ABSTRACT

Objective  To introduce and evaluate the practice of “Internet Plus” new technology for health management of chronic diseases in community in Yichang, and to provide reference for chronic disease patients' health management in community. Methods  Data of hypertensive patients were collected from the national basic public health service system, the big data intelligent sorting system for chronic disease patients in Yichang City, and the basic public health service system in urban areas in Yichang from 2016 to 2020. Data on the discovery, sorting and filing, standardized management rate and blood pressure control of urban hypertension patients were analyzed. The application effect of “Internet Plus” new technology in chronic disease community health management was evaluated. Results  From 2016 to 2020, 15 934 patients with hypertension were found and their health records were established through big and intelligent data in Yichang City, accounting for 93.54% (15 934 / 17 035) of the total. The rate of standardized management in each district increased year by year, with an increase of 8.71% in 2020 compared with 2016, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=1273.30, P2=867.14, P<0.001). Conclusion  Data exchange and sharing among medical institutions at all levels can strengthen the health management of chronic diseases in the community. The “Internet Plus” new technology, integrating the Internet, big data, cloud computing and intelligent terminal technology, can effectively improve the detection, management and treatment rate of chronic diseases, and provide a new direction for the health management of chronic diseases.

ABSTRACT

With the widespread application of modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, block chain, and artificial intelligence, the integration of multidisciplinary key technologies and health big data will vigorously promote the development of health causes and health industries. To construct a new comprehensive health care model of all staff, all area, whole process and full-time service according to the real needs of retired military cadres, we integrated several information technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, block chain and artificial intelligence, and strengthened the collection, mining, analysis and utilization of big data technology in the all-dimensional health care model. Four kinds of health care models and their corresponding operating mechanisms were constructed. With better practicability and promotion value, our new models can effectively improve the quality of prevention, medical treatment and health care in primary health institutions.

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish an intelligent and integrated regional health service platform by process reengineering, multi business system collaboration, heterogeneous data exchange and applying big data analysis. Methods Interconnection, intercommunication and data sharing between related platforms were implemented with service-oriented architecture, internet technology, integrated medical resources in Nanjing as well as combined on-and off-line services. Results The regional health service platform based on big data sharing was implemented in Nanjing so that medical service process was optimized and the problems such as"three longs and one short"were solved. The idea and methods for constructing the platform were recognized by national 12320 center and duplicated by six provinces, and social benefits were gained. Conclusion It's feasible to establish the regional health service platform based on big data sharing, and whole-course and multi-way self health management is implemented.
