/ml, respectively, (16.889?4.835)pg/ml, (19.471?7.207)pg/ml in sensitization, (13.695?4.068)pg/ml, (14.774?5.749)pg/ml in therapeutic group. In the sensitization group, the levels of IL-4,IL-5 in serum were higher than those of the control group( P
