ABSTRACT
The standardized management strategy is put into practice of hospital logistics. The standard time management as used in sample delivery service, is cited as an example for analysis of the rationality and efficiency of standard operating practice in hospital logistic services. The purpose is to identify causes of lost operation time and the countermeasures,thus improving working efficiency,performance-based management method,and scoring better operating performance and standard operation process reengineering.
ABSTRACT
This article introduced the application of the standard operating procedures(SOP) in the logistics outsourcing projects of a hospital. By means of enforcing SOPs and implementation, all aspects of hospital logistics outsourcing projects are managed by sections over the entire process. These SOPs constitute a task chain that is closely linked and efficient,enhancing working efficiency and reducing risk exposure of hospital logistics outsourcing projects.

Objective To explore the establishment and application of a centralized purchase and distribution mode for medical instruments.Methods The centralized purchase and distribution mode was constructed based on the professional distributor and logistics team,and the application of medical instruments intra-hospital supply,processing and distribution (SPD) system was analyzed in the centralized purchase.Results Centralized purchase and distribution enhanced management efficiency and decreased inventory cost,and SPD system simplified the distribution mode and increased transport efficacy.Conclusion It's pointed out that professional logistics services be introduced to assist hospitals in centralized purchase and distribution.

Management of hospital water supply facilities is key to its logistics management.This paper cited the domestic water supply facilities management as an example, and summed up practical experiences in both JCI certification and review along with the hospital′s fine management of water facilities.On such basis, it described such aspects as the establishment of management system, operation standards and work flow, implementation of preventive maintenance, renovation, emergency protection, inspection supervision, file management and staff training.These efforts provide reference for how to establish the fine management mode of water supply facilities.

The hospital sector in different parts of the world has been forced to move into cost reduction.The operating rooms are one of the most expensive departments of hospitals due to the problemspresented by planning and scheduling the operations.
