ABSTRACT

A taeniasis/cysticercosis information management system was designed to achieve the dynamic monitoring of the epidemic situation of taeniasis/cysticercosis and improve the intelligence level of disease information management.The system in-cludes three layer structures(application layer,technical core layer,and data storage layer)and designs a datum transmission and remote communication system of traffic information tube in Browser/Server architecture.The system is believed to promote disease datum collection.Additionally,the system may provide the standardized data for convenience of datum analysis.

ABSTRACT

Objective To acquire the physiological parameters such as pulse,blood oxygen saturation and ECG to realize personal health information monitoring and tailored medical service.Methods A personal health information acquisition terminal was developed,which was composed of an information acquisition module,personal computer and system software.The information acquisition module was developed with USB interface and unified circuit mode.Health information was transmitted to the personal computer at real time with USB interface,and then stored by system software and uploaded to the database.Results The terminal gained advantages in design,convenience and practicability,which realized realtime acquisition,data storage,remote auxiliary diagnosis,printing and etc of personal health information,so that personal information realtime monitoring was implemented.Concluslon The terminal can be used for health information recording,storage,acquisition and analysis,and extends medical service of hospital.

ABSTRACT

This paper reviewed researches reported in the last 10 years on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) facial diagnosis information acquisition and recognition. It summarized the information acquisition environment, facial segmentation method, recognition method and analysis of facial characteristics. Some clinical application examples based on modern consultation technologies were enumerated. Meanwhile, analysis was made on shortcomings of TCM facial diagnosis. It showed direction for its in-depth study.

ABSTRACT

This study was aimed to solve the problem of overall syndrome differentiation information collection on patient’s main complain of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) four diagnostic methods, in order to make syndrome differentiation standard of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) with liver-qi invasion pattern. The method of cluster sampling was applied in the investigation. The appropriate structural equation modeling (SEM) was established according to multi-dimension indexes of case features and TCM theories. The results of the “information acquisition form for doctor” structural equation showed that emotion dimension, body-symptom dimension, organism condition dimension load coefficients were 0.715, 0.574 and 0.904, respectively. The results of the “information acquisition form for patient” structural equation showed that emotion dimension, body-symptom dimension, organism condition dimension load coefficients were 0.705, 0.945 and 0.848, respectively. There were strong relativities among all dimensions. Combined with TCM theories, the main symptom of identified PMS with liver-qi invasion pattern was “irritable and angry”. And the secondary symptoms contained headache, breast tenderness, distention and pain of lower abdomen and stomach. The combining symptoms were insomnia, dreaminess, swelling of extremities, fatigue, inefficiency for work and housework, hard to focus the attention. It was concluded that the combination of information acquisition method from both the doctor and patient established a relative comprehensive information acquisition system. It established the syndrome differentiation standard of PMS with liver-qi invasion pattern for the first time based on epidemiologic investigation. It provided important reference for the study of PMS subtype.

ABSTRACT

Objective To develop a platform of information collection for movements based on ARM7, through which human body movement information can be collected accurately and in time so that deeper scientific research about human body movement can be carried on. Methods By this means, multiplepoint acceleration information can be collected simultaneously through the multinodal network technology, and the information can be processed and retransmitted to computers to be analyzed comprehensively. Results The platform has been used in computer game controlling and good score is given by the tryout person. Conclusion Large quantities of experiment data indicate that this platform possesses higher precision in human body movement information collection and reflect them truthfully. Furthermore, later developments based on this can be applied in fields such as human recovery exercises, physical training, game controlling.

Results The application of multiple data formats in the informationization MIS was resolved and the needs of different users were satisfied. Conclusion The application of Access, Word and Excel, the multiple data formats in the information flow are processed to achieve the demands in information management and adequate sharing
