ABSTRACT

At Saitama Medical University, elementary and junior high school experiential training was conducted to give students experience with health promotion, health guidance, and communication with different generations. In the 2020 FY, each small group was in charge of different grades and themes. They created a 10-minute health guidance video remotely. By doing the video project remotely, students could take time to do group work and deepen their understanding of the theme and children of the target grade. It also became easier to teach students how to use the PC tools needed for the task. The students learned not only the knowledge necessary for health guidance, but also how to concretely assess the target person and convey information as consciously as possible. It is important to nurture within students an attitude of seriously engaging in the training despite not physically going to school. For this reason, communication with the school is important.

ABSTRACT

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive intervention on bone loss in postmenopausal women, and to provide reference for the prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women .Methods 152 cases of postmenopausal bone mass in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research object, all patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,76 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HRT hormone replacement therapy and calcium supplement treatment , the intervention group based on the treatment in control group by alendronate treatment, supplemented by health guidance, two patients were treated for 1 years.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment, N (N-MID), osteocalcin, procollagen type I amino terminal peptide (PINP), beta crosslinking degradation products (β-CTX), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone mineral density L2-L4 (BMD), E2, Serum Osteocalcin (sOC) and calcitonin (CT), parathyroid hormone (PTH), the incidence rate of fracture, osteoporosis, adverse drug reaction. Results There were no significant differences in BMD (L2-L4),β-CTX, N-MID, PINP, ALP and sOC between the two groups; After one year of treatment, BMD and sOC of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of β-CTX, N-MID, PINP and ALP were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in E2, PTH and CT between the two groups before treatment. After one year of treatment, the above indexes of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups. In the comprehensive intervention group, one patient ( 1.32%) was diagnosed as osteoporosis and two cases (2.63%) fractured after one year of treatment,In the control group, 11 cases (14.47%) were osteoporosis, 9 cases%). The fracture rate and osteoporosis rate in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).In the course of treatment, six patients in the comprehensive intervention group had adverse drug reactions, and the alendronate dosage decreased by half, and no adverse drug reaction was found in the control group. Conclusion hormone,Caltrate, alendronate and health guidance comprehensive intervention program to improve the hormone level in patients with osteopenia, bone reconstruction of women physical level and promote the bone tissue of patients with anti absorption to enhance the role of postmenopausal bone balance favorable development, for postmenopausal bone loss in women with a high clinical value.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the application value of remote blood pressure monitoring and health guidance management model in community hypertension patients. Methods 200 hypertension patients were selected from community health service institution between June 2013 and June 2016, and averagely divided into two groups by random number table, 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine guidance, and the study group was given the remote blood pressure monitoring and online health guidance. The two groups were compared in terms of hypertension knowledge rate and compliance rate, control rate of blood pressure, physical indicators before and after management, including systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), body mass index (BMI), serum creatinine (SCr), triglyceride (TG) and fasting blood glucose (GLU).Results The hypertension knowledge, treatment compliance rate and blood pressure control rate in the study group were 85%, 98%, 86%, and significantly higher than that of 68%, 82%, 57% (P0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion The remote blood pressure monitoring and online health guidance is useful for community hypertension patients.Hypertension knowledge awareness, medication compliance and blood pressure control rate are improved significantly, meanwhile, the patients physical examination indexes can be promoted.

ABSTRACT

Objective By combining the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health care service and the current community puerperal women's health management, to explore the feasibility of TCM health management in the grass-roots community on puerperal women’s breast-feeding. Methods 440 patients meeting the inclusion criteria of puerperal women according to the neighborhood of residence were recruited into a non TCM intervention group of 225 people, and a TCM intervention group of 215 people. The non TCM intervention group was given health guidance on puerperal women. On such basis, the TCM intervention group was further cooperated with appropriate technical guidance of TCM. Puerperal women breastfeeding before and after the intervention was studied. Results After the intervention, the milk shortage of puerperal women breastfeeding rate of TCM intervention group was higher than the non TCM intervention group, 76.9% (60/78) vs. 56.9% (41/72), and mixed feeding rate was lower 21.8% (17/78) vs. 40.3%(29/72), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.916, 5.178; P < 0.05). The rate of breast feeding and mixed feeding rate were also statistically different between the TCM intervention group and the non TCM intervention group 78.1%(168/215) and 17.2% (37/215) vs. 62.7% (141/225) and 33.3% (75/225), (χ2=11.860, 14.226; P<0.01). Conclusion TCM health management guidance on puerperal women in the community can effectively improve the hypogalactia puerperal women's breastfeeding rate.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the reasons and nursing care methods of rehemorrhage in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods The risk factors were compared between the rebleeding in subarachnoid hemonhage patients group and the non-rebleeding group. Results In the rebleeding patients, more patients had the risk factors as being over 60 years-old,hypertension,aneurysm,drinking alcohol, mood swing, defecation and out-of-bed activity, with a significant difference compared with non-rebleeding patients. Conclusions According to the risk factors of subarachnoid hemorrhage,to strengthen the health education to subarachnoid hemorrhage patients is important to the treatment, nursing and rehabilitation of this disease.
