Misdiagnosis and wrong therapy ought to be avoided as much as possible in our clinical practice. The giving up treatment of retinoblastoma is relatively common in our country at present time and its early diagnosis and early treatment is very important. Therapeutic giving up treatment is a new concept and eye doctors can make use of it in some special situations in that the disease can be treated effectively.
