Study on protective mechanism of Fleabane on PC12 cells impaired by hypoxia-reoxygention / 临床神经病学杂志

Objective To investigate the protective effective mechanism of Fleabane on PC12 cells impaired by hypoxia-reoxygention (HR).Methods The PC12 cells cutured in vitro were grouped as following:normal control (NC) group, the HR group,Fleabane 10?mol/L (E1)group, 20?mol/L (E2)group, 30?mol/L (E3)group. The livability of PC12 was measured after impaired by HR in groups HR and E1～E3. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax were also detected by Western Blot.
